I’m honestly pretty disappointed with how this was handled. My challenge account (Order yj7wix6) was terminated out of the blue. The company’s stated reason was an “expired API,” but that requirement was never clearly explained in the contract I agreed to after paying 448.13 EUR.
What bothers me most is that I never got any direct warning beforehand. I contacted support multiple times to ask for clarification, and they refused to help and also wouldn’t offer any refund for a service they effectively stopped providing. To me, it feels unfair to lose a meaningful amount of money because of a technicality that—at least from what I could see—wasn’t properly disclosed in their official Terms & Conditions.
Because of this, I can’t recommend this platform to other traders. Your funds might not be as safe as they appear, especially if important operational rules can be changed, implied, or enforced without clear notice.
**02.05.2026 update:**
For full context, this is actually the third time HyroTrader has had to terminate my account due to API/connection-related issues. Twice before, you replaced my challenge—both times as goodwill—with a full $50,000 challenge replacement: first after a stop-loss bug on your side, and again because I wasn’t informed that I had to create a sub-account when connecting a won 10k challenge from your platform.Honestly, I still think the most fair solution would be to follow the same goodwill approach you used previously.

My experience with Hyro has been pretty awesome so far. The platform itself runs smoothly, customer service is responsive, and overall the rules and day-to-day cooperation have been solid.
That said, there’s one part that I’m not crazy about: during the challenge phase, the “profit distribution” rule caps how much you can make at 4% per day. It feels a bit restrictive, especially since this same limit doesn’t seem to apply in the funded phase. If they tweaked that, I think the whole experience would feel a lot more balanced.

Hyro has a pretty enticing hook at first: they offer a $10,000 account to get you interested. But after that, you’re required to complete full KYC.
The part that really bothers me is what happens next. The KYC itself gets approved, yet the platform then suddenly becomes unusable. At that point, you can’t really move forward, and you’re basically left unable to access or use the account you went through all that trouble to set up.
Based on my experience, it honestly feels less like a real trading opportunity and more like a way to collect personal data. If you’re considering this company, please be very careful about sharing your documents.

I bought the 100K One Step plan right at the start, and honestly, I’d recommend it. You really don’t need to waste time with Phase 2. I cleared the challenge in exactly 10 days. Since it was a weekend, I waited until Monday to submit my review, which was no problem for me because I don’t trade on weekends anyway.
In total, I managed to hit around 2K across 3 payouts within just 3 days. After that, things went sideways and I failed due to bad market conditions—so I didn’t lose because of my plan, it was more timing and volatility.
Also, I got lucky with the New Year discount, which is why I went in again with 200K. I almost passed that one too.
The only thing I think they could improve is the maximum withdrawal limit. It would be nicer if it were higher than 5%, but at least you can withdraw your payouts every 24 hours, which helps a lot.

Honestly, it feels like a pretty careless setup. I’m giving one star mainly because of their “stupid” rule. I got breached after removing my stop-loss for maybe 8–10 seconds, then I closed the position manually while it was in profit—about $8k.
Edit: They also claimed they would “fund” me with a $100k account for free, but the breach happened anyway, supposedly due to a soft breach. It’s just frustrating because the trade was closed profitably, and yet the rules still triggered a breach instantly.
