To start with, the evaluation phase appears heavily skewed against traders. The firm’s rules seem tailored to ensure failure, leading to frequent reset fees that quickly add up. It raises doubts about their actual intentions; it often seems they’re more interested in collecting fees rather than genuinely supporting traders in their journey.
Moreover, the assertions regarding quick payouts and transparency paint an overly optimistic picture. Even when you’ve managed to get “funded,” you’ll encounter a slew of stipulations that can make it incredibly challenging to access any real profits. Numerous traders have even shared stories of having their accounts shut down unexpectedly, just before a scheduled payout, leaving many in a state of frustration.
While the responsiveness of their customer service team might be impressive at first glance, the solutions they offer often fall short of providing genuine assistance. It can feel like an illusion designed to keep fees flowing rather than a sincere effort to support traders.
In summary, my advice is to steer clear of FFN. It’s a concerning operation that seems to thrive on extracting money from traders. I am taking further action by reporting them to the appropriate authorities.

My experience with this trading firm was nothing short of disastrous. After just an hour of trading, all of my accounts disappeared without a single trace. Last week, I reached out to customer service to warn them about their poor practices, and my concerns were sadly validated. Now, I can’t even access my profile to secure my credit card information. Every attempt to reach them for clarification was blocked, including when I tried to message them on Discord.
The pricing of this firm’s services is outrageously high and fraught with issues. In contrast to more trustworthy firms like Topstep or MFF—where I’ve never encountered account disappearances—this firm’s reliability is extremely dubious. For instance, FFN funding can take up to three weeks, assuming you maintain a perfect record, and trying to expedite the process nearly doubles the expenses.
If you’re not consistently profitable, I highly recommend steering clear of this firm. Their offers are buried in fine print, and their customer service is notoriously lacking, often characterized by arrogance. I even had to create a new email just to get in touch with them. Overall, they seem to lack both loyalty and integrity. Do yourself a favor and choose a firm that truly values its clients, so you can avoid the headaches I encountered.

I want to share my concerns about a recent experience I had with your service. I bought an account during your Buy One Get One Free (BOGO) promotion, but sadly, the promotion wasn’t honored. Despite my efforts to contact customer service for a resolution, I haven’t received a satisfactory reply.
Moreover, I faced another problem with my account. Your policy states that accounts should reset upon monthly fee payment, but this didn’t occur with mine, and your team indicated they wouldn’t adhere to this policy.
I also noticed that your service terms are not as favorable compared to competitors like Topstep and My Forex Funds (MFF). For instance:
– FFN requires a minimum of three weeks with an account, while Topstep and MFF only need five days.
– FFN is one of the priciest firms out there, making it all the more frustrating when the service falls short of expectations.It seems that FFN’s structure makes it challenging for traders to succeed in their challenges, which is disappointing and contradicts the expectations set by your promotional offers. Additionally, I spoke with customer service, and they clarified that the reset only applies to the main account, not the free one. The main account that failed was the one I was using; the free account is the one I managed to pass. This lack of clarity has created significant inconvenience.
On top of that, the 7-day express option costs nearly $200, which doesn’t seem worth it. It feels like a scam, or maybe customer service was just unwilling to honor the deal. It appears you rely on fine print and expect customers to sift through lengthy terms every time a new promotion launches. This approach seems misleading.
Feel free to keep the account; it seems like you really need the funds. I just dislike being taken advantage of. The account was merely a test to see if I could pass with FFN. I prefer to work with Topstep and MFF, where I’ve never faced any issues. My only troubles have been with FFN and your fine print.

I have to admit that adjusting to the platform took a bit of time; I ended up blowing through a couple of accounts at first. However, I’ve found that their limitation on contract size is incredibly beneficial. The rules might not suit everyone, but honestly, many other futures prop firms have even stricter guidelines. What really stood out for me is how the contract size restrictions have made trading more manageable.
I’ve participated in numerous tests across different firms, both in live and simulated environments, and I can say that the testing phase here has been a smoother process for me.
