This firm has proven to be completely ineffective. From the very beginning, they imposed a ban on traders from Pakistan without any clear justification. It’s hard not to see this as a form of discrimination. Overall, this organization seems to promote a culture of exclusion, which is quite troubling.

There’s no time limit for the evaluation process, they allow for a larger drawdown, and their two-phase approach is a standout feature. As a newcomer to C-trader, I encountered some challenges while setting up my chart, particularly with the auto-trade function. Unfortunately, I accidentally executed several trades and lost track of the window displaying my open positions. By the time I finally managed to navigate back, my account had already suffered a breach in mere seconds. Surprisingly, support had already noticed the issue before I reached out, proactively checking in to see if I was okay. After explaining my predicament, they promptly reset my challenge account without charging me a cent. While I doubt this will become a standard practice, their promptness and initiative to contact me first demonstrate a real commitment to excellent customer support and a genuine concern for their clients—not just a focus on profits. Before I dive back into C-trader, I intend to familiarize myself with the platform thoroughly; I take full responsibility for not mastering it sooner. I appreciate the second chance they’ve afforded me, and as long as FYT continues to operate as a credible firm, they will undoubtedly have my business and support going forward.
