Customer service leaves much to be desired. I attempted to withdraw funds to the same bank account I used for my initial deposit, only to be informed that it was considered a third-party account. I provided my bank statement clearly showing the deposit, yet there was no resolution. Additionally, the response times from customer support were frustratingly slow. If you value easy access to your funds, I would recommend steering clear of this broker.
