I’ve been facing persistent chart delays—often over 40 seconds—on FundedElite’s Tradelocker platform, which severely affects real-time trading strategies.
I reported the issue weeks ago, sent video evidence multiple times, and have yet to receive any real action or resolution. Despite my efforts to handle this privately and professionally, I’ve received no meaningful response.
I’ve stopped trading, hoping for a fix, and have missed valuable market opportunities while waiting. The silence and lack of urgency are extremely disappointing, especially from a company that claims to support serious traders.
I’m sharing this experience so others are aware. I’m still open to a professional resolution, but if nothing changes, I will continue to make this issue visible.

This firm has been around for over a year now, and I opened my first account with them about four months ago. Overall, I’ve had a pleasant experience. Currently, I’m operating with a $25,000 Tradelocker account. The spreads are decent, and the trading conditions are workable, plus the fees are impressively low.
I’ve found their support to be quite responsive. However, it does seem like their response times vary; sometimes they are incredibly quick, while at other times it feels a bit sluggish—perhaps this is tied to their office hours, but I’m not certain.
In general, I’m enjoying my experience with them, and I’ve noticed that other traders on their Discord and social media platforms seem satisfied, too, with no complaints to speak of. I plan to update my feedback once I reach payout, as I want to contribute my insights to the community.
