I really don’t understand how this firm has managed to maintain four-star ratings. I traded with them for several months, reaching a total balance of about $27,000 across my accounts. When I requested a payout, they declined it and put me on probation, which is honestly laughable. I kept trading, thinking it was just another hiccup, as this wasn’t the first time I faced a denial. After another month of trading, I requested a payout again, only to be denied once more.
They claimed they would review my probation in 30 days, yet here we are, well past that timeframe—over a week has gone by without any clarity. I submitted a support ticket, but the responses I received felt like they were just passing me from one person to another. To sum it up, I eventually decided to abandon my accounts, walking away from $27,000 and a significant amount of wasted time. Honestly, these folks should feel a sense of shame. It’s hard to express just how frustrating this has been, especially considering how much that money could have helped me. I’m truly at a loss for words. 😞😢😥

My perspective on APEX is straightforward: if you’re based in the U.S., things are probably going to work out fine. However, if you’re located elsewhere, you might feel like just a variable they can adjust or even ban at any moment.
To elaborate, my account was blocked due to a trade that I never executed, leaving me without access to my funds. The only feedback I’ve received from customer support was, “Just wait for the compliance team.” Many others have been waiting for months for any word from this team, raising the question of whether it even exists.
In my view, APEX lacks the professionalism you’d expect from a reputable proprietary trading firm; they severely limit communication and responses to user inquiries.

This review certainly deserves a five-star rating. Like many traders, I initially felt apprehensive after reading numerous comments labeling the firm as a “scammer.” However, my personal experience has been nothing short of exceptional.
I’ve struggled with numerous evaluations and unfortunately faced setbacks with my PAs, particularly during the tumultuous August market downturn when my group trades faced significant challenges due to DCA. Despite those hurdles, APEX has provided me with a legitimate path toward financial independence. Currently, I’m managing 20 PAs, and since achieving profitability, APEX has consistently processed my payouts without fail. In just the last few months, I’ve received over $90,000 in payouts, and each of my accounts boasts a profit exceeding $13,000. The payout process is remarkably straightforward, and I’ve been impressed with the speed of transactions. For example, I requested $31,000 on October 17, and the funds were in my account in less than 36 hours.
While I hear many concerns about payout issues from others, my experience has been quite smooth. During the period when the DCA rule was enforced, I adhered strictly to it and never DCA’d more than once as allowed, and I’ve never encountered any problems. Contrary to what some might assume, I don’t strictly follow a “size consistency” approach that APEX seems to require. I typically start with 21 MES but have pushed up to 70-90 MES, and with NQ, I’m even more adaptable. I attribute my success to strong risk management, realizing that size is only one element of the equation. When trading larger positions, I maintain tight stop-losses, whereas with smaller trades, I give them the time they need to develop.
I genuinely appreciate APEX and the financial freedom it has provided me. It’s crucial not to let every negative comment sway your opinion; my experiences tell a different story. APEX has enabled me to transition from my role as Head of Investor Relations at a prominent venture firm, where I earned a six-figure salary, to making a similar amount monthly through trading with them.
Kudos to APEX for continuing their excellent work. With APEX 3.0, some of the previous rules have been relaxed, making the process even more manageable for traders. Thank you, APEX, for your rapid payouts and the prompt responses to my support tickets.

You’ll find that even if you adhere to their guidelines, there always seems to be a justification for denying your earnings. It’s puzzling, especially after trading consistently for three months without a hitch. Unfortunately, the customer service leaves much to be desired—there’s a notable lack of support available. In my experience, I wholeheartedly recommend exploring options like TopStep and My Funded Futures instead. Save yourself the headache and avoid spending your hard-earned money on Apex.

However, everything operates quickly and appears to function well. I guess we’ll find out in a week or so when I request a withdrawal.
