Every time I reach out, I get that same generic response: “We do not currently have any updates at this time regarding when the migration will be completed and payouts will resume. We will provide additional updates when they are available.” It feels like I’m stuck in a loop with no real information being shared.

After filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, I learned that they were unable to reach the firm’s offices in the US and Canada through any of the provided contact information, including emails. It turned out that their US address is associated with a location frequently linked to fraudulent activities, prompting a warning for local authorities to report any companies utilizing that address. At this point, it’s fair to label this operation a scam. They make grand promises, but it’s all smoke and mirrors. I’m still waiting for a payout of $2,500 that has been outstanding for eight months. Additionally, I’ve been informed that I supposedly violated their rules regarding two other profits amounting to $22,500—claims that are unfounded. Regrettably, I haven’t found any recourse to address these issues. It’s a frustrating situation!

AqreFx has been holding onto five figures in payout that I’ve been owed since August 2023. I’ve listened to every excuse in the book, from claims of stripe funds being frozen to the existence of some mysterious in-house trading bot that supposedly generates profits to handle payouts.
The truth is, Ronice appears to be quite skilled at scamming people, and this isn’t her first rodeo. Many of her other business ventures have ended with similar results, leaving stakeholders frustrated.

This company is a complete scam! I can’t believe the number of excuses I’ve heard. Four months ago, they claimed that you could ask for a refund, but the link to do that is still broken. If you’re considering it, I strongly advise you to turn back and look for other options. I really wish I had known better before handing over my money to these con artists. They kept advertising those “70% off” deals, but it’s all just a ruse. Honestly, I wouldn’t be surprised if they went bankrupt soon. Save your hard-earned cash!

If you join their Discord, take a moment to check out a) the payouts channel as well as b) the general chat.
You’ll find an endless stream of excuses. This firm feels like a sinking ship, and I strongly recommend against trying to get on board right now.

Aqre FX has proven to be one of the most disappointing proprietary trading firms I’ve encountered. It’s been nearly seven months without any payouts for traders, with the firm continuously citing “migration” as the reason for the delays. Meanwhile, other prop firms manage to complete their migrations in just one to two weeks. This leads me to believe they are more interested in collecting account fees than in supporting traders. If you manage to generate profits, don’t expect to see a dime.
I passed my phase one challenge a month ago, but I’ve yet to receive any updates or access to the second phase.
To avoid wasting your effort and experiencing regret, I strongly suggest steering clear of this firm!

Initially, my experience with this firm was stellar—I would have easily rated them a 5. However, as time has passed, my sentiment has shifted dramatically, leading me to assign a score of zero. I’ve invested in three different accounts, yet they began migrating us without any prior notice, and now, I haven’t been able to trade for over three months.
Despite my patience, the situation has not improved. I received an email stating that if my accounts weren’t migrated by the week of May 8th, I would be eligible for a refund. When I inquired about my refund, the response was alarming—they claimed they had no knowledge of the email. I forwarded it to them, and they requested more time, promising to update me by the end of the week. Since then, however, they have ignored all my follow-up emails.
To add insult to injury, they continue to promote codes for selling accounts that are currently inoperable! It’s hard not to see this as yet another example of a dishonest prop firm in the market. Overall, my experience has turned sour, and I cannot recommend them based on these issues.

Aqrefx has compensated me with just 66.66% of my total profits since August 2023, through to May 2024. I have to say, the moderators in the Discord channel and the payment team are consistently active, providing support for Aqrefx and doing their utmost, in my view.
The CEO claims that they are diligently working behind the scenes to finalize all payments; however, there’s a persistent lack of communication that leaves something to be desired. The only thing preventing a backlash against this trading firm seems to be the glimmer of hope that things will improve. It would be beneficial for the CEO to issue regular announcements with updates or timelines, especially when delays arise. I genuinely believe they are making efforts to resolve these issues, but this is the reality we face. I truly hope the best for the company, and I’ll be happy to give a five-star rating once they fulfill their promises.

Unfortunately, my experience with this trading firm has been quite negative. I made a purchase but never received my credentials. I waited for about three weeks, frequently communicating with their support team. Each time I reached out, they just told me to hold on and not to involve my bank. After that lengthy wait, they closed the ticket without providing my credentials or any solution. I do have proof of the purchase on my bank statement if required.

This company is incredibly questionable and quite problematic. They focus solely on selling accounts, and you’ll likely never see a payout. If you dare to question them on Discord, be prepared to be kicked out of the group without warning. It’s been more than nine months since they’ve made any payments. Instead, they seem more interested in selling accounts at outrageous prices, fully aware they can’t actually compensate the traders. I have plenty of evidence to support my claims. They operate like thieves. Rest assured, I’ll return with further reviews. Truly, they act like criminals.

I managed to secure a funded account pretty quickly, but I can’t attribute that to the company itself. The Discord channel has been quite chaotic, filled with chatter about unpaid wages dating back to last year. Yes, they often respond with excuses about their payment provider locking up their funds or something similarly far-fetched.
Ronice has also operated a real estate firm in Mississauga for several years, and she even launched a cryptocurrency that’s now virtually worthless.
Curiosity got the better of me, so I started digging deeper. During my research, I stumbled upon rumors of layoffs circulating within their ranks. Further investigation revealed that their office, which they had occupied for nearly a decade, is now listed for lease.
Looking at the Instagram profiles of their so-called top executives, I found limited experience, mostly revolving around real estate and trucking. In fact, Ronice also owns a trucking brokerage. Regrettably, many people are still clamoring for their payouts, and I’m increasingly convinced they’ll never see that money.
Avoid any company starting with AQRE; in my opinion, they’re likely scams. There’s plenty of talk without any follow-through, primarily aimed at getting your money.

First off, I’ll share my review as I see fit. You failed to address whether you’re actually paying your traders, and I think we all know the answer is no. In my Discord group, we have an Aqre channel, and the only posts consist of complaints about AqreFX’s inability to make payments. It’s hard not to view Ronice Harrison’s activities as a Ponzi scheme. After your hostile response, I’ve reduced my rating to one star.

After a lengthy wait of around three months, my experience with this proprietary trading firm has been incredibly frustrating. I sent numerous emails but received very few responses, and my attempts to use the chat function were equally fruitless—out of ten messages, I received zero replies. Now, to make matters worse, my account has been deleted.
During this timeframe, I was eligible for three payouts from my funded account, which included amounts of $3,200, $8,600, and $10,400. Unfortunately, my account is now inaccessible, and none of these funds have been processed.
I strongly advise against purchasing anything from this firm; it feels fraudulent, quite frankly.
In response to their reply, I’ve created a new account with Aqre, but my old data is nowhere to be found, nor are any pending payouts visible. What a shocker! I also reached out via the website’s chat this morning, but it’s been over six hours, and my message hasn’t even been acknowledged. Their chat claims a normal response time of 3-5 minutes—what a joke!
If this firm is at all serious about their reputation, they need to reach out to me and address this situation with urgency. Otherwise, another one-star review is inevitable.

Avoid this firm; they are among the biggest scammers in the industry. If you expect to receive a substantial payout, think again — they won’t pay you. It’s crucial not to support such deceptive practices. If I could rate them with zero stars, I would. Furthermore, expressing any concerns in their Discord channel leads to immediate consequences; you might find yourself timed out for an hour, and then subsequently kicked out entirely. A reputable broker would have nothing to conceal, so there should be no reason for such censorship. Only dishonest firms resort to these tactics. It would be wise for them to take notes from established players like FTMO and Alpha Capital Group, where open dialogue is encouraged and there are no restrictions on communication.

This is hands down the worst proprietary trading firm I’ve ever encountered. I strongly recommend staying away from them.
They’re currently running a huge promotional campaign, but when it comes to payouts, they’re incredibly reluctant. After waiting three weeks to receive my payment, I finally got a notification saying they needed an additional eight weeks. It’s startling and frankly, they should be reported to the IIROC for scamming people.

I purchased a one-phase challenge, only to discover that the broker, Aqre Fx, is no longer available for U.S. residents. There were no alerts or notifications—Aqre Fx simply took my money, along with that of countless others. When I reached out to customer service, they explained that they were “migrating” to a different trading platform, and sadly, refunds were not an option. This situation is truly disappointing and completely unacceptable! It raises serious concerns about the predatory practices of a firm that is meant to be trustworthy and fair. I can’t recommend this company to anyone.

In 2023, I registered with the proprietary trading firm AQRE FX, opening three accounts in total. Unfortunately, I incurred losses with one account due to my own mistakes. However, I managed to successfully complete the challenges on the other two accounts and received production accounts, which allowed me to engage in both manual and EA trading. Over time, I earned a profit of around $20,000 across these accounts.
Then, I received an email from AQRE, informing me that they were experiencing issues with their payment provider. They advised me to wait a few weeks for a resolution. I took their word and waited patiently, only to receive another message stating I needed to wait an additional two to four weeks. During this time, I noticed they began processing payments for some smaller accounts, while over 100 payments, including mine, remained outstanding.
After three long months, I got yet another email, this time stating that I would not be receiving any payments at all. Just like that, it felt like they were closing the door on me. I reached out to their account manager for assistance, but unfortunately, that led nowhere. I even spoke to someone working in their backend systems, and they hinted that the company was in serious trouble and might never recover from this situation. It became pretty clear that my $20,000 profit had likely been used to cover payments for smaller accounts, raising serious concerns about the firm’s integrity.
I can’t help but feel scammed by this experience. It’s deeply frustrating, and honestly, they should be held accountable for their actions.

The management and the company as a whole exhibit integrity, honesty, and transparency. Recently, they provided a thorough and candid report about their current situation, which is something you seldom see in this industry. Although the company is experiencing its own growth and startup hurdles, I wholeheartedly recommend AqreFX as a prop partner.

He also addressed my follow-up question within another 10 minutes. By the end of it all, my account was adjusted just as I asked, and the whole process took about 30 minutes. In my view, this team provided truly exceptional support.

I had 13K expected in payouts and recently faced a ban without any explanation. I’ve been waiting since September for my payout, but since they have some pretty tempting promotions, I was hoping to take another challenge with them. However, when I reached out to the support team, they informed me that I wouldn’t be able to purchase additional accounts and there was still no news about my earnings while I was funded. Aqrefx has been disappointing for a lot of traders; they keep claiming they’ll eventually pay what they owe, but this has been said month after month with no results in sight.

It’s not worth your hard-earned money. There are definitely better proprietary trading firms available. I started receiving my payouts in installments, and now I can’t even get that to the finish line. It’s been 2.5 months since I’ve been waiting for my latest payment, and there’s been no progress at all. They can’t even manage to issue a simple $800 payout. Additionally, there’s been a lack of payout proof on Discord for quite some time, maybe just a few instances in the past month. It’s a complete mess. I strongly advise against purchasing a challenge with this firm; they clearly are not following through on their payments.

After enduring many falsehoods, it seems they might soon disappear, owing numerous traders, myself included, a total of $34,000 in payouts since August 2023. Throughout this time, we’ve been kept waiting under the guise of various excuses. Unfortunately, I had one of my most profitable years with AqreFx in 2023 and simultaneously invested in several other firms, including MFF, which also seemed to have vanished along with my funds. It’s incredibly challenging to generate profits under these circumstances, even when you follow all the protocols correctly.
I sincerely hope Ronice Harrison never returns to this industry where her management skills are clearly inadequate—nor to any finance-related business, for that matter. Was this perhaps an orchestrated scam from the very beginning? I trust that justice will eventually prevail for those affected.
