I can’t access my account 7415397635. I’ve sent a bunch of emails, but I haven’t gotten any reply at all. It’s honestly frustrating because my account shows about $1,700 in profit, so it feels like they just don’t want to pay. 🙁

Ha sido una gran decepción. Yo llegué a mi objetivo y estaba listo para solicitar el retiro, pero justo cuando llegó el día, la web no me deja avanzar: desde la página no aparece la opción para pedirlo. Contacté con soporte y la verdad no me dieron ninguna solución, ni una respuesta clara.
Lo intenté de nuevo varias veces y la página directamente no carga. Curiosamente, solo funciona la página principal; la sección de acceso a socios no funciona y, por lo tanto, no se puede solicitar el retiro. Además, no contestan por Discord ni por correo electrónico. Y para rematar, la cuenta de MT5 ya no me funciona.
Sinceramente, esto me huele a estafa. Están recaudando con la promo del 50% para que la gente entre y, cuando toca salir, se quedan con el dinero. Si hablas con ellos para preguntar sobre las cuentas como si fueras nuevo, te contestan rápido, pero cuando yo intenté gestionar mi retiro ya no responden.
Por eso, voy a pasar el tema a mi mentor y a toda mi comunidad de trading, para que nadie caiga en lo mismo.

This is a total Caplintis Profirm scam—seriously, scam, scam. Everyone please be alert. It feels like a classic fraud scheme by the company, and both your money and time will likely be wasted. Don’t buy any Caplintis Profirm product or account.
I purchased an HFT account for about $15,000, and after that things went downhill. I didn’t receive any withdrawal, and eventually my account, along with my ID, got blocked. I’m writing this so others don’t make the same mistake I did.

This is honestly the most useless company I’ve ever dealt with. Please don’t try to buy from them—everything about the process feels like a scam. They lie a lot and they really know how to manipulate, and from what I’ve seen, they’ll never pay you.
They asked me to work with them and also to bring other people, claiming that was part of the “affiliate” arrangement. I agreed, but it became something else. Very soon after, they started sending me messages full of excuses—like bullshit “evidence” that doesn’t even make sense. They keep acting like I said I was their affiliate, but I never did. Even when I called out their claims, they only came with one piece of proof that still doesn’t show anything clearly.
What hurts most is the money. They held my $2,500 and then cut it down to $1,700, and after that they still didn’t pay properly. And it’s not just me. It looks like they’ve done the same thing to many other people, and none of them seem to get paid. Save yourself and don’t trust them.

They deleted my account for no real reason. At first I thought it was some kind of glitch, but after a few days it was gone.When I tried to contact them and ask them to fix it, there was zero response. I sent multiple messages—nothing. Honestly, it feels like they just don’t want to pay you out, so they wipe the account and move on. Very shady service.

Scammers.
I purchased the evaluation account, and after I passed Phase 1 and Phase 2, I was expecting to get funded. But no funded account was ever received. To make it worse, they blocked or even deleted my account, so I can’t log in anymore.
If you’re thinking about buying an account, I really don’t recommend it—there are too many problems and it’s honestly not worth the risk. In my case, there was zero help or support. The live chat never gave me a real response, and nothing was resolved.

Also, I’m a well-known YouTuber with a Telegram community, so if this doesn’t get fixed I’ll share a negative review with my followers. I’m currently waiting for a proper solution from your side.
