The biggest letdown with this trading firm is undoubtedly the chaotic assortment of trading platforms that frustrates the trading experience. Honestly, I can’t quite determine whether Rithmic or Ninja Trader takes the crown for being the least user-friendly. Perhaps I’m just too accustomed to the smooth functionality of Trading View after using it for the past six years—it’s leaps and bounds ahead of the aforementioned options!
One of the challenges when selecting a proprietary trading firm is that you often can’t gauge the actual setup until you’re already involved. Upon discovering the disarray of the trading platforms, I swiftly requested a cancellation of my subscription and a refund before I even had a chance to start trading, but unfortunately, my attempts were in vain.
Fast forward a week: E2T did get back to me regarding my review, asking for additional details to provide a more accurate response. In the meantime, I’m stuck navigating ongoing communication between E2T and Ninja Trader to try to fix an issue where the Ninja Trader chart is displaying the instrument but not the corresponding chart itself. I’ve decided to favor Ninja Trader over Rithmic, as Ninja Trader allows orders to populate on the chart once they’re activated, making it far simpler to adjust profit targets and stop losses during trades.
A full week has gone by without any trading progress, with me being redirected back and forth in the process. On a slightly positive note, Ninja Trader has begun to take responsibility and is working to resolve my issue. I want to stress that E2T may not be entirely negative; it’s just that I haven’t had the chance to dive into trading or request payouts yet. However, neither Rithmic nor Ninja Trader would be my preferred choices for service providers, and the other options available through E2T aren’t particularly well-known either.

I passed my account evaluation last week on January 23rd, and I was informed that an offer would be sent to me within 1-2 days. However, today is January 28th, and I have yet to receive any details about my accounts or the expected offer—well beyond the promised timeframe. Although I reached out via email to address this issue, I haven’t received any response. When I contacted support, they informed me that they don’t have access to the proprietary data and advised me to email directly, which I did. Honestly, this whole experience feels like a waste of my time.

If you stick with just one account, you’re in the clear, but if you dare to acquire two or three, be prepared for a major hassle.
