Apex initially impressed me as a solid trading firm, and I enjoyed a good working relationship with them. For quite some time, I was achieving consistent payouts using a trading system I’ve honed over the years. However, recent developments have led me to question whether the company still values its traders. I’ve faced payout denials not once, but twice in the span of two months. While I understood the first denial due to a breach of the flipping rule, the second denial felt entirely unwarranted.
I followed all the guidelines meticulously: I maintained consistent contract sizing, adhered to the 30% rule, limited my flips to under 20%, and avoided DCAing entirely. Despite that, they not only denied my payout but placed me on probation as well. To make matters worse, this setback occurred during an incredibly difficult time for me, following a death in my family. They cited that I received too many single payouts, despite my accounts being active for 40 days and showing consistent performance.
I find it hard to envisage continuing a relationship with a firm that has such vague payout criteria. Just imagine dedicating weeks to trading only to be told you need to create three days’ worth of trading videos before you can access your funds. Does that really seem fair or reasonable? I cannot in good conscience recommend this company. I urge fellow traders to explore other firms that provide a less stressful payout experience. Trading is already a challenging endeavor without the added anxiety of uncertain payments.
Moreover, the firm has been grappling with an array of data issues. The recent decision to shut down their Discord channel in hopes of mitigating complaints is misguided; the problems persist, and it’s clear that no actionable solutions are forthcoming. Save your resources and look elsewhere.

Even though I’ve earned over $15,000 this month, I’m stuck with only being able to withdraw $3,000 every two weeks. It’s frustrating not to have access to all of my earnings.
I haven’t received my funded account yet. I believe there’s been an error. I successfully completed my evaluation account and even paid for the lifetime subscription. However, I still haven’t been issued a live funded account, and I’m unable to trade on my evaluation account either.
