I recently got funded with Apex, and my experience has been generally smooth up to this point. However, I have to say that the customer support leaves much to be desired. While they’ve always responded to my inquiries, their assistance often falls short—more often than not, they simply state they can’t help me with my issues.
As for their website, it’s quite frustrating. Navigating it is a challenge; it’s incredibly difficult to locate what you need. It really feels like they’ve gone out of their way to make it hard to figure out how to raise a support ticket.
The rules they have in place are fairly standard for the industry.
Just a heads up: be sure to cancel your subscriptions. They have a tendency to keep billing indefinitely and don’t issue refunds, so you’ll want to keep an eye on that.

APEX often gives the impression of operating less like a reputable firm and more like a scammer. Firstly, it’s notable that they rarely engage with low ratings or negative feedback, which is concerning. Secondly, their pricing strategies are puzzling; they frequently advertise promotions at ridiculously low prices. If low prices are a constant, one has to wonder why they don’t simply keep them low year-round.
Then there’s the issue of the trailing threshold, which seems designed to keep traders jumping through hoops to sign up for additional evaluations. A cynical view might suggest this is just a tactic to funnel more money from traders, as it seems many end up losing their accounts in this pursuit.
Moreover, customers often face frustrating delays when it comes to payout notifications, with payouts denied for vague reasons despite adherence to their so-called rules. The lengthy wait for payout submission, combined with the requirement to trade for ten grueling days, adds to the stress. What if you’ve made a profit, say, $2,600 on a $50,000 account over the first eight days only to face issues or market volatility on the ninth or tenth? It raises a fair question: what’s the point of following rules if they don’t lead to a fair outcome?
The list of grievances goes on, and frankly, I’m growing tired of dealing with this outfit. One representative even had the audacity to suggest in a video that potential clients ignore the reviews. Really? I challenge them to respond to this review with the same enthusiasm they show toward five-star ratings.

I don’t really do dollar-cost averaging or copy anyone else’s trades. While my trade sizes aren’t always super consistent, I stick to reasonable levels, trading anywhere from micros to around 2 mini contracts—nothing outrageous like an 8 NQ gain. Patience has definitely been key for me.
Recently, I received a payout exceeding $27,000 last month.
Just remember not to break any rules, and you should be good! Take everything you hear from others with a grain of salt.
Looking ahead, I would appreciate a shorter payout window, though I hear they’re already making strides in that direction.
