I met the payout requirements on my LucidFlex 25K funded account and went ahead and submitted a payout request. The problem is, their ID verification system kept failing automatically, multiple times, even though I used a valid Florida state ID and followed every step exactly as shown.
After I reached out, support escalated it to Compliance for a manual review. That part did help, but it still created about a 1–3 business day delay before I could move forward. To be clear, this wasn’t related to my trading account status or whether I actually qualified under their payout rules—the verification process itself was the blocker.
The dashboard and rules were pretty straightforward, but the KYC/support workflow felt a bit unnecessary, especially when you’re trying to capitalize during an active payout window.
