    This company raises some serious red flags. They frequently alter their rules without notice and are often unresponsive to payout requests. Don’t be misled by their low sign-up fees; the fine print reveals that their rules seem to encourage poor trading habits. It’s almost as if they penalize you for having a successful day, regardless of how few contracts you’re trading. I discourage anyone from using their services. I submitted a request for payment, and they suddenly introduced a new rule that prevented my payout.

    I am genuinely grateful for this opportunity—thanks to Jesus for guiding me here. Initially, I planned to explore other trading platforms, but I faced numerous obstacles. As fate would have it, I hadn’t come across Apex Trading until recently. For quite some time, I was solely trading stocks on Webull, but my interest in trading metals on OTC markets grew. Then, serendipitously, Apex Trading appeared before me; it truly felt like an unexpected blessing.

    After browsing through countless platforms and not receiving even a single marketing email or video from Apex, I found myself intrigued and ultimately joined. Over the past several months, I’ve experienced a journey filled with trial and error, which has helped me develop valuable skills and strategies that I genuinely enjoy applying.

    I once reflected on the idea that some things are more valuable than gold, silver, or jewels. When someone asked me what could possibly fit that description, I answered, “Grains and water.” Indeed, access to food holds a greater significance than any precious metal. At this juncture, I’ve shifted my focus entirely to trading in the futures market, steering clear of stocks or options for over a year now. It feels as though my journey has been divinely guided. As I move forward, my aspiration is to uplift and assist others in their trading pursuits.

    I used to rate this firm five stars, but now I’m down to zero. Initially, my funded accounts were up by $1,700, having achieved a 10x gain. However, when I returned to my computer, I was surprised to see that my accounts had hit the trailing drawdown. Hamza mentioned how well I had performed in just two days, highlighting my success, but then I hit that drawdown.

    Honestly, my biggest concern is that I couldn’t trade effectively, and I really feel like there might have been some manipulation at play. During my second round of funding, I encountered a serious issue where my stop loss on Ninja didn’t activate, and I couldn’t close my trades. A message popped up saying that it was unable to close the trades, and I ended up losing that round.

    Giving it another shot, I went for a third round of funding, but once again, my stop losses failed to work. I received notifications about ghost orders and trades that were supposedly running. At this point, I’ve had enough with Apex. I wish the best of luck to anyone who decides to give it a try, but for me, it feels like a setup for traders to fail. It’s like you’re paying to play, but when you lose, it’s game over, and you have to pay again to restart.

I even managed to maintain consistent performance, not experiencing a single losing day until it came time for my payout. However, my payout was ultimately denied, with the justification cited as “improper risk management.” When I reached out to their helpdesk for some clarity, the staff were unable to provide any explanation for the denial and merely stated that it was a decision made by their compliance team. Unfortunately, the compliance team never offered any evidence or detailed reasoning to support their claim. It really seems as though they are just searching for excuses to deny payouts.

    Moreover, the platform has a habit of frequently altering its rules, often keeping them rather vague. Following these changes, they tend to release several videos attempting to offer clarification. This overall lack of transparency certainly makes it difficult to have confidence in their processes.

I haven’t used any dollar-cost averaging, and my drawdowns have never exceeded $500. I’ve stuck to all the written rules, yet they seem to have made up new ones.

On a positive note, the support team is indeed helpful; however, trading is inherently stressful, and you don’t want to add worries about whether your account will still be accessible the next day or if you’ll actually receive your payout.     Apex has recently implemented some changes to their rules, following months of careful deliberation. It’s important to recognize that many issues we attribute to Apex are actually our own responsibility. Apex, along with other proprietary firms, primarily exists to provide traders access to funding.

    I recall an insightful Town Hall meeting Apex held over a year ago, where they proposed several initiatives to aid traders, including the introduction of the Safety Net Buffer. Initially, Apex indicated that traders would need to maintain this buffer. Understandably, many expressed dissatisfaction, as some did not see the necessity for this safeguard, while others engaged in reckless trading.

    Apex took community feedback into account and decided against making the buffer a strict requirement, leading to a collective sense of relief among traders. Unfortunately, this leniency opened the door for some to exploit the opportunity, which ultimately had negative repercussions for those adhering to the rules.

    Another point of contention has been Apex’s stance on the Dollar Cost Averaging (DCA) or Martingale strategy during intraday trading when facing losses. While there was upset over this position, Apex graciously revised their policy to accommodate those who wished to utilize this approach. Yet again, not everyone respected this allowance, leading to violations. It’s crucial to recognize that blame shouldn’t rest solely on Apex or any prop firm; many traders must also reflect on their own behaviors.

    Apex has not instituted rules out of a capacity or unwillingness to pay. Personally, I have received payouts from them for adhering to the guidelines. They maintain a reasonable approach, focusing on the overall sum of your trading activity rather than nitpicking every minor detail. Mr. John Skelton, along with Mr. Martin and the Apex Trader Funding Team, genuinely strives to create a balanced environment. Admittedly, there were times when I felt overlooked, but it’s impossible to satisfy every individual in such a diverse community.

    Overall, I find myself in agreement with the recent rule changes. Although I, like many, was eager for a payout from my efforts, the new Safety Net has altered that prospect. Should I express frustration on social media? My answer is a resounding NO! We were advised to treat our trading here as if it were our own personal account. The risk of significant loss is palpable when trading independently—many would be understandably anxious.

    We all need to come together and refine our trading skills, ideally preparing ourselves for the opportunity to manage our own accounts in due time. The firm exists to facilitate opportunity, and it’s essential that we foster an environment where future traders can benefit as well.

    Regarding customer service, there have been complaints about its quality. However, I believe it’s crucial to manage expectations. Not every experience will meet your desires, and I’ve certainly faced outcomes from Apex that didn’t align with my expectations. Nevertheless, my issues didn’t arise from customer service; they performed their duties professionally. I recently had a conversation with Mr. Patrick K., who was composed and attentive in addressing my concerns, which I truly appreciated.

    It’s beneficial for us to extend some courtesy toward Apex. They aim to maintain equilibrium, but they will not tolerate bullying or misinformation.

    As the holidays approach, let’s redirect our focus toward enhancing our trading skills, rather than becoming preoccupied with the latest gossip or sensational content about different firms. Ultimately, I desire for this firm to thrive for years to come, and I hope others share that sentiment!

The spreads are practically non-existent, which leads to impressive fills.     It seems that Trustpilot may be obscuring negative feedback. If you take a closer look at the one-star reviews in relation to the five-star ones, it’s clear they’re not arranged chronologically but rather hidden based on scoring. Our experience with Apex was quite troubling. Just an hour before the market opened, they changed the rules without any prior notice. To make matters worse, they didn’t put the new regulations in writing—only provided a video that was nearly inaudible. This level of unprofessionalism is utterly disappointing. It’s hard not to see this as evidence of a scam. My advice? Stay away from them. Additionally, I urge Trustpilot to be more transparent and honest in their practices.

    Beware of this company! I was scammed out of over $12,000! If you’re considering trading with them, please think again. They labeled me a “windfall trader” and accused me of having “too many flip days.” It’s honestly ridiculous. When I returned from a wedding, I found that my account had been completely shut down, with no way to access my funds—including more than $12,000 in pending payouts. ALL of it vanished. Not a single cent was refunded from this disgraceful business. Darell, the person in charge, is truly untrustworthy, taking advantage of those simply trying to earn a living. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of Apex and Darell. Protect yourself from being taken advantage of!
