The firm frequently advertises a payout time of 24 to 48 hours. Having received my eighth payout, I can say with confidence that they usually take 48 hours or even longer. In fact, out of my eight payouts, only one was processed within the promised 24 hours. Therefore, the claim of a 24- to 48-hour payout timeframe feels misleading; it would be more accurate to state that it typically takes 48 business days.

I wanted to address a few points in response to your recent communication. First off, I see a lack of clarity on your website regarding the specific withdrawal limits based on account size. It would be beneficial to see a straightforward breakdown of what each account can actually withdraw and the timelines involved. Transparency on this front seems to be lacking.
As for your claims about customer service, I can only speak from my own experience. I found the service lacking transparency and noticed what seemed to be arbitrary rule changes. I understand that others may have had different experiences, but my concerns are based on my interactions.
You mention that no specific rules are created for traders; however, when I attempted to withdraw, I was told I could only risk 2% per trade, even though there was no mention of this on your site. I have clear records of our conversations where this was stipulated, despite me not breaching any major limits.
Regarding spreads, while I may not be concerned with your broker’s operations, I have observed discrepancies when trading on your platform compared to others, like FTMO and TradingView. My experiences suggest that the way your platform manages movements can differ significantly from market actions based on price dynamics. Several times I’ve experienced movements where your platform behaved differently than expected, which I’ve documented in screenshots.
I don’t want to spend my time disparaging any business, but it’s clear many traders share frustrations about feeling manipulated by trading firms. We simply want fair opportunities to trade and improve our economic situations.

However, I do have one suggestion: there’s a Facebook ad claiming that payouts are processed within 24 hours. In practice, it’s typically between 24 and 48 hours, which is also mentioned in the email when you request a payout. Maybe it would be wise to update the ad, as it might lead to some frustration among traders.

There are quite a few scammers operating at Axe, which is definitely unfortunate. It’s really disheartening to see requests for existing accounts being handed out without proper investigation first. What’s worse is that they’ve taken to banning everyone involved in the task, labeling them as cheaters. It’s quite troubling. To make matters worse, I was banned from their Discord for no reason at all.

I gave this firm a shot, but my experience was quite disappointing. Initially, they told me my lot size was excessive, and I was advised to decrease it. After I complied, they then claimed my risk level was too high. Honestly, I’m only using 2% per trade! Then, they went on to say that I could only risk 1%. This just doesn’t make any sense. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this firm for traders.
