I’ve been using Axi for about seven years and haven’t encountered any significant problems. There was a minor issue back in 2018 with a data error from their provider regarding oil, but they compensated me fully up to my take profit target. Since then, I’ve started recommending Axi to my friends. It seems that the most serious retail traders gravitate toward Axi because of their exceptional trading environment.
Recently, I began using their Pro account for my copy trading service, and it’s been running smoothly without any hitches. However, I think it’s essential for them to clarify leverage options when users are selecting their regulators. Many traders, including myself, prefer leverage greater than 1:30, so it would be helpful for Axi to provide a cautionary note about the limitations of FCA regulations, which only allow a maximum of 1:30.
Additionally, I’ve noticed that their live support isn’t as responsive as it used to be, and I believe there’s room for improvement in that area.

I’m giving AxiTrader a solid 4 stars because honestly, I don’t think any broker out there can genuinely achieve a perfect 5 unless they’re flawless and have zero negative feedback. I’ve come across some unfavorable reviews about AxiTrader, but I believe those don’t reflect the entire picture—maybe just around 3% of the total feedback is negative.
It’s tough for any broker to score a perfect rating, mainly because each trader has unique preferences for what they want in a trading system, and no broker can meet every single requirement perfectly. For instance, we often look for high leverage, no commissions, tight spreads, fast execution, and attractive bonuses without strings attached, among other things. In reality, few brokers can fully meet all of these expectations. Therefore, a 4-star rating out of 5 seems to be quite commendable.
In my experience with AxiTrader so far, I’ve been satisfied enough to stick with a 4-star rating. Their customer support deserves a thumbs up. Setting up my account was straightforward and secure, while the verification process was handled with high security. The members’ area dashboard is user-friendly and easy to navigate.
Order execution has been solid. Although I noticed a slight discrepancy—about 1-2 pips from the bid price—it hasn’t affected profitability, which is what matters most. The spreads on both standard and pro accounts are reasonable. Honestly, I’d rather have a little spread with profits than zero spread and losses.
Funding my account went smoothly and quickly. I can’t comment on withdrawals yet, as I haven’t utilized that option. While AxiTrader does have its pros and cons, I’m quite satisfied at this moment.
I’ve traded with a number of other brokers like FBS, GMIedge, FP Markets, and XM, each with its own strengths and weaknesses, but right now, I’m content with AxiTrader. I hope they continue their good work and promptly address any customer feedback they receive, especially the negative. Cheers!
