Title: Caution Advised: A Disheartening Experience with This Prop Firm
When it comes to prop trading firms, trust is paramount. Unfortunately, my experience with this particular firm has left much to be desired. After successfully completing phase one of their $150,000 account evaluation, I eagerly awaited my transition into phase two. However, everything spiraled downhill when they abruptly halted operations last year.
Initially, I was hopeful when I received my email credentials for the second phase. Yet, as the firm resumed operations, my anticipation turned to frustration. They flatly refused to reinstate my phase two evaluation, claiming a lack of data to support my case—even though I had provided ample proof of my phase one completion. Instead, they offered me a new $150,000 evaluation account, forcing me to restart the entire process from scratch.
Adding insult to injury, this firm went silent for six months, leaving their customers in the dark without compensation or communication. Now, not only are they denying my request for access to the phase two evaluation, but they have also rebuffed my plea for a refund.
Is this the kind of integrity and reliability you expect from a prop trading firm? I would strongly advise against placing your trust in them, especially in their CMO, who goes by the initials “OG.”
In response to their CEO’s message:
Let me clarify that I never asked for my previous account to be reinstated, yet they continue to misrepresent the situation. I ceased all trading activities when they made their announcement on Discord. My successful phase one was completed prior to their operational shutdown, and I received both my confirmation email and phase two account credentials beforehand. It’s deeply disappointing that a company can break promises and exhibit such a lack of professionalism.
