I’ve spent some time looking through your website, and I noticed that you claim withdrawals are processed within one to two business days. I also checked the contract I signed, which confirms the same timeframe. However, it’s now been since Wednesday, March 27, 2024, and my withdrawal request is still pending. I kindly ask you to resolve this issue today. If it’s not settled soon, I may have no choice but to consider legal options, as the timelines stated on both your website and in the contract are not being honored.
