Initially, I was somewhat hesitant about joining a crypto prop trading firm. Yet, from the very beginning, I was impressed—everything from the clarity of information to the appealing design and branding, not to mention the outstanding communication.
True to their claims, I successfully completed the challenge by achieving a 10% profit with manageable drawdowns. The rules were straightforward and easy to grasp, and the daily payouts are something I had never seen in this industry before.
That said, there are a couple of areas where they could improve, such as allowing for multiple profit targets in a single trade instead of being limited to just one. Additionally, providing clearer details about the potential values of stop losses and take profits would be beneficial.
However, the highlight of my experience has to be their customer service hotline, which is truly impressive. I received quick, friendly, and precise responses no matter the time of day.
When I faced a challenging issue, it was escalated directly to the head of customer service, who handled everything with professionalism and warmth. Phil, Byron, and Ric were all incredibly supportive throughout the process.
