Not yet a client, but I’ve been keeping an eye on them for a while now. Their rules have shifted over the years, sure, but overall they still feel pretty reasonable compared to other firms in the industry. They also stay quite active on Trustpilot, and it looks like they’re genuinely focused on maintaining a solid reputation—only about a 5% to 6% negative review rating, and most of the issues don’t seem all that serious.
I’ve had a number of conversations with them already, and they’ve been quick to respond and very professional throughout. I’m planning to purchase my next account with them, so I’ll give it a proper shot and update my experience once that’s done.
