This is a really good and trustworthy company.
About 6 months ago, I joined a speed challenge and ended up withdrawing 3 times. It went smoothly without any major issues.
Later, I tried an instant account as well, and I managed to withdraw 4 times. The process was quick and fairly straightforward.
Now I’ve taken the speed challenge again, and I’m currently waiting to make my withdrawal. So far, everything is looking solid.

I’m pretty new to this prop firm, and I currently have an account of $3,000. I’m still in Phase 1, so I’m getting my bearings. The main thing I’m unsure about is whether I’m allowed to use a trading robot (AI) on the platform.
I already have my strategy implemented, and I’ve backtested it thoroughly, so the logic works. What I can’t confirm is whether Masterfunders permits automated trading systems built with Python and machine learning tools, or if those are restricted under your rules.
If you could clarify this for me, I’d really appreciate it.

I’m happy with MasterFunders overall. The main thing I liked is that in just one trade you can pass your 1st phase. However, it usually takes around 2 days to get the next phase. In the next 3–4 days, you can clear their Core Challenge as well. Even I managed to pass both phases in just 2 trades, and I followed proper risk management.
Still, the funded phase takes about 3 to 4 days to process, so realistically you can expect the funded account in around 7–8 days if you’re trading carefully and staying within the risk limits. So yeah, it looks legit.
I haven’t received a payout yet, but I reviewed this after clearing the evaluation. Once I get paid, I’ll update my review with that too.

⚠️ Achtung: Die 50%-Margin-Regel kann dich trotz „solider“ Trades disqualifizieren
Ich habe die Challenge bei MasterFunders erfolgreich bestanden – ohne Drawdown- oder Risiko-Limits zu reißen.
Trotzdem wurde mein Konto als „failed“ markiert, weil man mir angeblich vorgeworfen hat, mehr als 50% der verfügbaren Margin genutzt zu haben.Wichtig: Diese 50%-Regel greift nicht pro einzelnem Trade, sondern auf Ebene der gesamten Positionen innerhalb derselben Asset-Klasse. Konkret betrifft das z. B. mehrere Indextrades wie US500, NAS100 oder GER40.
Heißt im Klartext: Selbst wenn man mehrere kleinere Setups sauber mit Stop-Loss steuert, kann die Challenge trotzdem abfliegen, sobald die Summe der Exposition in diesem Bereich „zu hoch“ ist.Die Regel steht zwar in den AGB, aber sie wird nicht wirklich transparent im Hauptregelwerk oder direkt im Trader-Dashboard hervorgehoben.
Ich finde das ziemlich unfair, weil diese Art von einschränkender Margin-Limitierung in der Branche eher unüblich ist. Viele Firmen schauen primär auf echtes Risiko (also Drawdown), nicht so sehr auf die reine Margin-Auslastung.Zusätzlich fand ich den Support nicht besonders schnell.
Ich habe mein Challenge-Review am Freitag angestoßen und bekam erst am Dienstag Nachmittag eine Rückmeldung.
Auch weitere Antworten haben jeweils mehrere Tage gedauert – klar langsamer als das, was man normalerweise erwarten würde.Fazit: Wer beitreten will, sollte die versteckte 50%-Margin-Thematik im Blick haben und auch die teils sehr langen Antwortzeiten einplanen.
Aus meiner Sicht passt das nicht zu einem fairen und realistischen Trading-Umfeld.Deutsche Zusammenfassung:)

What I like most about this company is their customer care. They’re quick to respond whenever I have an issue, and they don’t waste time trying to help me out. Even though I’m yet to fully fund my account, so far the service has been really solid in my experience.
I’d advise anyone who’s still doing research about any company to check how responsive their customer care team is—if they’re slow, better run. In this case, they’ve been on point.

The firm promotes a so-called $5 challenge, claiming that you can achieve a 10% profit on a $10,000 account within just 24 hours, which they term the “24 Hour Speed Challenge.” I participated in this challenge five times, and surprisingly, I failed to hit the target profit on four of those attempts. On my fifth try, I did finally meet the profit goal. However, the results then revealed that I was actually expected to earn a $10,000 profit, which is a staggering 100% target, making it impossible for me to pass the challenge.
It seems as though they misrepresent their challenges, possibly to keep raking in money from unsuspecting participants. I have all the evidence from my attempts to substantiate my claims.
