I wouldn’t recommend Genesis Funded Trader at all. First off, they claimed I was using algorithmic trading as an excuse to dismiss my account. Then, they suspended my account, citing that I was copying my trades.
Honestly, it’s probably wiser to choose FTMO as your funded trader instead.

I strongly advise against engaging with this company. Unfortunately, I’ve had two withdrawals denied, totaling around £8,000 in profits, and they’ve provided absolutely no explanation for these refusals. To make matters worse, I can’t even access my account to trade anymore. I’ve sent numerous emails to their support, which, by the way, is just a Gmail account, but I haven’t received any response. Update 16/04/2024: I informed my bank about the situation and, thanks to Visa regulations, the chargeback worked. I strongly encourage anyone who feels they’ve been scammed by this company to contact their bank and start the chargeback process. Be sure to explain that you are a fraud victim and that the firm’s practices are misleading. Including evidence like Trustpilot reviews, screenshots of all communications, and emphasizing their lack of replies can really help your case. This action may also lead to them losing their payment terminal, preventing any future transactions from prospective victims and hopefully getting the attention of law enforcement.

I had a disappointing experience. I decided to invest in a $10,000 challenge and made my payment in Bitcoin. Although the payment was successful, my order was later marked as “Cancelled.”
I attempted to reach out through various channels, including email, live chat, and even direct messaging them on Instagram. Unfortunately, there was no response via phone or any helpful email correspondence. Instead, I received only vague replies through their DMs, and that was before I even began trading.
In summary, they took my $90 payment and have not gotten back to me at all. Their Telegram presence is equally uninviting; it seems they aren’t keen on engaging with anyone. There are certainly more trustworthy proprietary trading firms out there. I would advise against risking your money here.
