I’m writing this as someone with real firsthand experience. This “propfirm” appears to be a scam, and they absolutely do not pay out. Please avoid them—especially any firm running a “50% discount” promotion. Those discounts are usually a huge red flag.

Also, the payout proof they show? It looks fake to me. I don’t want anyone else wasting money or getting their hopes up, so please stay away. I’m warning you for a reason.

I’m sharing my personal experience with Earnex Prime, and honestly, it’s been full of red flags from start to finish. At first, the platform looked promising, but things quickly shifted into something stressful and frustrating. Before long, my withdrawal requests started piling up—either delayed for unreasonable lengths of time or not answered at all. I contacted support multiple times, and every conversation followed the same pattern: vague replies, no clear timeline, and no real explanation of why my payout wasn’t moving.

What really bothered me was their total lack of transparency. Each time I asked for supporting documentation—like screenshots, incident reports, or any concrete evidence showing why they were holding funds—they provided nothing. No detailed statement. No proof. Just empty assurances that didn’t actually resolve anything. That absence of information is shocking, and it made it impossible for me to trust the service in the first place.

And it’s not only my situation. A close friend of mine ran into a similar problem. He attempted to withdraw $1,600, even after completing the steps they supposedly require, but he never received the money. Support again gave excuses rather than evidence, and there was no solid documentation to back up their claims. Seeing him go through the same runaround didn’t just make me concerned—it confirmed that something is seriously off with how this platform treats customer funds.

Based on everything I’ve experienced, I don’t consider Earnex Prime reliable or trustworthy. Withheld payouts, zero transparency, and non-specific explanations have completely destroyed my confidence. If you’re thinking about using them, I strongly suggest you proceed with extreme caution, research thoroughly, and don’t deposit money without being fully sure you understand what you’re getting into.

I’m writing this review because I’m honestly pretty frustrated with Earnex Plime, especially after running into serious payout issues. I joined expecting a smooth, reliable platform. That was the whole point, right? But my experience has been the opposite. The payout delays are extremely discouraging, and the lack of transparency has made everything feel even more stressful than it needs to.

Even after I completed all the required steps, my payout still hasn’t arrived. What makes it worse is how support handles follow-ups. Every time I reach out, I get responses that are so vague they don’t really tell me anything useful. There’s no clear explanation, and there definitely isn’t a real fix. A financial platform should be able to show what’s happening with your transaction, not leave you guessing and hoping for the best.

This is not just a one-off problem either. A close friend of mine ran into something even more concerning. He requested a payout of $1,600, and instead of processing it, Earnex Plime denied it without providing a proper reason. He verified his account, submitted the required documents, and followed every instruction they gave him. Still, the request was rejected—and support hasn’t helped him understand why. That kind of treatment makes it really hard to trust the platform with any meaningful amount of money.

Customer support has been disappointing as well. The messages often feel copy-and-paste, and it doesn’t seem like anyone is actually investigating the payout situation. I’ve waited days just to receive a generic reply that doesn’t address the actual issue. When you’re dealing with withdrawals and financial matters, that kind of back-and-forth is brutal.

Overall, Earnex Plime has been far from a positive experience for me. Payout problems, poor communication, and the way my friend’s $1,600 denial was handled make it hard for me to recommend the platform to anyone. I genuinely hope they improve their transparency and support, but until that happens, I’d advise others to be very cautious.

I’m writing this as a personal account of using Earnex Prime, because I genuinely think other people should be careful before putting their money into it. After spending time on the platform, I ran into multiple red flags that completely killed my trust in how they operate.

First off, there’s a **serious lack of transparency**. Key details—like how withdrawals work, what fees you might be charged, and how account verification is handled—were either unclear from the start or seemed to change over time. For any financial service, that’s not a small problem. It’s a big warning sign.

Next, I ran into **unprofessional and unresponsive support**. Whenever I tried to ask questions or handle issues, support didn’t feel helpful. Messages were delayed for long periods, and when I did get responses, the answers weren’t clear or complete. Honestly, it felt like nobody was really trying to resolve anything.

Another major issue was **withdrawals**. This was, by far, the most stressful part of the experience. My funds became hard to get out, and the process didn’t feel straightforward or reliable. And it wasn’t only me—my friend experienced the same thing. After he requested a payout of **$1,600**, they told him there was some problem with the “rules” they had supposedly provided earlier, even though they also gave him a **Trade ID** that didn’t even seem to match the situation. It’s hard to explain how frustrating that is when you’re doing everything you’re told and still end up stuck.

Finally, there are **promises that look unrealistic**. Some of the claims and “guaranteed return” type statements didn’t match what you’d expect from legitimate financial platforms. When something sounds too good to be true (and it keeps not matching reality), you should pay attention.

Based on my experience, I don’t consider Earnex Prime a trustworthy platform. If you’re thinking about investing there, I strongly recommend you do thorough research first, and don’t rush into anything—because there are too many concerns that deserve a closer look.

This review is only based on what I personally experienced and the evidence I encountered while using their services.

Posting this as a quick warning for everyone, because my friend just got burned badly with Earnex. He requested a withdrawal of about **$1,600**, and instead of paying him, the company responded with a totally vague and convenient claim. They alleged he “altered a trade in a restricted news window.”

The problem is, none of it held up. He provided everything they could possibly need: **MT5 statements**, full detailed reports, **journal logs**, and the whole paper trail. According to the records, the trade was legitimate and it happened well outside any news restriction period. Everything lined up cleanly.

Still, risk department refused to engage in any real way. They wouldn’t even tell him which specific trade supposedly violated the rules. The only thing they kept repeating was that the logs “don’t match”—but with **zero** supporting evidence. No screenshots. No timestamps. No trade ID. No explanation of what was allegedly changed. Just a generic email accusing him of editing a trade, followed by a denied withdrawal and the money effectively tied up.

At this point, it really looks like the broker’s whole process is built around making excuses to keep customers from withdrawing profits. Earnex doesn’t feel like a legitimate operation—it feels like a scam that waits for any opening to delay, deny, and deflect.

If you’re considering them, please think twice. Honestly, I’d avoid Earnex altogether and save yourself the headache.

Based on my friend’s experience with Earnex, I’m genuinely concerned about how they handle payout disputes. After he submitted a payout request, he was told—apparently—that he modified a trade during a restricted news window. They claimed this counts as a breach.

Here’s the issue: when he went through his MT5 history and reviewed the full journal logs in detail, the trade ID they mentioned simply didn’t match anything in his records. He even checked for any trace of “news trading” in his journal, and there was no way to find evidence supporting their claim. On top of that, the risk team didn’t provide concrete proof either. Instead, they sent an email insisting that he had “modified a trade,” but the message was basically only a statement—nothing verifiable, and nothing that lined up with the actual logs.

The result was that they rejected his $1,600 payout. From what we can see, this whole situation feels less like a legitimate compliance check and more like a way to shut down withdrawals.

In my opinion, Earnex is not trustworthy. Please avoid this firm at all costs.

  • Aline Mukangango

I can’t really verify what happened, but I’ll rewrite your message in a more credible, warning-style tone.

Be careful—this platform has all the signs of a scam. They constantly come up with excuses to delay or breach traders’ accounts, and then they quietly take the money. No matter what they show you, it seems staged or fake, and the “proof” they provide doesn’t hold up in real life.

Please don’t trust them. Step away and protect your funds.

  • Michael Johnson

This prop firm is a scam, plain and simple. They don’t actually pay out, and instead they create fake payout certificates to make it look like people are getting paid. On top of that, they seem to buy reviews—so if you read the positive ones, it’s pretty clear they’re not from real, genuine customers.

Please, guys, stay away. Don’t waste your money with them.

  • Arjun Sharma

Earnex comes off as an extremely unethical and toxic company. From my experience, they seem to manipulate the system, and when things go wrong, they provide what feels like fake “proof” to justify denying payouts. Honestly, it’s been really frustrating dealing with them, and I’m just fed up.

In my opinion, Earnex is a big no. This is something that should be reported to the proper authorities, and I’m definitely going to file a report as this looks like a scam.

  • Rahul Sharma

I’m going to be straight: this firm comes off like a total scam, and honestly the whole experience feels toxic from start to finish. They don’t just deny payouts—many people also report that their accounts get “breached” or locked in some way, and it really messes with your mindset while you’re trying to sort out what’s going on.

At this point, I’m filing a case. I plan to approach both the RBI and the financial crime authorities in India. If you’re an Indian trader, please be careful and don’t ignore the red flags. The moment you transact with them, you might end up under the RBI radar too—and no one can truly protect you from FEMA consequences if things go wrong.

    **Edit (03/12/25):**
To clarify, all allegations in my earlier message are still standing as false claims made by them—I’m not the one exaggerating. There was no “news trading” and there was no overexposure on my side. I’m still moving forward with legal action, including a complaint to RBI and SEBI.

This firm should be banned in India. From what I’ve heard, many small traders across the country are getting scammed by them. Soon enough, I wouldn’t be surprised if they shut down their “shutter” for good.

Absolutely—this is a very good, solid review, and I like that it’s transparent. It’s clear and to the point, and you can tell the writer isn’t trying to hide anything. That said, it’s a bit too short to fully judge the experience. If you added even one or two specifics (what was good, how it worked, any minor issues), it would feel more credible and useful.

  • Rohit Gaur

Earnex is, in my view, a scam outfit. Honestly, the whole experience felt shady from start to finish.

On **12 Nov**, I placed a trade, and I’ll admit I made a mistake—I forgot to set a **Stop Loss (SL)**. Within just about **2 minutes**, the trade was automatically closed and I ended up with a small win of around **$36**. Then, shortly after, I received a **“soft breach”** email.

Later, on **26 Nov**, I requested a payout. I used the **Diwali code**, so I expected the promised **90% profit split**. Instead, they only credited me an **80%** split. I didn’t keep going back and asking for more money, either—after that deduction, I asked one simple question: **“Why didn’t I receive 90%?”**

Immediately after I sent that question, they **hard breached** my account. What makes this worse is that the **SL number** they claimed as the reason doesn’t even exist in my trade history. I also sent full proof—**video and screenshots**—but they didn’t respond for **6 days**. During that time, they never provided their own evidence, either. They just breached my account without showing anything at all.

To top it off, their own rules suggest that if someone takes **high risk**, an **instant breach** should happen immediately. If that’s really how they operate, then why wasn’t I breached on **13 Nov** as well? If they had acted then, I wouldn’t have had to chase explanations and fight so much just to get what was allegedly owed.

In my case, the breach happened only after I questioned the missing **10%**.

Worst team overall. Total scam. **Do not trust this company.**

  • Barot Parthasarathy

    Dear Support Team,

I’m submitting this as a formal complaint about my recent experience with your funded account services. Honestly, I’m really disappointed—not just with how the accounts were handled, but also with how your team managed the whole situation after the breach.

To make everything crystal clear, I’ll explain it step by step.

    ### 1. Account Details
I funded and actively traded **two accounts** with your company:

    – **One $5,000 two-step account**
    – **One $10,000 instant funded account**

At the time the issue happened, **both accounts were live and in use**.

On the instant account specifically, I had already accumulated about **$116 in profit**, and I was expecting that profit to be paid out according to your payout rules.

    ### 2. Trade Details and Sudden Breach
    I placed a trade on **XAU/USD (Gold)**—a **Buy** position with **0.15 lot**.

After opening the trade, within roughly **10 seconds**, the platform suddenly showed an unexpected move: my account displayed around a **$300 loss**, and then my account was marked as **breached**.

What makes this even more concerning is that the move was **way too abrupt**, and it didn’t match the normal price action I was seeing at that exact time.

Because of this sudden spike, **both accounts** were breached:

    – The **$5,000 two-step account**
    – The **$10,000 instant account**

I was also under the impression that **equity wouldn’t be allowed to go below $4,500**, and that any loss from the open trade would be covered under your rules. But despite that understanding, the account was still breached.

    ### 3. Explanation Given by Your Team (CMS Glitch / Liquidity Issue)
After I contacted support and raised the issue, I was told that the incident happened due to a **“CMS glitch”** and **liquidity problems** on your side.

If that’s true, then this doesn’t sound like a trader error at all—it sounds like an internal technical/platform issue, or something related to your liquidity provider, which is not my responsibility.

Also, there was **no proper warning in advance** about any serious liquidity instability or the possibility of price spikes causing abnormal losses within seconds. As a client, I believe it’s your job to:

    – inform traders ahead of time if liquidity/technical issues exist
    – protect clients when glitches happen on your platform
    – take responsibility when the platform causes a breach

    ### 4. Lack of Responsibility and Refusal to Reactivate
Even after your team acknowledged a **CMS glitch** (again, your side), I was informed that you’re **not willing to reactivate** my accounts.

Right now, it seems like there’s no intention from your side to:

    – restore the breached accounts
    – compensate me fairly
    – return the **$116 profit** I had already made on the instant account

To me, this feels extremely unfair and unprofessional because the breach was triggered by what your own support called a system glitch/liquidity issue—not by reckless trading on my side. I followed the rules, yet I’m the one being punished.

    ### 5. Customer Support Experience
I’ve been in contact with your customer care for **over 2 hours**.

    During that time:

    – I didn’t get a clear or consistent explanation
    – I didn’t receive any real solution
    – replies felt like they were avoiding responsibility rather than actually helping

As a paying customer, this level of support is honestly not acceptable. I’m currently frustrated and stressed because nothing feels resolved.

    ### 6. Evidence and Screenshots
I have plenty of supporting proof, including:

    – dashboard screenshots
    – chat logs with your support team
    – details showing my **XAU/USD entry (0.15 lot)**
    – the sudden **$300 loss within ~10 seconds**
    – the breach notification
    – confirmation of the **$116 profit before the incident**

If needed, I’m prepared to share this publicly so other traders understand what happened in my case.

    ### 7. My Expectations / Requested Resolution
    I’m requesting the following:

    1. A **clear and transparent investigation** into exactly what happened on the trade and why the account breached so quickly.
    2. **Reactivation** of my breached accounts, or if reactivation isn’t possible, then a **fair compensation** that reflects:
    – the value of the accounts I purchased
    – the **$116 profit** already earned
    – the fact that the breach occurred due to the **CMS glitch/liquidity issue** you stated
    3. A written, official explanation taking responsibility for the platform-side issue (if confirmed by your technical team).

    ### 8. Final Note
Based on my experience so far, I can’t honestly recommend other traders to purchase from your company. Until this is resolved fairly, I feel like I’ve been treated unjustly as a client.

I sincerely hope you will take this complaint seriously, respond professionally, and handle this with honesty and fairness.

Please treat this as **urgent**—not as a request for generic replies.

    Kind regards,
    **Barot Parth Mukeshbhai**

I’m writing this because I really don’t want another trader to step into the same trap I did.

What happened to me wasn’t a simple mistake, and it wasn’t a misunderstanding either. This was a payout denial that was justified using something that, under their own rules, physically can’t happen.

    Here’s the core issue.

The firm accused me of violating their stop-loss rule. So I went straight back to the rule itself—line by line—like anyone reasonable would do.

    Their rule says:

**Trades that remain open without a stop-loss after 120 seconds result in a soft breach.**

Now look at my flagged trades:
    – I was trading at the minimum size (**0.01 lots**),
    – these were quick **day trades**,
    – and each one lasted about **1–3 seconds**.

According to their logic, those trades somehow produced **multiple soft breaches**, and that allegedly stacked up into a **hard breach**.

    Let that sink in.

There is no realistic scenario where a trade lasting **3 seconds** can violate a condition that only kicks in **after 120 seconds**. If the trade closes almost immediately, then the “after” part never even gets a chance to occur. And if the breach condition never opens, it can’t truly be a breach. Period.

And here’s where it gets worse.

I’ve already been paid by this same firm before using **the exact same style** of fast open/fast close trades—with **no stop loss**—to meet minimum trading day requirements. Back then?
    – No warnings
    – No flagged violations
    – No back-and-forth

Everything was fine until the payout request came in. Then all of a sudden: **hard breach** out of nowhere.

That timing isn’t “enforcement.” It’s convenient. It’s manipulation.

Now listen carefully if you’re evaluating this type of challenge:

In the beginning, nothing feels off. You’ll pass the evaluation, you’ll get funded, and the process will seem normal. But the moment you actually make a payout, that’s when the ground shifts.

Rules don’t change on paper, sure. But interpretations do. Suddenly, harmless **1–3 second** trades get treated like **120-second** violations, and your payout disappears.

To me, the most uncomfortable truth is this:
They don’t monitor you to protect your account. They monitor you to protect themselves.

If you request a payout and it’s small, you’re usually “safe.” If it’s bigger, you get inspected. And if they need a justification—any justification—they’ll stretch what’s “technically possible” until it becomes your downfall.

This review isn’t written out of anger. It’s written out of clarity.

It’s one thing to lose money because of bad trading. Plenty of traders do. But it’s an entirely different thing to lose money because the firm effectively **rewrote the meaning of its own rule right when you were owed money**.

EDIT: Their response basically repeated the same rule I already quoted—and it actually made the contradiction even more obvious.

They claim a soft breach only happens when a trade is still open after **120 seconds** without a stop loss.

But the trades they flagged lasted **1–3 seconds**. So again, a **3-second trade cannot violate a 120-second requirement**. That’s not a matter of interpretation—that’s just physics and timing. Restating the rule doesn’t defend their decision. It exposes how wrongly it was applied.

Also, take note: I requested another payout with a similar trade history. That second payout was rejected with:
    – no notification
    – no explanation
    – no response to emails

And yeah, I’m laughing-at-this point because it’s so transparently inconsistent.

This firm is going down, and I’m here to help document what happened so others don’t get hit the same way.

From my experience, support is fast and actually helpful, which already sets a good tone. On top of that, there’s an active Discord server where you can get answers quickly, and it’s pretty easy to tell the day-to-day experience is solid from the way people interact there. The rules are also clearly laid out—straightforward, easy to follow, and not full of unnecessary confusion. Overall, this one feels like a real contender, and it’s definitely worth giving a shot.

  • Payal Sharma

This firm is a straight-up scam. My SL was set at 4083, and my entry was 4086—so the risk should’ve been way below 1% exposure. Still, they claimed I placed my SL at 4078. The problem is, my MT5 history clearly shows I’m right, yet they rejected my payout anyway.

On top of that, they “breached” my funded account, even though nothing about my setup matches what they’re accusing me of. Honestly, this whole thing feels shady from start to finish. Better stay away from this scam firm.

Here are the 3 best experiences I’ve had with Earnex:

    1) **Support:** I’ve traded in around **5–6 prop challenges**, and honestly, Earnex Support is excellent. It’s also really easy to reach—especially through **Live Chat** and **Discord**. Responses felt quick and helpful, no unnecessary back-and-forth.

    2) **Account Prices, Rules & Promos:** I haven’t really seen prices this low in other prop firms, and the **account sizes** are impressive too. What I like most is that the **rules are straightforward**, and there seems to be a steady stream of **promos** (not just a few once in a while). It makes everything feel more flexible.

    3) **Trading Experience:** The trading itself has been smooth. I noticed **tighter spreads**, and during **high-volume hours** it was still fairly easy to execute trades. I also faced **less slippage** than I expected, and because the rules are simple, reaching my targets felt a lot more doable.

    Thanks, Earnex!

Everything looks good so far. I’m currently trading with good conditions, and it’s been running smoothly. The customer support is honestly excellent—they reply fast and actually help with my questions. Shoutout to Lewis as well; he’s been a great support. Thanks to the whole team! I’ll update you once I reach my payout.

I placed my stop loss (SL) on the trade, but it didn’t get hit. Instead, the position moved in my favor and I ended up making a profit of about $565. Honestly, that’s exactly what makes this feel so suspicious to me.

In my opinion, this site is a scam. The worst part is that they later “breached” my account, and it feels like they did it even though I was in profit. If you ask me, the breach notice didn’t match what actually happened on the trade side.

Also, on top of that, my payout was rejected even after I had a win. Their reason for the rejection was supposedly related to a false breach, but it didn’t add up.

So yeah—after my experience, I can only tell you this: don’t buy any accounts from Earnex. Save yourself the trouble.

I’m new to Earnex, but I’ve already deposited with a 10k instant account, and so far it’s been a pretty smooth experience. This is a trusted platform with multiple payouts—plus I’ve seen my friends cash out too, so there weren’t any trust issues on my side.

Support is another strong point. When I had a couple questions, they replied fast, and everything was handled quickly. On top of that, the active Discord community makes things easier since you can get help and updates without waiting around.

Big thanks to Ben as well for the support. Overall, it feels legit and well-run.

Pretty nice setup. Once I started, everything moved quickly—no hassle, no delays, just a smooth payout that landed in my wallet faster than I expected (seriously, like lightning). I got my profit without any drama at all. Big thanks to Lewis and the EARNEX team!

Just got my third payout today, so I’m genuinely well stoked—thanks a lot! ?

Honestly, I found the newest reviews pretty funny (and not gonna lie, they did worry me for a bit). I was half-expecting some major issues after reading them, but everything seemed okay once I dug in.

In my case, I only bent the rules a little and still got breached. So yeah… the whole situation is comical in hindsight. Still, I’d rather take things as they come than stress too much from reviews alone.

Funded by Earnex is one of the stronger broker-backed prop firms out there. What stands out is that there aren’t any shady, hidden rules you have to worry about—everything feels straightforward and fair. On top of that, the trading conditions are solid, and the community is actually helpful and active. Overall, it’s a pretty smooth experience from start to finish.

  • Robbert van der Meer

Honestly, I have no idea where all the negative reviews are coming from. In my case, I’ve been paid 5 times already, with over $5,000 in payouts total.

It’s pretty straightforward: if you follow the rules, you get paid. No drama, no guessing, just do what they ask and the payments come through. That’s been my experience anyway.

  • Chinelo Okafor

I really like how transparent Earnex Funded is. On top of that, the rules are quite considerate and easy for traders to follow, which definitely helps you stay focused instead of second-guessing the process.

These are basically the two things I look for in any firm—clear guidelines and a system that supports smoother payouts. Honestly, Earnex nails both, and it’s why it’s become my go-to.

  • Arjun Verma

Earnex treats traders’ accounts like a game, and honestly it feels pretty shady. From what I’ve seen, they’re quick to breach your account and then deny the full payout if you make even one small mistake.

I also went through their Discord messages carefully, and it’s clear the rules are written in a way that can trip you up fast. If you accidentally place your SL wrong—or even for a moment—you’re basically done. No payout, and your account gets wiped. That’s not just “risk,” that’s destroying the trader’s psychology and turning every hard effort into something pointless.

Overall, I’d give Earnex a hard pass. Go with a more reputable firm that’s more transparent and doesn’t punish you for minor slip-ups.

  • Amit Shivalingkar

I decided to buy a few accounts from Earnex, and I was actually able to receive a payout, which is always the main thing for me. The process felt pretty straightforward, and I’d suggest you read their FAQ carefully before you start—some of the details matter more than you’d think.

On top of that, their support team was responsive and helpful whenever I had questions. Overall, I’d call Earnex a good firm based on my experience.

  • Ngozi Okechukwu

My experience with this platform has been really smooth from the start. The trading rules are surprisingly friendly—clear enough that you don’t feel lost, but flexible enough that you can actually work with them. Overall, the company also feels trustworthy, and that matters a lot when you’re putting your money on the line.

To top it off, I just received approval for my first payout. Honestly, that’s such a great feeling, and it makes the whole process feel much more legit.

Earnex initially looked promising, but I’ll be honest—I still had a few doubts when I first bought the accounts. That said, they’ve definitely turned things around in the best way. Overall, this feels like a solid new firm, and my experience has been smooth from the start.

One thing I didn’t expect was how quickly my payout got approved. The fact that it was approved during the weekend genuinely surprised me. So far, I’m really satisfied with their service: I’ve already had 2 payouts approved, and I received them pretty fast as well.

If you’re on the fence, my advice is to try it—at least based on my results, Earnex is worth giving a chance.

I wouldn’t recommend buying any account at all. Honestly, the whole experience feels risky from the start. You never really know what you’re getting, and it can be a hassle if anything goes wrong—whether it’s access problems, support not being helpful, or the account not turning out as promised.

If you want something you can actually rely on, it’s better to skip these sales and look for a legit option instead. Save yourself the trouble.

Earnex Funded has one of the best customer service teams and Discord communities I’ve ever interacted with. Seriously, the folks there are genuinely helpful, quick to respond, and friendly in a way that actually makes you feel welcome. Being part of the Earnex community has honestly been an honor for me.

I had a genuinely outstanding experience with the customer service team, especially Jatin. He resolved my issue within a matter of minutes, which was honestly impressive. The whole process felt smooth and they were very attentive from start to finish.

I just want to say I hope I get the same level of support and reliability when it comes to payouts as well.

I requested my payout on **5 November**, and I’ve already been waiting around **3 days** just to receive this response. Honestly, the whole process feels pretty drawn out.

In their message, they claim I opened a trade on **24/10/2025 at 1:47**, and that’s why they rejected my payout. But that doesn’t really answer my question. If I open a trade only about **2 minutes after a news release**, does that count as a breach of their rules or a violation of the account agreement?

I’m also confused because even when traders do open during news events, I don’t always see the same outcome. I mean, in at least one prop firm case, the account breach was blamed on news-related volatility—so I’m trying to understand what the real standard is here. Right now, the explanation feels unclear, and it leaves me questioning whether the payout rejection was justified or just something they decided after the fact.

If you’re thinking about putting your money into this firm, be really careful—because based on what people are reporting, it looks like more of a gamble than a legitimate business. The price may look cheap at first, but many users claim there’s been **no payout** afterward.

In fact, for the past **4 days**, several users say payouts haven’t been processed in their Discord. When questions were raised about it, the response (or lack of it) was frustrating—messages reportedly went unanswered. On top of that, there are a lot of **positive reviews that seem fake**, which makes the whole thing feel heavily staged.

Honestly, this feels like a **general scam operation**, and there’s nothing here that makes it worthwhile. I’d really urge people to avoid it, and I hope platforms like **Trustpilot** take a close look at what’s going on.

This prop firm is constantly making **hypothetical excuses** and using every trick to avoid paying out, even when the account rules are met. For many days, there’s **no payout screenshot** shown in the “Payouts” section, which is honestly pretty suspicious.

I was interested in trying them out, but I quickly got frustrated with what feels like outright **unethical business practices**. They also attract small traders by advertising **heavy discounts** and **free account offers**, but the overall experience doesn’t match the promises.

I’d strongly request **Trustpilot** to look into this and consider removing or flagging the firm if these patterns continue. If you’re an **Indian trader**, please don’t go for the cheap offers—choose a **reputed, trustworthy** company instead.

I was actually planning to buy a $100K account with them because they were advertising a 50% discount and a BOGO deal. At first it looked tempting, but things quickly changed.

Now I’m seeing that they denied payouts and, honestly, they’ve breached multiple traders’ accounts using what seem like pretty weak, “silly” excuses. Even the best prop firms can have some room for mistakes or uncertainty, but they usually don’t go straight to breaching accounts and refusing payments for minor issues like this.

If you’re thinking about risking your money and months of hard work, this kind of behavior makes it feel like a shady proposition.

Bottom line: this is not a trustworthy firm.

It sounds like you’re asking about whether **GBP/USD** is available for trading (or for placing a note/order), and also what the **maximum lot size** is for GBP/USD.

Here’s the thing: I can’t see your broker/platform settings from your message, and max lot sizes can vary a lot depending on the exact account type and the instrument’s trading conditions.

That said, here’s what you can do (quickly):
    1. **Check the trading page** for **GBP/USD**—it usually lists the contract size, min lot, and max lot (or at least the lot step).
    2. If it doesn’t show it, look for **“Instrument details,” “Trading Conditions,”** or **“Specification”** in your account.
    3. If you still can’t find it, contact support and ask:
    – Is **GBP/USD** available for *trading* on my account?
    – What is the **maximum allowed lot size** for GBP/USD?
    – What are the **min lot** and **lot step** limits?

If you tell me **which platform/broker** you’re using (and whether it’s **MT4, MT5, cTrader, or something else**), I can help you figure out exactly where that info is usually located and what wording to use when asking support.

I’ve had a really good experience with Earnex. Their support is genuinely strong—everyone I interacted with was helpful and quick to respond (Lewis was especially great). It also seems like the team works well together, which makes the whole process smoother.

Overall, I’m happy to say that I managed to make my first payout with Earnex without any hassle. Definitely a positive experience.

Recently, I purchased a $5,000 two-step account, and so far, I’m pretty impressed. The rules are clear and straightforward, which I always appreciate—there’s none of that confusing “maybe this, maybe that” stuff.

On top of that, the Earnex support team has been reliable and genuinely responsive whenever I’ve had a question. Henry, thanks for your help with the account—seriously, I didn’t have to wait around.

Right now, I’m still in the evaluation phase. After I receive my first payout, I’ll come back and share my full experience.

The support from this firm is honestly like nothing I’ve experienced before. Responses are instant, and the team is genuinely helpful—really couldn’t ask for more. Lewis, in particular, was a massive help throughout the process.

Right now, I’m just waiting for my payout, and I’m looking forward to it. For the moment, I can’t praise the people behind this firm enough.

I recently won the top prize in a chess competition organized by Earnex, and honestly, that experience matched what I’ve seen from their team overall. The communication was smooth, clear, and well organized from start to finish—no confusion, no back-and-forth.

What really stood out to me, though, was how relaxed their trading conditions feel compared to other firms. For example, their risk limits are pretty reasonable: a 5% daily drawdown and a 10% maximum drawdown. They also run with only 4 active trading days, which is a setup I personally like. On top of that, the “two-step” evaluation is aligned with what I usually look for in accounts, and the rules are basically on par with the leading companies in the industry.

Another big plus: there don’t seem to be any hidden rules. The limitations and expectations are clearly stated in their FAQs, so you can focus on trading rather than stressing about accidental breaches. Overall, it feels much easier to work with them because everything is straightforward and transparent.

Big thanks to Skyler as well for guiding me and clearing up my doubts. I’m looking forward to starting with Earnex soon.

I’ve had a really solid experience with Earnex Funded so far. The platform itself feels smooth and stable, and I haven’t ran into any annoying lag or glitches. On top of that, withdrawals have been pretty fast—at least in my case—and that alone makes a big difference.

What really stood out, though, was the support team. Every time I had a question, they got back to me quickly and were actually helpful, not just giving generic answers. Overall, it really feels like they care about traders, and the conditions seem fair and reasonable.

I’m honestly glad I made the switch and decided to trade with them—Earnex Funded definitely comes across as one of the more reliable options out there.

Hello Traders! I just started with **Earnex** (a new prop firm) that comes with **broker backing**, and so far the experience has been really impressive. The support is honestly the best I’ve seen in prop firm history—until now at least.

Special mention to **Henry**, who guided me properly and answered every question I had. This was my first prop firm where they actually reply with clear explanations when you ask, instead of just sending you a generic link like some others do. In a few other firms, rules weren’t explained properly upfront, and the traders end up facing unexpected losses because the details are only shared later.

With Earnex, the support feels more transparent. Let’s wait and see how they perform on **payout time**—that’s the real test. If they process payouts fast like they respond to queries, then this could easily become one of the top prop firms.
