It really looks like Leeloo is winding down and that they’re no longer honoring payout requests. I waited a full week, and then I finally got an email saying I supposedly violated some of their rules. What made it worse is they offered me just $250 and said they were closing my account.
For context, there was about $8,200 in profit sitting in the account when they pulled this. I’m not the only one either—three friends of mine reported the same kind of issue.
Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your money with them. You’re very unlikely to get paid.

A Leeloo recusou o meu levantamento de lucros e ainda por cima baniu-me permanentemente do programa logo após eu pedir a minha primeira retirada. Pior ainda, fecharam a minha conta sem apresentarem qualquer tipo de prova ou justificação técnica — foi tudo muito rápido e pouco claro.
Mesmo tendo enviado todos os registos de trading para demonstrar a minha disciplina e o cumprimento rigoroso das regras, e apesar de eu ter feito um pedido formal para saber os detalhes do “audit”, a Leeloo continua sem transparência. Eles limitam-se a esconder-se na tal cláusula de “única e absoluta discrição” para, na prática, confiscarem os meus ganhos de forma arbitrária.
Em vez de uma explicação lógica, baseada em evidências, tentaram apenas empurrar-me para aceitar um pagamento simbólico de “boa-fé” para eu encerrar a reclamação e desistir dos meus direitos. Claro que eu não concordei.
Isto acaba por ser um aviso para qualquer trader: aqui, ter bons resultados e seguir as regras não significa que vais mesmo receber. A empresa reserva-se o direito de invalidar contas bem-sucedidas e banir utilizadores, ao critério deles, sem qualquer responsabilidade ou transparência.
Se está à procura de uma plataforma realmente confiável para trabalhar, sinceramente, não vale a pena perder tempo com a Leeloo. -

Please Avoid Leeloo Trading!!!!!
I kept delaying writing this for more than 6 months, but after seeing someone close to me go through the exact same mess this week, I finally felt I had to speak up.
Honestly, my experience with Leeloo Trading has been extremely frustrating and, to be blunt, unfair.
I followed their rules. I respected the 30% consistency rule, stayed within the drawdown limits, and I traded for over the required 30 days. I also didn’t do any “flipping days” just to pass—I traded properly with a real strategy (the same one that has helped me withdraw profits with other firms, except Leeloo, of course). On a $50,000 account, I managed to generate around $9,000 in profit.
Then, when I requested my withdrawal, they denied it.
The reason they gave was that I was “inconsistent” with my contract sizing and my take profit.
But this doesn’t make sense to me. Real traders adapt. Some days there’s volatility and big news, other days it’s more consolidation. On the quieter days, I reduced my position size to manage risk—for example, I’d switch to 2 micro contracts instead of 5. And on top of that, I sometimes closed trades for small wins like $100 or less. That’s not inconsistency; that’s responsible risk management.
They offered me only around $400 and then shut everything down. 🙁
If their expectation is that traders must use the exact same position size every single day, no matter what the market is doing, then they’re not looking for traders. They’re looking for robots.
What’s worse is that after denying my withdrawal, they didn’t just reject the payout—they completely shut down my accounts. Everything disappeared. All accounts wiped.
This already happened to me months ago, and now I’ve seen it happen again to someone close to me very recently. So yeah, this doesn’t feel like an isolated case.
If you’re planning to trade futures and you actually want to get paid, please be careful. There are plenty of other companies out there. Don’t go in blind.
Avoid Leeloo Trading.

Beware of the fine print when you request a payout. Just because the dashboard says you’re eligible doesn’t automatically mean you’ll actually receive the amount you’re expecting. In my case, it was a pretty disappointing experience, and I can’t really recommend this company.
What really got me is how the goal posts seem to move once they start their internal reviews. So if you’re after something straightforward and simple, I’d stay away.
That said, customer service was good apart from the payout side of things.

Ich möchte kurz schildern, was dieses Unternehmen Ende letzten Jahres mit mir gemacht hat. Am Anfang machte die Plattform einen ziemlich seriösen Eindruck. Für einen Einstieg in die Krypto-Welt, gerade wenn man – wie ich damals – noch ziemlich neu ist, wirkte alles gut durchdacht. Meine Fragen wurden zunächst auch immer beantwortet, und in meinem Dashboard waren tatsächlich steigende Gewinne zu sehen. Das hat mich dazu gebracht, meine Investition im Laufe der Zeit noch einmal zu erhöhen, weil ich dachte, dass mein Geld dort sicher aufgehoben ist.
Dann kam allerdings der Moment, in dem ich mein Geld abheben wollte. Was eigentlich ein einfacher Vorgang sein sollte, wurde für mich zur echten Geduldsprobe. Meine Auszahlungsanträge wurden immer wieder verzögert, und jedes Mal bekam ich eine neue Ausrede, wenn ich nachgefragt habe. In mehreren Fällen wurde außerdem verlangt, dass ich noch zusätzliche Zahlungen leisten und weitere Schritte erfüllen soll – aber selbst danach passierte nichts. Der Kundenservice reagierte anfangs nur schleppend und irgendwann gar nicht mehr. Teilweise wurde ich komplett ignoriert, und irgendwann hatte ich wirklich den Eindruck, mein Geld wäre weg. Besonders zermürbend war es, als selbst die Polizei keine konkrete Lösung anbieten konnte.
Zum Glück hat sich das geändert, als ich mich an Aphroditeicu gewandt habe. Dort wurde mein Fall ernst genommen und ich wurde durchgehend informiert. Sie haben den Prozess aktiv begleitet, nicht nur „abgewimmelt“. Und sobald sie mein Geld erfolgreich zurückgeholt hatten, war es innerhalb von weniger als 7 Tagen wieder auf meinem Konto.

Au début, la plateforme m’a vraiment donné une impression positive. L’interface est simple, claire, et la création du compte m’a pris à peine quelques minutes. Ensuite, mon premier investissement s’est bien passé : pas de blocage, pas de surprise, et j’ai même vu des résultats encourageants assez rapidement. Franchement, ça m’a mis en confiance.
Le retournement de situation a commencé au moment des retraits. J’ai fait une première demande, puis une deuxième (au moins 2 tentatives en tout), et dans les deux cas le traitement a été repoussé à plusieurs reprises. Et surtout : aucune solution concrète, ni explication vraiment claire. Quand j’ai contacté le service client, j’ai eu droit à des réponses vagues, pas franchement utiles, et ça ne m’a pas aidé du tout.
Au fil des jours, l’impossibilité d’accéder à mes fonds est devenue une grosse source d’inquiétude. Le manque de communication et de transparence faisait que je ne comprenais pas ce qui se passait exactement. Résultat : ça a clairement semé le doute sur la fiabilité du service.
Finalement, j’ai sollicité l’assistance via Twitter. Et là, oui, ça a bougé : on m’a guidé dans la procédure, et le problème a pu être résolu.
En conclusion, malgré une très bonne première impression, les difficultés de retrait ont vraiment gâché l’expérience globale. Je dirais que, dans ce genre de situations, il vaut mieux avancer avec prudence et bien surveiller la façon dont les retraits sont traités.

Leeloo is pretty good for beginner traders who want to build a solid habit of “farming.” I’ve been trading for around 20 days, and honestly, things were going quite well. But on day 21, I didn’t stick to my trading discipline, so my PA performance account got liquidated. Losing what I’d built up—nearly 8k in profit over those 20 days—really feels frustrating and heartbreaking.
That said, I can’t deny that Leeloo’s trading model genuinely helps a lot. It gives you a clearer structure, and you can gradually learn better habits instead of just rushing in blindly. Le support répond toujours aux questions, même quand on n’a pas trop de détails au départ.
Les règles sont claires dès le début, et ça, c’est vraiment appréciable.
En plus, vous trouvez facilement une promotion qui peut correspondre à votre profil, selon vos besoins du moment.
Et pour le paiement, rien à redire : j’ai demandé un retrait le samedi, et l’argent était déjà sur mon compte le jeudi (donc plus rapide que prévu).
Bref, merci à Leeloo pour leur sérieux.

Para mí, esto es una estafa. Empecé con una cuenta de 300K y, después de más de 30 días operando, llegué a tener un beneficio de 10.700 $. En mi caso, el “colchón” era de 7.500 $ y el resto hasta el total eran unos 3.000 $ en ganancias. Solicité esos 3.000 $, que era el máximo permitido por el tamaño de la cuenta.
Pues bien, tras casi 2 semanas esperando, me devolvieron solo 750 $ y además me cerraron la cuenta. Según el soporte, fue porque mi operativa supuestamente no cumplía sus normas. A estas alturas, sinceramente, no me cuadra nada y me parece una manera clara de limitar retiros y dejarte fuera.
No lo recomiendo.

First and foremost, it’s important not to let the negative one-star reviews skew your perspective. I have been trading with LeeLoo for a considerable amount of time now. My lack of success is not a reflection of LeeLoo’s capabilities; rather, it’s largely due to my own self-sabotage. Back in December, I purchased two 300K Bundles and committed to taking a slow and steady approach toward reaching my payout. While my trading wasn’t flawless—I certainly had days where I overtraded out of a desire to avoid losses—I did ultimately get to the payout request day.
Initially, I was anxious about whether I would actually be compensated, especially after reading some of the negative reviews here. But contrary to what those one-star ratings suggest, my experience was quite the opposite. I had the pleasure of speaking with Chris, who I must say is one of the best CEOs I’ve ever encountered. He reached out to me on Discord, pointed out where I had gone wrong, and emphasized the importance of not overtrading and being okay with accepting losses.
I was genuinely surprised to receive his outreach; I had always assumed that prop firms wanted their traders to fail. However, Chris proved that notion wrong. He truly has the best interests of the traders at heart. Going forward, he advised me to maintain consistency and avoid the pitfalls of overtrading. Not only did he offer invaluable insights, but he also processed my payout without hesitation, which could have easily gone the other way.
If you’re considering whether to learn and enhance your trading skills, I wholeheartedly recommend giving LeeLoo a shot. They are a top-tier company with excellent support, and Chris is, without a doubt, an outstanding CEO—as I’ve told him many times!
