BrightFunded Trading Platform:
I was denied by BF after I passed a 100k funded account. They claimed my strategy is “high risk,” which I don’t really agree with, honestly. But there’s no way you just deny a funded account outright—if you’re serious and you’re legit, you should either restrict me with a 2% rule or whatever the limitation is supposed to be. Denying the whole thing feels unfair.
I didn’t expect this kind of outcome from BF.
Right now I’m still waiting for my case to be resolved. Where is the CEO who said this won’t happen again? They already did the same thing back in February, and the CEO even apologized. I’ll share his email on X too—there, he said to remove the review to get the funded account. So please just grant me the funded account.
One of the best props I’ve used. I’ve been in this prop industry for 4 years now, and this is my 3rd year with Bright Funded, and honestly I never had any issues. Recently, I passed another 200k funded account and I’m confident I’ll get funded again. So far, I’ve withdrawn around $30k in payouts.
Overall, this is one of the best prop experiences—Best prop BF.
I strongly advise against using Propfirm. Even after trying to work things out, I ran into serious malfunctions that make trading basically impossible.
First, there are clear technical issues. The dashboard is buggy and I experienced real calculation errors—both on the daily numbers and on the total losses. On top of that, the platform would not properly synchronize with MT5, and that led to unwarranted account invalidations.
About the CEO’s behavior (Jelle Dijkstra): my original review was flagged for deletion. Then the CEO reached out to me and promised a commercial gesture if I withdrew the post. To be fair, those promises were never honored.
The most critical failure happened on my account labeled around 200k. I increased it from 194k to 215k. I also emailed the CEO because my MAX LOSS setting had not reset for several days. No answer from him—so the account was invalidated by mistake, even though I finished the day in profit (about +$1,000). Meanwhile, MT5 showed a loss of $4,299.20, which is still well below the authorized limit of $6,000.
In the end, there’s no real solution. Despite the evidence, the CEO ignores my requests for reimbursement and refuses to pay the 15% profit I earned during my first successful challenge.
Conclusion: an unstable platform that seems designed to trip you up. If you value your capital, run away.
The support team is genuinely excellent, and the leadership here is strong—especially under Jelle. The rules are extremely fair, and that consistency really makes a difference. In my view, this firm belongs in the top 3 prop companies. They also deserve a lot more recognition than they’re currently getting. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a serious prop firm with a good structure.
With quite a bit of experience in the prop firm space, I can honestly say Brightfunded is one of the few that really stands out. I kicked things off with them in 2025, and after several months trading on their platform, I can say my overall experience has been genuinely excellent.
First of all, trade execution is spot on. It’s smooth, reliable, and honestly exactly what you want if you’re taking this seriously. On top of that, their dashboard is really well done—clean layout, no clutter, and it shows you the key data and analytics you need to follow your progress without digging around.
For most funded traders, the payout process matters a lot, and I’m happy to report that Brightfunded’s payouts are incredibly fast. The whole process is also hassle-free, which is not something you can always say in this industry.
And their customer support is another big win. Responses are quick and the team handles things efficiently. Huge shoutout to Jude from support as well—he was exceptionally helpful and professional throughout.
Overall, if you’re searching for a reliable prop firm, I can highly recommend Brightfunded.
Honestly, this is the worst execution I’ve had with any prop firm so far.
I run 9 prop firm accounts at the same time on a VPS using a trade copier, so I’m comparing performance across firms on the exact same trades. The gap is pretty shocking.
On most of the other firms, I’m seeing roughly +$180 to +$210 (give or take $20). With this firm though, it’s consistently around -$240 to -$260 on identical executions.
And no, it doesn’t look like spread or commission issues. This feels like systematic negative slippage, and it’s always in the worst possible direction. Basically, it’s like the orders are getting filled at the poorest available price every single time.
The size and consistency of the discrepancy really raises questions about execution integrity.
I haven’t checked payouts yet, so I’m not going to jump to 1 star just based on that. But purely on execution quality, this is not acceptable.
One of the best prop firms out there as of today, and the payouts have been really smooth so far. I’ve taken several payouts already, and everything has gone without any major issues. Overall, the experience has been good from start to finish.
Highly recommended.
I’m a funded account user with Brightfunded. At first, things went really smoothly and honestly I was expecting to keep building on my results. But then they totally flipped the situation by reducing my daily loss limit from 5% down to 1%.
They stated this policy everywhere, saying there would be a 5% DD during the funded stage. So when my last payout came through today, I was pretty happy—until they restricted my account right after. It felt unfair, especially because the 1% limit is such a big change from what was communicated.
In my opinion, they’re being unjust to traders. I’ve been the one affected, so I think it’s only right to make others aware.
I’m still in Phase 1 of a challenge, but I wanted to share that my experience with BrightFunded so far has been nothing short of excellent. The chat support team gets back to you fast, the rules feel fair, and the whole setup seems to run a bit differently—in a good way—than a lot of other firms in this space.
One person I really need to highlight is a chat representative named Jude. He’s been phenomenal over the past couple of weeks, helping me out with my questions and walking me through a few things I wasn’t totally clear on. Seriously, thanks again, Jude!
Wishing the best to everyone at BrightFunded, and to the traders using the platform as well. It’s genuinely nice to see opportunities like this for people who don’t yet have their own trading capital.
When I first joined Brightfunded, I genuinely thought I’d found a solid firm. The onboarding was pretty smooth, communication felt friendly, and I was honestly excited—finally, a company that seemed a bit different and trustworthy.
That changed the moment I got my first funded account. I was in the middle of the XAUUSD bull run, and I actually handled the challenge phases with care. I held a winning trade for a few days, stayed patient, and kept my risk under control. Yet instead of any recognition, I was suddenly tagged as a risky trader and put into a “1% daily risk” limitation.
To be frank, there wasn’t enough evidence to justify that. Maybe I got lucky, but I was definitely not reckless. Still, I accepted the decision and tried to prove consistency—because what else can you do?
Then my first payout came, and that’s where my disappointment really hit. I had purchased a €767.25 package for a $100k account with add-ons. But when the payout was processed, I only received USD390.24 as the refund. I raised a ticket right away, assuming it must be an error.
Customer support insisted it was correct, saying it came down to exchange rate differences and transfer fees. Let’s be real—those explanations don’t make that gap look reasonable. Losing almost half of the amount simply shouldn’t happen, not in any fair way. In the end, I had no choice but to accept it.
Over the next five weeks, I stayed committed. Even with the 1% daily risk cap, I traded responsibly, reached four separate payouts, and kept requesting that the restriction be reviewed. Every time, I got denied—no clear reasoning, no real explanation.
Around that time, Brightfunded also launched the new 15% Challenge Reward program. Since my account started in early January, I wasn’t fully sure whether I qualified, so I asked support before continuing. They confirmed clearly that I was eligible.
I pushed hard toward the target. I traded carefully, followed the rules, and waited patiently. But once I finally hit the goal and contacted them to claim the reward, I was told out of nowhere that my account wasn’t eligible after all. They called it a “misunderstanding.” Even after I shared screenshots and the earlier confirmation I received, they brushed it off.
Things escalated quickly after that. I lost access to customer support entirely. My payout was processed anyway, but without the 15% reward. Then, my account was banned with zero explanation. On top of that, I was warned not to share my experience publicly, which felt unfair and honestly pretty intimidating.
I even reached out to the CEO, Jelle, personally on Telegram on 25 February 2026. He replied on 17 March, asking me to provide details. I did it right away and in full. After that? Nothing—no follow-up, no action, no response.
Overall, here’s what happened:
– I was placed under a 1% daily risk restriction without any solid basis.
– My refund after payout was far lower than what felt fair or reasonable.
– I was denied the 15% reward despite being told I was eligible.
– My account was banned without explanation.
– My customer support access was cut off after I raised these issues.
– My direct outreach to the CEO was quietly ignored.
I truly had high hopes for Brightfunded. I’d heard positive stories about where they started, and I believed in their stated values. But in those five short weeks, I experienced confusion, silence, and the feeling of being shut down. It was heartbreaking.
I’m still hoping Jelle reads this personally. I’m not posting to attack anyone—I’m posting because I expected better. When someone trusts your company and believes in your process, this kind of treatment really cuts deep.
I just want to be heard, and I want fairness restored.
I came across an article on Google that turned out to be fake. Instagram then confirmed it too, and later Google confirmed again that the whole thing was incorrect. After that, the calls started—and not just once. I’ve been getting calls from different fake phone numbers multiple times a day, supposedly from employees at Bright Funded, who said they worked with Finance Phantom.
They keep trying to lure me into investing through “Trading View,” but everything about Bright Funded, Finance Phantom, and Trading View feels like a setup to get people to put money in under false pretenses. Honestly, it’s been really hard to get this to stop. Even when they claim they will guide me to be deleted, it seems they still keep my registration active. That’s the part that worries me the most, and it makes the whole operation feel coordinated rather than accidental.
This so-called company looks like a scam. I had a bad experience and it felt very shady from the beginning. They kept giving excuses and nothing was ever resolved properly. Overall, I’d strongly advise people to stay away—just don’t trust them.
I’ve been working with BrightFounded since December, and I can honestly say my experience has been mostly positive. The payments are arriving incredibly fast—consistently smooth and on time in every period I earned income. In this respect, their professionalism really stands out.
Another thing that impressed me a lot is how they communicate. They’ve been open, attentive, and genuinely solution-oriented from start to finish. Whenever I had a question, I’d get quick replies and proper support, and that made me feel much more secure throughout the whole process.
Working with BrightFounded is satisfying not only because of the income, but also because it builds trust and feels sustainable. With such an efficient and trouble-free collaboration, I don’t see any reason to look for another company.
I can definitely recommend them to future clients. They’re a competent, reliable, and professional team overall.
Bright funded is still one of my favorite firms, so I wanted to like them again. However, I’m honestly really disappointed because they don’t seem to be offering accounts to Pakistani users anymore. Because of that change, I can’t recommend the platform anymore, and it’s quite sad. I hope they reconsider and bring options back for Pakistan soon.
I’m really pleased with BrightFunded. Right now, I’d say it’s among the best prop firms around—maybe even the best, honestly. What stood out most for me is the support. Pius is very professional, replies quickly, and is actually helpful when something needs to be sorted out. I haven’t had many issues, but whenever I did, the problem was handled without delays. Overall, my experience has been extremely positive, and I’d recommend it.
One of the best prop firms out there, honestly. There aren’t any silly consistency rules, and if you’re serious about trading, the payouts are pretty fast. I’ve personally had over £18k paid out so far, and it’s been coming through on a weekly basis. So far, I’ve had no issues at all, and I’d definitely recommend Bright Funded if you want something straightforward.
Pricing is reasonable too, and the whole process feels a lot less stressful than some other firms. Can’t really go wrong in my opinion.
Payment was super fast using USDC, and overall it was a really smooth experience in the US. Honestly, the whole process felt efficient from start to finish—would definitely use it again.
Honestly, the support team here was not helpful at all. First off, the platform doesn’t provide demo accounts—at best they only have view-only setups for looking at spreads. On top of that, they don’t clearly mention that some symbols come with arbitrary size limits. I only learned about those limits after I’d already started a challenge, which is pretty frustrating.
Worse, once I executed a trade, they refused to let me refund or reset the challenge while those constraints were in mind. I ended up having to build a workaround for my strategy, and that kind of defeats the point for me. I’m not going to keep working with them, and in the end I basically threw away around $700 on the challenge.
Overall, it’s good. They respond really fast and actually help, which I really appreciate. Usually support can take ages, but here I didn’t have to wait long. The answers were clear and they guided me through the issue without making it complicated. For me, that was a big plus—quick replies and real support.
Good prices overall, and the support team is really fast—usually I get an answer within minutes. What I also liked is the payout: I had money sent to my bank account after just 1 day, which is honestly pretty rare. Another plus is that you can keep trading BTC over the weekend, no need to wait until Monday. So far, everything has been smooth.
Payment was quick after I passed the challenge. In my case, the turnaround time was around 1 day, which I appreciated. The challenge itself was pretty fair and not too complicated, and the whole process was easy to deal with overall. Would recommend if you’re looking for something straightforward.
Great service, honestly. The staff were friendly and quick to help, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Highly recommend!
Best prop firm, and they pay out really fast. I placed my request and the payout came through quicker than I expected, honestly. Overall, it’s been a smooth experience so far, no big delays or hassle.
FINAL UPDATE [10/03/2026]:

I problemi principali:
I really like this platform. It’s super easy to navigate, and trading feels pretty straightforward from start to finish. Honestly, I was up and running in about 10 minutes, and that made a big difference for me. If you’re looking for something simple to use, this one’s a solid pick.
Honestly, there’s no other option that’s this simple and this genuinely true. I’ve tried a few alternatives, but nothing comes close. If you want something straightforward and reliable, this one really delivers.
This is a good company. I had a decent experience overall, and everything felt pretty well organized. For the most part, the staff were helpful, and the process was smooth—nothing too complicated. I’d say it’s worth considering if you’re looking for something reliable.
I just wanted to say a big thank you to Suresh for the excellent job you’ve done. Your work has been really impressive, and I truly appreciate how patiently you’ve guided me through everything—even when, honestly, I probably made things more complicated than they needed to be. ?
Also, thank you so much, Mr. Jelle Dijkstra, for asking your team to reinstate my breached account for another chance. Honestly, there’s no CEO like you. I really value the effort your team put in to sort everything out, and it means a lot.
First off, I just want to give a big shoutout to Jelle Dijkstra, the CEO and Founder—your drive and perseverance really do show in everything BrightFunded is putting together. The way you keep pushing new features, while still being clear and straight with traders, is honestly impressive. You can tell you’re serious about improving prop trading, and the results speak for themselves too, like those multi-million-dollar payout milestones.
That said, I did run into a small snag on my end. During a busy period, I noticed support responses took a bit longer than I expected, and yeah, I got a little impatient—nothing dramatic, just a minor delay. Looking back, it was totally understandable given the volume, and once it was sorted out, everything went back to running smoothly.
Overall, BrightFunded has earned my trust. I’ll be recommending it to my Telegram community without hesitation. The payout track record gives me confidence that when it’s time for me to withdraw bigger profits, I won’t face unnecessary delays or weird complications. Right now, it feels reliable and professional, and that matters.
Next, I’m actually excited about what could come next—joining as an affiliate to help spread the word even further sounds like a great opportunity.
Thanks, Jelle, and the whole BrightFunded team. Wishing you continued growth and success!
The customer service here was genuinely great—fast payout too. Everything felt straightforward, no runaround at all. I really appreciate how quickly they handled it. No BS, honestly.
Najlepsza firma prop ever!!!
I’m sharing my personal experience with BrightFunded so other traders can make a more informed choice.
I bought an evaluation account for $312.40, expecting a realistic market simulation, exactly as they advertise.
On a trade for XAU/USD (gold), I placed a proper stop-loss to manage risk and stay within the daily drawdown limits. The position size was just 1 lot, which is honestly a fairly modest amount for gold.
The price moved fast, sure. But instead of getting filled close to my stop level, the platform closed the position with extremely negative slippage—well beyond where my stop was supposed to cap the loss.
In the end, here’s what happened:
The risk I had planned was effectively doubled.
The account breached almost immediately.
The evaluation was terminated.
When I contacted support, they replied that it’s “normal market behavior” because of volatility.
That explanation doesn’t really hold up for me. Gold is one of the most liquid instruments worldwide. With liquidity like that, a 1-lot order shouldn’t see slippage this extreme under normal conditions—unless liquidity is being restricted or the “real liquidity simulation” is not actually behaving as claimed.
To be clear, I’m not writing this because I lost a trade. Trading involves losses.
I’m questioning the execution quality, because it undermines basic risk management.
If you decide to trade with them, just understand this:
Your stop-loss might not protect you the way you expect.
Slippage can go beyond reasonable market standards.
Your risk parameters can become unpredictable in practice.
Make sure you fully understand how execution works before purchasing.
This review is simply based on my documented experience.
Unfortunately, it’s the worst prop firm I’ve tried.
This is my first experience with Brightfunded. About a month ago, I purchased a $10,000 challenge. I managed to pass Phase 1 and Phase 2, and in the past week I earned around $1,080. Today, I opened a few orders and calculated my total daily loss in advance. I also placed SL to make sure I wouldn’t lose more than $490 and risk violating the maximum daily loss.
But the open positions stopped out, and when I checked on MT5, my daily loss was about $468. At that point, I decided not to trade for the rest of the day. Then, after 1–2 minutes, my daily loss jumped to roughly $501. Immediately after that, I received an email saying I breached the maximum daily loss.
I emailed their support to ask what happened, but I didn’t get any reply. Honestly, the whole thing feels unfair and not transparent, and it makes me regret choosing them.
Got my first payout through BrightFunded and honestly, it went really smoothly. I had my money in under 24 hours, which I didn’t expect this fast. Overall it seems like a solid company with good service, and I’ll definitely recommend them to others.
I’ve got mixed feelings about this firm, to be honest. I had a run of a few payouts last year, and that’s really what we’re all here for—so they do deserve credit for that, especially compared with some other prop outfits that seem to dodge payouts or make things difficult. In my experience, the CEO has also been pretty reasonable and easy to get hold of when I’ve had issues, so that side of things has always helped build trust.
That said, things have definitely taken a turn recently. I’ve noticed a drop-off in execution, and I’ve run into some genuinely strange spreads and slippage. A couple of trades I placed over the last few weeks ended up costing me around £150–£250 almost immediately—like, the moment the positions hit the standard markets. It’s the suddenness of it that worries me, because it doesn’t feel like normal market movement.
Because of that, I’m going to pause before buying any more challenges until I see clear improvements and some confirmation that the firm is operating properly behind the scenes. There are also more prop firms in the market now that are much clearer about their terms, particularly around risk rules. A lot of competitors still seem a bit vague and leave too much room for discretion, and that’s where traders can feel hard-done-by.
Overall, I genuinely want this company to do well. I had a really good experience at the start, and with the right changes—more transparency, fairer handling, and trading conditions that are closer to what their competitors offer—they could still be competitive in the prop space.
Ayesha Khan
Hi Brightfunded team,
I’m really disappointed with my experience so far. To be honest, the whole issue started because of the 1% risk limit you set on my 50k account (Account #Funded-2074243). Even after completing a full year of trading on the same account with around a 1% risk consistently, that limit is still showing. I also currently have about 45 trading days remaining, and I’ve already demonstrated solid, disciplined risk management throughout.
What’s frustrating is that the risk warning doesn’t seem to get removed at all, despite the performance and consistency I’ve maintained. At this point, I feel quite annoyed and let down by how things have been handled.
I’m posting this to warn other traders to be careful and to double-check whether the 1% warning actually comes off after the required period. I’ll keep sharing reviews until this 1% limit is properly removed from my account.
