I have been waiting for my payout for a significantly long time now—definitely over a week, far exceeding the promised timeframe of 3 to 5 business days, and I’m yet to receive it.
Each time I reach out, they assure me that they’re addressing the issue and will follow up, but after checking in again a week later, the response remains unchanged. Proceed with caution if you decide to use this proprietary trading firm.

Following the transition to DXTrade, the firm was supposed to send out the new account login details to all users. I reached out via email since they had stated that everyone should receive their new logins, but unfortunately, mine never arrived. It’s been nearly two weeks, and each time I inquire, the response is that my request is still on the list, and I can expect it to be resolved by the end of the business day. Given this experience, I can’t recommend purchasing from this firm; it feels like they prioritize profit over customer care. Initially, I had a positive impression, but this lack of service has completely changed my mind, and I will not be buying an account from them again.

I’ve reached out via email multiple times, only to be told that I executed a trade outside the U.S. However, this is incorrect, as I am based in the USA and have completed the KYC process without any issues. It’s frustrating that it has come to this; I invested a lot of time into getting my payout, yet I’m still left empty-handed.

I recently began trading with this proprietary firm and quickly ran into issues. My initial limit orders were filled a staggering 15 pips away from where I expected. Not long after that, my stop loss was triggered, resulting in a fill that was 25 pips away. They claim to use ThinkMarkets, but the reality is that ThinkMarkets doesn’t seem to have these kinds of problems. It feels like they manipulate prices to keep traders at a disadvantage. I strongly advise against using this prop firm. Just fund your own account instead—it’s a better option.
