Honestly, this doesn’t feel like a real prop firm at all. It’s basically an amateur operation that’s run by people from Eightcap, just under a different brand name now.
Save your money—there’s no real path to seeing profits returned to your account. Instead of payouts, they tend to find excuses to reject you again and again, for pretty much any reason they can come up with. If you’re thinking of joining, I’d strongly suggest you look elsewhere.

I recently passed a $100k one-phase challenge with Funded Prime, and for the most part, the experience was pretty smooth. I managed three straight maximum 5% payouts in a row, and each withdrawal was processed quickly. I didn’t run into delays, and I was able to access the funds without any hassle. Their pricing is solid, and their stock selection looks competitive compared to other firms.
That said, everything flipped right after my third payout. At the exact moment when the 5% profit cap was supposed to be removed, my account was terminated.
Funded Prime’s explanation was that my “trading strategy presents risks that exceed the firm’s acceptable parameters.” When I asked for clarification about what specific trade or rule might have caused the issue, I didn’t get a clear answer. Instead, I was told the decision came from a general review of my overall activity. No specific breach was pointed out—no single violation, no exact guideline I could reference. I was essentially directed to a clause in their terms that allows termination at the company’s sole discretion.
Also, there was zero warning beforehand. No flagged concern, no corrective feedback, and no chance to adjust anything before the decision was made.
To be honest, the timing is hard to ignore. The termination happened right as the profit cap was about to be lifted.
So while my payouts were honored (and I’ll give them credit for that), traders should go in knowing that accounts can be closed under discretionary review—even when there’s no clearly stated rule violation and you’re not shown anything concrete.
