I have been quite pleased with my experience at FundingDynasty. I discovered them through the Trading Busters mentoring program, and so far, I’ve had no issues with withdrawals; they are processed smoothly and efficiently. Customer support has been effective as well. It’s evident that the platform is still evolving—now, they offer the option to purchase a challenge account specifically for the MT5 platform.
While you can also obtain an account for the Match-Trader platform, I would recommend opting for the MT5 account instead, as it tends to have lower slippage issues. That said, it’s worth noting that having accounts across different platforms can be beneficial. Match-Trader leverages some TradingView capabilities, making it much easier to analyze entry points along with stop-loss and take-profit levels. Although the same figures can be found on MT5, the process of entering orders there can be a bit less intuitive, causing slight delays in trading.
Additionally, I must mention their new Instant Funding account option. Although this is pricier, it allows traders to skip the challenge phases altogether, enabling immediate trading—an attractive feature for those ready to get started right away.

Initially, I was skeptical of the negative reviews and decided to give the firm a shot. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a disappointing experience. The platform is decidedly poorly designed, seeming more inclined to benefit the firm itself than its users. The spreads are significantly larger than what is advertised, compelling you to rely on their platform for analysis. Connecting to MT4 or MT5 is not an option; instead, they offer a frequently crashing online tool, which makes real-time trade tracking a challenge.
It’s apparent that the operation is managed by individuals intent on enriching themselves through deception, and it seems to thrive in Romania due to its relatively nascent presence in the market. I set a buy limit order, and the price dipped 5 to 6 pips below my specified level without triggering the order. When it finally did get executed, even on limit or stop orders, if I aimed for 1300, it would invariably be executed at around 1330. I found myself just breaking even on trades that should have been profitable.
In my view, it’s not worth it to invest in what are clearly empty promises of wealth—this establishment strikes me as a scam. I would advise against placing any further funds with these apparent fraudsters.
My most recent experience was the complete opposite of my first. If you set a stop loss at any point, it tends to trigger much earlier—even though the price doesn’t actually reach that level. This lack of order history underscores what’s been mentioned: the setup seems designed to extract money from those less fortunate, rather than to assist anyone in earning a profit. They are cheaters in disguise.

As an update on September 18, 2024, I was expecting a free $10,000 bonus, but a week has gone by and I’m still waiting to receive it. Fingers crossed I get that soon!
Then, on September 23, I finally received my free $10,000 and I also cleared the second part of the evaluation. I’m now starting with a real account!

When I tried to follow the signals provided, I quickly realized that unless you set a very tight stop loss, the trades often end up being canceled at a loss. It’s also quite challenging to enter these signals, as the whole process is done through a browser, which makes it rather inconvenient. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this firm if you’re just starting your trading journey.

I can’t even log into the backend to check my account stats. I haven’t hit a drawdown or broken any rules, yet I’ve reached out multiple times without receiving any response. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend investing your money in this “prop firm.” It’s safer to take your funds elsewhere to avoid potential losses.
Your claim isn’t accurate; you sent one email a week after the lockout, simply stating that you were migrating to a new platform, and there was no timeline given for this transition.
Additionally, the website was inaccessible, which meant I couldn’t even log in to contact customer service for support. I was in the middle of a funded challenge when everything was closed down, and I expected that you would honor a new challenge. Instead, I was offered a discount to purchase a new one. So, I’ve lost the money I originally invested and now I’m being asked to spend even more.

This payout followed a profit-sharing model of 60-40, which might seem low initially, but it transitions to a more favorable 80-20 split starting in the second month.
FD works with CBT Limited as their broker. While their spreads and commission rates are reasonable, I’ve noticed significant slippage during high-impact news events like CPI releases—much more than I expected.
Many prop firms tend to profit from traders failing their challenges, but FD appears genuinely committed to cultivating a group of diligent and successful traders. However, this comes with more stringent restrictions on trading styles; for instance, the use of Expert Advisors (EAs) is strictly prohibited.
As with any proprietary trading firm, it’s crucial to thoroughly examine the Terms and adhere to them meticulously. I can attest that if you do so, you’ll receive your payouts as promised.
