Спред правда большой, и это очень неприятно. Из-за него мы, к сожалению, закрылись по сделке в минус, хотя изначально план был хороший. В такие моменты кажется, что условия просто не на стороне клиента — даже 1–2 небольших колебания сразу превращаются в лишние расходы. Надеюсь, что в будущем это исправят.

I submitted my payout request on March 10 (ID 21555659). Shortly after, I got an official message saying the payout was approved and that it would be processed within 5 business days.
Well, almost 2 months later, I’m still waiting for the majority of my funds.
So far I’ve received only about 30% of the total payout. There was also zero prior notice that the payment would be split into several separate transactions. Since that first partial transfer, support kept giving me new deadlines—none of which were actually met.
Communication has gotten really bad. Most of my messages have been ignored since April 22, and even after many follow-ups, I still can’t receive a clear date for when the rest of the money will be sent.
Honestly, at this point it doesn’t look like a professional payout process. Delaying client withdrawals for nearly 2 months, consistently missing promised timelines, and then basically avoiding proper communication is not acceptable.
Be very careful if you expect fast and reliable payouts from this company.

I’m honestly very disappointed with SpiceProp. I put in a withdrawal request (#21641967) on April 24th. Based on their own rules, the payout should be processed within 1–5 business days.
Today is May 8th, and that’s already the 10th business day I’ve been waiting. The money was taken from my trading terminal pretty quickly, but nothing ever showed up in my TRC20 wallet. Support keeps replying with the same generic line about “technical issues,” but there’s zero detail—no clear explanation, no TXID, nothing I can verify.
To me, this looks like a direct breach of their terms. I’m posting this review to hopefully speed things up. If/when the funds arrive, I’ll update again.

I just received my third payout, so I wanted to share my experience with this company. Overall, it’s been a mixed ride, mostly because of one thing: the payment delays. Sometimes it’s pretty unpleasant when results don’t arrive on time, but the good part is that you do get everything eventually.
As for communication, it was fine. I contacted support through Discord and Telegram, and I was kept in the loop. I’d also like to say thanks to the Discord support team and especially their lead specialist, Sergey, for helping me when I needed it.
I’m still working with this company and I honestly hope they can improve the timing of payouts going forward.

Fac tot ce pot ca sa nu primesc payoutul, dar e greu. Nu mai zic ca regulile se schimbă peste noapte, practic te trezești cu alt scenariu și nu ți se pare deloc normal. În plus, totul se mișcă foarte încet, iar când în sfârșit ajungi aproape de plată, apare iar un obstacol. Pe scurt: nu merită să te bazezi pe ei pentru payout.

After I completed all their required steps, they told me they still had to verify my account because I had traveled. It’s been more than 20 days now.
They also said my IP address had changed, which is pretty normal when you’re abroad. Fine, I understood that.
But then, from the profit that was already split—and that I was supposed to receive 80% of—they applied another deduction. In the end, I only got 65% of that 80%, because I had traveled and used different IP addresses. I accepted it.
Later, I received an email saying the matter was approved together with the finance team. Shortly after, another finance email confirmed the payout was approved and that it would take 1–5 business days.
Now it’s almost two weeks (almost 14 days), and they still haven’t sent the money. There are no updates at all.
Support also won’t respond to my emails, even though they can clearly see my messages. A live chat agent even confirmed they’ve received them.
So, can I go to the ECC and file a complaint? Honestly, they kept me waiting for close to a month without approving the payout, and during that time I couldn’t trade. They left me blocked without any real communication.
This feels like a joke both for me and for their customers. I have all the evidence if it’s needed.

De momento todo va muy bien. Tengo acceso a todas las herramientas y la página web es bastante fácil de usar. En general funciona muy bien y no me dio ningún problema al entrar. Es de esas plataformas que se entienden rápido, así que genial por ahora. Ojalá siga así (yo la usaré unos 20-30 días más para confirmarlo), pero por el momento estoy contento.

En general, esta empresa sí cumple con lo que promete. Yo pedí los resets de cuentas y me los hicieron con bastante rapidez, sin vueltas ni excusas. Además, suelen estar dando descuentos muy seguido, y la verdad eso ayuda un montón, sobre todo para quienes están buscando ahorrar. Estoy bastante satisfecho con el servicio prestado; ojalá sigan así.

Spiceprop completely locked me out of my account just because I didn’t place a trade for a month. Honestly, it makes zero sense—any real trader knows there are weeks when the market is just awful and you’d be better off sitting tight instead of forcing it. In my case it felt like they were punishing inactivity, not risk management.
I’d say skip this prop firm unless you’re okay with feeling pressured to open trades that you don’t really want, just to keep your account active. The whole experience left me constantly on edge, and I don’t think that’s how trading should work.

I’ve had a lot of trouble with what feels like a scam—please be careful. The rules are not clearly shown, and many times the system closes orders automatically, without any response or explanation. Honestly, the whole process has been very frustrating.Overall, I’m really not satisfied and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Very bad, bad, bad—something feels off with the platform.

Son unos estafadores, no pagan. Siempre están con una excusa al momento de retirar: que si no se cumplieron unas “reglas”, que si el proceso no estuvo como debía, que si pasó esto o lo otro. El año pasado supongo que sí pagaban, porque necesitaban gente para promocionar su plataforma en Latam, y por eso se movían rápido. Pero en lo que va de este año todo es un “pero”, y la verdad ya cansa. No lo recomiendo.

Don’t buy any account.
After you pass the challenge, there’s a consistency rule that they don’t fully explain, and in my experience that’s where things start to go wrong. There also seem to be hidden rules, so the “cheap price” isn’t really a deal—more like bait.
Honestly, save your time and money. If you’re thinking about purchasing, don’t waste it.
