I honestly don’t recommend this service at all—seriously, be careful. In my case, everything went wrong after I received a bigger payout of about **2,000€**. They stopped approving it and then closed my account.
One of the reasons they gave was “inactivity” of more than **30 days**. The thing is, the inactivity wasn’t really caused by me. It was tied directly to their own timing: I submitted a withdrawal request, and they only replied **after more than a month**. So yes, I went inactive, but because they delayed the process in the first place.
I also suspect this is part of how they manage payouts. If I had made any transactions during that period and my balance went negative (even briefly), they would’ve refused the withdrawal anyway—because the balance wouldn’t match the withdrawal amount anymore. So it feels like you’re basically stuck: wait too long and you get penalized for inactivity, but move too much and they can reject the payout.
Support is another major issue. I contacted them by email, asking what happens if the **30-day** limit is exceeded—because I was already trying to anticipate this exact scenario. They didn’t respond for about **6 weeks**. They only got back to me when they were already processing the withdrawal request.
So overall: poor support, confusing enforcement, and outcomes that seem unfair. Please don’t ignore the warning signs.
