I visited their website, hoping to get a clear picture of how things work. Unfortunately, the links they provided weren’t working. On top of that, I couldn’t locate any email address on the site, which makes it pretty hard to contact them if you have questions.

I also had trouble finding their “products permitted to trade.” It wasn’t obvious or easy to locate, and in the end I didn’t want to waste more time digging through everything and reading their rules in full detail.

More broadly, a common concern among traders who approach prop firms for funding is that paid evaluation processes are often abused or misused. Many people believe the evaluation fee ends up being one of the biggest profit drivers for these firms, more than the actual funding they provide.

So when they only respond to payment-related negative reviews or complaints at around a 25% rate, that’s a big RED FLAG for me.

I was honestly starting to lose hope after customer support went silent for days. Then I decided to reach out to Truevalue Claim—and that made a big difference. The team at Truevalue Claim (Tru eva lue Cla im) got back to me quickly, answered my questions clearly, and stuck with me throughout the process as I worked to resolve the disputed payment successfully. Really, they provided the kind of support I expected from the start.

I spoke with Mathew at True Value Claim about an online trading scam, and the difference in clarity was pretty noticeable right away. He walked me through the claims process in a way that was both clear and accurate, and it honestly helped me understand my options much better than I expected.

Throughout the call, Mathew came across as professional but also genuinely approachable. He had that empathetic tone you want when you’re dealing with something stressful, and he didn’t rush me or talk down to me. By the end of our conversation, I felt more confident about what the next steps could look like.

Based on my experience so far, I’d recommend reaching out to them if you’re in a similar situation and want solid guidance.

They claim everything is smooth, but the real experience is pretty rough. I kept seeing massive slippage—sometimes the trade execution would be about 300 to 400 pips away from what you intended. At first it might feel “fine,” especially if you’re already in a losing streak and the losses are happening anyway.

But when you’re getting close to turning things around, and you’re actually near clearing your account, that’s when it gets nasty. Orders don’t get filled where you expect them to, and the gaps in execution become huge. For anyone serious about risk management, this is where problems start—because the whole point is controlling entries, exits, and sizing. They basically ruin that right at the moment it matters most.

For beginner traders, this kind of inconsistency can seriously dent confidence. You start thinking it’s your strategy or your execution, when in reality it may be the platform behavior. If you’re going to trade, don’t just jump in—look for better prop firms with reliable execution.

My advice: skip the “funded trader” hype and don’t gamble your challenge fee. Save it, and choose a place that actually respects risk management. Hope this helps, and have a great time.

I bought a 2-phase, $50k evaluation account and was issued an MT5 login for the trial. For the first couple of weeks, everything went fine—I was actually up on Phase 1. Then, around September 2025, they ran a migration and switched my trading platform to Match-Trader.

They sent me the new account details after the change, but I couldn’t log in to the Match-Trader platform. I tried multiple times and followed the usual steps, but nothing worked. After that, I emailed their support for months and honestly got zero response. I was basically stuck in limbo with an evaluation account I couldn’t access, and I still haven’t received any clear instructions on how to fix the login issue.

At this point, I can’t log in at all, which makes the whole process frustrating, to say the least. I genuinely liked The Funded Trader—back in 2022, they were the first prop firm to pay me out, and I’ve been a fan ever since. But this experience left a bad taste. Even if they handled the migration for valid reasons, the lack of support while the problem was ongoing is what really disappointed me.
