Caution is advised regarding the AQUA fund.
I currently hold three funded accounts along with one in Phase 2. My initial payout process went smoothly, but when I requested my second payout, things took an unexpected turn. They required me to undergo an interview, which I did. Following this, I received an email stating: “We have noted that you have been banned from trading with other firms. This cumulative information raises red flags that we cannot ignore, and regrettably, we do not feel comfortable continuing our service to you.”
I want to clarify that I have never been banned by any trading firm, and I can provide proof of this. Despite the confusion, I did receive my second payout; however, they subsequently sent me an Account Violation notice for all four of my accounts. I simply wanted an explanation for these actions. When I attempted to open a ticket on Discord to seek clarification, I was removed from the server without any further explanation. This has left me feeling incredibly disappointed.
