Me encantó la atención del equipo de Axi y, sobre todo, lo sencillo que es hacer depósitos desde tarjeta de débito o crédito. En mi primer depósito incluso me contactaron por WhatsApp, de forma muy amable, para resolver cualquier duda que pudiera tener, y la verdad se siente un servicio bien cuidado, de muy buena calidad.
Lo único que mejoraría es el tiempo en los retiros. En mi caso se han tardado hasta 3 días, y si lograran hacerlo más rápido (aunque sea 24-48 horas en vez de tanto tiempo) sería todavía más útil. Fuera de eso, todo lo demás me pareció 10/10.

They also removed the Apple Pay option. On top of that, the bank account doesn’t appear during withdrawal even after I successfully added the account. It’s pretty frustrating because everything looks fine on the add-account screen, but later it just won’t recognize it. I hope they fix this soon, because it defeats the whole purpose of linking the account.

I noticed that there’s no 2FA authentication or email verification when withdrawing funds, and honestly that’s a big red flag. It means anyone could potentially tamper with clients’ money without leaving clear traces. Axi Broker should really fix this security loophole, because the current setup doesn’t give enough protection for withdrawals. Please work on strengthening the security loop before more users get affected.
