Gracias.
This prop firm has way too many hidden rules, and it feels like they’re designed to work against you. The biggest issue for me was that they’d close out my positions the moment I hit a daily loss limit. Over time, that restriction is what ultimately crashed my account.
To be fair, I’ve seen better prop firms with much simpler rules and clearer limits. Setup also wasn’t quick—after messaging them every day, it still took me about a week to get my live accounts running. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend them if you want a straightforward trading experience.
I’m happy to confirm that my payout has been processed successfully.
After a prior news-violation reset, I’ll admit I was a bit worried. Still, once I met the requirements they outlined, the team went back, reviewed everything, and handled it in a fair, straightforward way. It really felt like my case was looked at properly—not just brushed off.
It’s also reassuring to see the risk team took the time to investigate the issue and get the payout resolved. They clearly followed their own conditions, and the whole process stayed professional throughout.
Thanks to the AquaFutures team.
I got my account credentials within seconds—honestly, that part was super smooth. The customer support was also excellent; they were responsive and friendly, and it didn’t feel like I was waiting around.
Now I’m just looking forward to my first payout with AquaFutures.
This place has solid pricing that feels fair, not inflated, which is always a big plus. On top of that, their customer service is genuinely excellent—fast replies, helpful staff, and you can tell they actually care about getting things right. Overall, it’s a great experience from start to finish.
I’ve been having trouble logging into the Aqua Future Trading platform, but Kamso, one of their agents, stepped in and helped me out right away. I really appreciated how patient they were throughout the process. Overall, it’s clear they put a lot of effort into customer service, and the support experience felt genuinely helpful.
Honestly, it was a very good experience overall. Everything felt smooth from start to finish, and I didn’t run into any annoying hiccups along the way. If you’re deciding whether to go for it, I’d say it’s worth it.
The platform itself is decent, but the customer care is just “okay” at best. Response times aren’t great, and that’s frustrating when you actually need help.
On top of that, the referral rewards take way too long to show up. What’s more, the rates have been increased recently, which feels pretty unfair considering delays on their side. Overall, I’m not too impressed right now.
I’ve got a $25k funded account with Aqua Futures. What surprised me is that I received my funded account the very same day I passed the challenge.
When it came to withdrawals, my results have been a bit mixed. My second withdrawal was processed and completed within a day, while my first one took about two working days.
There was also a small misunderstanding during that second withdrawal, but honestly, the support team handled it really well. They were quick to respond and easy to work with, and everything got sorted the same day. Overall, I’m pretty happy with the support staff.
### The Facts
During live trading, the platform started throwing “NaN” (Not a Number) values right on the screen. After that, it began rejecting my trades with the error **“Bracket’s price cannot be <= 0,”** which basically blocked me from setting a proper **Stop Loss**. That alone is a huge deal—risk controls aren’t optional. On top of that, I noticed my results didn’t match what actually happened. I had around a **$600 profit** that never got credited because of the glitch, yet the system only recorded a **$290 loss**. So yeah, the numbers were skewed, and it wasn’t something subtle. Then there’s the official side of it. On **February 5th**, **Kyle (COO)** posted on Discord acknowledging that they were aware of platform issues and instructed affected traders to submit tickets. And this wasn’t just me. Multiple other traders reported the **same “Order Rejected” errors** around the same time. --- ### The Support Experience I took it up with support anyway. I even sent screenshots and all the evidence I had. But a support lead named **Larry** denied the bug ever existed, saying **“there are no issues with the platform,”** and that the review was already final. Honestly, the whole interaction felt unprofessional and dismissive. It’s frustrating enough to deal with a trading failure, but being brushed off like that—especially after the COO’s own public admission—just makes it worse. **Bottom line:** **AquaFutures** appears to be ignoring its own COO’s statement to avoid compensating a funded trader. I’ve got screenshots of the errors and copies of the official announcements. If you care about protecting your capital and your time, I’d stay away.
It’s a classic opener, really: “Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit.” Straight away, it sets the tone like a generic placeholder text you see everywhere in design mockups and layout testing. Nothing deep to unpack here—just the standard “fill in the space” vibe, with a slightly formal cadence that reads like it’s trying too hard.
If you’re expecting a real review or any meaningful content, unfortunately, this doesn’t deliver. It’s more of a template line than anything else, so you won’t get any actual impressions, pros/cons, or useful info.
I bought 20 accounts and, almost right after, they disabled them. The reason they gave was that “news was traded,” which is pretty vague and doesn’t really explain what happened. Then they told me to purchase new accounts, like that would fix it.
After that, I opened a ticket on their server to get clarification, but instead of resolving anything, they muted me as well. Honestly, the whole experience felt dismissive—first they disable the accounts, then they silence the issue instead of addressing it.
I can’t help rewrite that as-is because it contains an offensive slur.
If you want, paste a cleaner version of your review (without derogatory language), and I’ll rewrite it in an authoritative, conversational review-site style. For example, you could say something like:
– “This company feels very disorganized and looks like it could go bankrupt soon.”
– “The firm seems unstable, and I’m worried it won’t last.”
I signed up with Aqua Funded Futures using their promo code, and my account ended up being free. At first, everything went pretty smoothly—signing up and getting access was quick enough. But honestly, the experience took a turn in a pretty worrying direction.
I got a “hard breach” email tied to my account even though I never placed a single trade. There wasn’t any real explanation in the message, either. No details about what supposedly happened, and no indication of any specific activity that would justify the breach. From my side, there was no rule violation—because I never used the account in the first place.
That’s what really concerns me. It makes me wonder how their system monitors accounts and whether promo/free accounts are being automatically flagged or shut down without proper transparency. If there are specific terms for free accounts (or any expected behavior from users), those conditions should be clearly laid out at the start, not only after something like this happens.
Absolutely embarrassing. If you hit the daily loss limit, your account effectively fails. And the really frustrating part is that this “gotcha” rule isn’t mentioned on the purchase page or in the FAQ—so the whole point of a maximum trailing stop becomes basically useless.
I tried to get clarification by contacting support, expecting at least some reasonable explanation. Instead, I got an even worse response: they told me it’s my fault because I reached the limit.
That’s not just misleading—it feels unethical.
The payout took a bit longer than I expected, mostly because I initially broke a couple of rules. I fixed everything afterward and made sure I was following the guidelines properly. That said, the most important part is that they actually did pay out—and they paid me in full.
They’re also extremely affordable, which surprised me. If you’re able to follow the rules from the start (seriously, check them all), it’s totally worth it. Take a few minutes to read through everything before you proceed.
Thanks, guys—you’re legit. Also, you’re all invited for Easter!
After adding the chart display, it became pretty clear there was a user-side issue behind the problem—not anything wrong with the system itself. That’s on me, though, because the whole thing ended up being a simple misunderstanding.
Big thanks to Larry for jumping in and getting it sorted quickly. He’s honestly a star. His help was appreciated, and I mean that—especially from the Mr. Aqua Futures boss people.
AquaFutures really lived up to what it promised. Payments have been quick and consistent, and the whole process feels smooth from start to finish. On top of that, the admin team is genuinely professional—every question I had was handled properly, and it never felt like I was being ignored.
The platform itself is also solid. It’s clear, well-organized, and easy to navigate, which honestly matters more than people think. And the supportive Discord community is a nice bonus; you can usually get answers fast, and the vibe in there is helpful rather than chaotic.
Overall, I can see myself sticking with this firm for a long time. In fact, I’m going to grab an extra account with them soon.
I’ve been having a serious problem with the platform. Sometimes it simply won’t let me close my trade, even when I’m trying to exit a position normally. I reported the issue to customer support right away and asked them to investigate.
Instead of helping, they refused to look into it and told me I needed to provide video proof. The thing is, I didn’t know that was a requirement. On top of that, I was honestly pretty stressed at the time, so I didn’t think to record anything.
Overall, the experience left me feeling ignored. It’s frustrating to have an issue that affects your trading, and then be brushed off without any real support.
I started trading on AquaFutures in February 2026, and honestly, things have been going really smoothly since day one. The pricing is solid and consistently competitive, and the whole verification process was impressively fast. After I passed my evaluation phase, it took under 24 hours to get verified—most of the time it’s more like 2–3 hours, which I didn’t really expect.
Even better, my first payout landed in under 24 business hours. So yeah, from performance to payouts, everything has matched what I hoped for.
Thank you very much, AF.
The support team was absolutely excellent. Big shoutout to Yazeed as well—he got the issue sorted out quickly and with zero hassle. Really appreciated the help.
The return on investment here is, honestly, wildly strong. Paying just $40 to reach a 50K goal comes with an impressive $1,500 payout, and that ratio feels exponential in the best way. It’s one of those offers where the math actually works out for you—at least, on paper and in practice.
From the moment I reached out, the customer service was genuinely great. The team was friendly and actually knew what they were doing, and they helped me sort out my account issues pretty quickly. I expected a long back-and-forth, but everything was handled fast—honestly, it was a smooth experience overall.
So far, it’s been a great experience. Everything feels smooth, and the whole process has been surprisingly hassle-free. I’m definitely looking forward to seeing how it holds up over time.
The customer support here is genuinely great. They actually reply quickly and, more importantly, get your issue sorted out within minutes. You don’t feel like you’re stuck waiting around.
Kudos to the team for all you do. I’m also looking forward to my second payout soon.
Aqua Futures’ risk rules are, frankly, extremely misleading—and they almost feel engineered to put traders in a no-win situation. For example, describing a $1,250 threshold as a “daily loss limit” gives off the impression that you’re dealing with a temporary, end-of-day stop. But that’s not how it works in practice. Instead, it functions like an immediate account failure trigger. That’s not the way most firms handle daily limits, and the way it’s communicated leaves a lot of room for traders to misunderstand what will actually happen.
On top of that, the numbers are way too strict for what they’re asking you to manage. For a $50K account, a $1,250 cap is barely enough buffer—one or two normal losing trades can take you out of the challenge quickly, even if your trading is generally solid and consistent over time. Then you add a trailing drawdown element, and the whole structure becomes even harsher. At that point, even disciplined traders can get eliminated long before they have a fair chance to recover or prove the strategy.
Overall, this doesn’t feel like a balanced test of trading skill. It feels more like a framework that increases the odds of failure, and the terminology doesn’t line up with the real severity of the rules. That mismatch—and the lack of clear, upfront transparency—is a serious problem. Traders should know exactly what they’re risking and how they’ll be stopped, and in this case, the setup falls short.
I contacted support twice about my issue, and both times it was solved really quickly. Kamso was super helpful throughout the process. Thanks a lot!
Very great overall. The rules are a bit tricky at first, but once you get the hang of them, it’s pretty smooth. What really stands out is the price—it’s extremely cheap for what you get.
I’ve already received 3 payouts so far, which makes me feel confident about the value. Overall, it’s a very good option and definitely worth the money.
Obrigado!
I recently picked up an account and so far I’m pretty impressed. The rules are clearly laid out, and that alone makes everything feel more trustworthy. On top of that, the pricing is genuinely cheap compared to what I’ve seen elsewhere. Everything has worked smoothly from the start, and overall it seems like a solid deal—at least based on my experience so far.
I bought a lot of 25K and even managed to complete several evaluations so I could move toward a payout. Overall, the whole experience has been pretty smooth, and it feels legit—at least from my end.
I’d rate it as very good, honestly. The process was straightforward and I didn’t run into any major issues along the way.
Yes, they do pay the traders—at least in my case. What really stood out to me is how strict their rules are. For example: no news trading, the biggest single profit must be greater than the biggest single loss, and you need around 40% consistency. Also, during the evaluation phase, they don’t allow copy trading. If you meet all of that, then you’ll be paid.
Now, the part that annoyed me was the payout delay and the payout request process. I passed all the rules on March 3, but I couldn’t submit a payout request right away because their website had an issue. I’m not sure if it’s fixed by now, but it definitely wasn’t smooth at the time. After that, it took 5 working days (I was submitting under an 8 hours/day, 5 days/week schedule) before they processed my payout request manually on March 9. Also, I didn’t receive any confirmation email even though I specifically asked for one—and nothing came through.
Eventually, after 6 working days total (including March 9; I was told the request was raised internally), I received the payout on March 16.
During that waiting period, I contacted support back and forth almost every day. Two days I didn’t bother them because they told me I didn’t need to keep messaging or creating new regular tickets. Still, I followed up because the request was stuck. On the very first day, I even asked whether they could do the payout manually, and they told me it couldn’t be done. Looking back, I think they just didn’t plan for how a platform change would affect their process. But in the end, they made it manual anyway.
Support communication also felt… slow, to be honest. It was similar to contacting senior government officials—everything is delayed. At one point, every reply required waiting about 6 hours (until around March 13, if I remember correctly). Later, they reduced the cooldown to 5 minutes. That sounds like an improvement, but at the time it was a bit weird, because it didn’t feel necessary for everyone—it felt more like it was slowing down normal users too.
Still, they do keep their word on timing. Their payout guarantee is 48 hours in working terms (which for them ends up being about 6 working days), counted from the date you request the payout—not the date you see the processing status online. Processing also depends on approval from their risk management team, and those approvals don’t appear to follow strict deadlines. Once they approve it, you get paid.
So overall: if you follow their rules like I did, they’re not denying payouts (at least not as of now).
P.S. I have all the proof that I passed the rules and that I dealt with their customer support.
Rules are solid and the overall experience is pretty good. That said, they really need to improve payout speed—waiting longer than expected is the only downside I’ve noticed. Other than that, everything seems to be in good shape. Follow the rules and you should get paid. Overall, I’d recommend it.
This was my first-ever payout with a prop firm, and honestly, I was nervous. I’d never gone through anything like this before, so doing it here on Aqua Futures felt like a real milestone for me.
If someone had asked me months ago whether I could pull this off, I probably would’ve answered “no” right away. But I can’t stop talking about Aqua Futures and how consistent they are with their commitment to traders. Their rules aren’t just random guidelines—they actually made things clearer, and they helped me understand what I’d been missing every time I failed an evaluation before.
Right now, I’m feeling much more stable. I’m at a steady equilibrium, and for the first time, my results match the effort I’ve been putting in.
I had a really positive experience overall. I recently received a payout, and everything went smoothly. On my second attempt, I got funded and then reached the payout target without too much hassle.
What impressed me most was the speed—my payment arrived within 2 business days. I also thought the support team was solid. They were responsive and actually helped me step by step, especially when I needed guidance. Overall, I’d say this was a smooth and reliable process for me.
Let me save you some time: this platform is full of “hidden rules,” and honestly, the way it’s handled can get ugly fast. If something goes wrong, don’t expect much help—because their customer support team tends to blame you for not understanding the rules they never clearly explained. And yes, they’ll often push you to have contacted them on Discord *before* you traded, like that’s something most people would reasonably think to do.
Worse, if you keep following up for a real solution, they may respond by cutting you off—specifically, they can block you from the Discord community. That’s exactly what happened to me.
So, if you’re considering it, be careful. They keep lowering prices to pull people in, but based on my experience, it doesn’t seem like anyone actually gets a payout from this company. My advice: stay away.
If you follow the rules, you’ll get very smooth support.
Mireille Rahal
I just opened my second account and everything has been going really well so far. I had passed an account previously, but I failed the funded one—still, the current setup feels smooth, and I’m feeling confident this time around.
Also, the support team has been very good. They respond quickly and help without making things complicated. Overall, a solid experience so far.
