There should really be an option for zero or even negative stars. This firm is nothing short of a total scam. They took my money, shut down their website without warning, and then claimed they couldn’t verify my previously funded $200,000 account. To add insult to injury, they had the nerve to offer me a 70% discount to repurchase. Naturally, I refused, and then they completely ghosted me. Eventually, I felt forced to pay them just to get my accounts operational again. After that, I had to wait an additional 30 days to make a withdrawal. Just when I finally started seeing some decent profits, their platform went down. Now their website seems to have vanished altogether. Feel free to check for yourself. Interestingly, they continued to sell their challenges and instant accounts on social media, even while their trading platform was down for an entire month before they closed their site. What does that say about their intentions? It feels very calculated! They remain active on Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms despite all this.

Be cautious! There are serious concerns regarding this firm. I’ve had two accounts with them that were in good standing. Suddenly, they locked us out of all accounts, claiming technical difficulties with their provider. Now that they’ve resumed operations, they refuse to restore our access. Communications through email and chat have gone unanswered, and we’ve even been denied entry to their website. This issue seems to affect countless traders who had accounts with them.

This firm feels more like a scam than a legitimate proprietary trading outfit. After purchasing an account, communication completely drops off, and within days, you find your access revoked. Logging into your trading account becomes impossible, and attempts to reach out go unanswered. Frankly, I doubt they ever issue payouts to any traders. It’s a situation best avoided. My account is now showing “failed to access,” and despite sending over a dozen emails to their support team, I am still left without a response.

Regrettably, there’s no option to give a negative rating with stars. I acquired and passed a $500,000 account back in April this year, but got thrown off when they switched from MT4 to C Trader. This transition led to a significant number of lost trading days. Eventually, C Trader went live, but shortly afterward, MT4 returned as well—it felt almost magical. My first payout was around $33,000, but the review process took far longer than the promised five days. In the end, it was denied without explanation, despite multiple assurances from customer service that I would receive a reason. To this day, no explanation has been provided.
As for the second payout, I encountered issues due to their system. I received about $50,000 after prematurely closing open positions at a loss, despite these being within the Loss and Drawdown limits. This happened in June, long before they vaguely announced via Telegram on June 15 that they’d had a fallout with their technology provider. They eventually claimed that all information had been wiped due to this issue and offered me a discounted package instead. This kind of behavior reeks of unprofessionalism and nonsense.
I can substantiate that I paid and passed that funded account, and my withdrawal request was submitted before their technology troubles started. Frankly, they come off as scammers—perhaps the worst kind. I strongly advise steering clear of them and suggest reading the multitude of negative reviews that are not from competitors or paid sources.
As a result, I am now pursuing legal action to seek compensation, aiming to teach them a serious lesson and to help prevent them from taking advantage of other unsuspecting individuals.

I was supposed to have a million dollars in funding, but it turned out to be a complete scam!
First, the initial 500K didn’t transfer from cTrader to MT4, and they refuse to accept any proof to help restore my account. Then, I purchased another 500K just two days before they went under. The challenges were always hosted on MT4, and now they’re claiming they can’t issue my account due to missing data from their broker! I even have a receipt, yet I never received a Challenge account. This is nothing short of a fraudulent scam.
They seemed fine in the beginning and actually made payments, but now it appears they’re facing liquidity issues.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS FIRM!
After investing about 4K with them, they decided to wipe everything and offered to sell me new Challenges instead.
I reached out to their support numerous times, but they just stopped communicating at a certain point. 😄

A couple of months ago, the firm halted all trading activities to transition to CTrader, leaving us unable to trade for several weeks. They then announced another pause to revert back to MT4, which meant an additional 2 to 3 weeks without any trading opportunities. When they finally resumed operations, they informed us that they could not restore our accounts, as they claimed to have lost all the necessary data to verify our identities. I provided all the required documentation, yet they still refused to return my account. As a consolation, they proposed a 70% discount on a new purchase. Honestly, why would I even consider giving them more money? This experience has been utterly disappointing and frustrating. I strongly advise steering clear of this firm!

200K One Step Challenge on the cTrader platform. Initially, everything seemed okay—it was marked as founded, and the payout was listed as in progress. However, I never received any further communication regarding the payout, and then I suddenly lost access to my reserved area.As for Challenge 2:
Order #1576 (July 5, 2024)
I signed up for the 500K HFT challenge, but it never got activated. I’ve been waiting for information, but I received nothing at all—no credentials or updates, just silence.In response, the Fast Forex Funding team stated that their previous tech provider deleted all the cTrader data, leaving them unable to verify my transactions. As a way to make amends, they offered a one-time discount code for 70% off, which I could use with the code “private.”
Needless to say, I’m utterly dissatisfied with this situation.

I was really frustrated with my experience. After reaching out to support, I discovered they had completely wiped my funded account by pushing through a large withdrawal. In return, they offered me a discount to re-enter their challenge. It feels completely dishonest.
They messaged me saying, “We’re sorry to inform you that our previous technology provider has deleted all the data we had on cTrader, which means we can’t verify any of your prior transactions. As a goodwill gesture, here’s a one-time discount code for 70% off, which you can use with the code ‘private.’”

I previously held three accounts, each with a value of 100,000. Two of these accounts were fairly new. Not long ago, they transitioned from MT4 to C Trader, and about two weeks back, I received a notification via Telegram that the C Trader account would be temporarily offline for approximately four to six weeks due to some data issues.
Earlier today, I reached out to customer service to inquire about the status of this problem. To my surprise, I was informed that all data had been lost, and they were unable to confirm whether I still had accounts with them. I mentioned that I possess receipts proving I owned three accounts. However, they insisted that I would need to repurchase the accounts at a 70% discount, just this once. I couldn’t believe it—why should I pay again? I feel they should provide the accounts at no additional cost.
Currently, I’m awaiting a follow-up on the chat. Overall, this experience has been frustrating. I also have another account with Infinity Forex Funds, and up until now, I haven’t faced any issues. That said, I’m starting to feel skeptical. My advice to others? Do your homework and consider firms that provide trading with genuine accounts.
