I bought a $20,000 “Instant Funding” account with Mubite, and I’m being honest: I never breached any trading risk limits. Still, my account was terminated, and the reason given had nothing to do with my activity—it was tied to technical issues on the firm’s side.
Here’s what happened, in order.
**Incident 1:**
Mubite previously acknowledged in writing that their notification system failed. Emails were being routed to spam, and they reinstated my account as a “goodwill gesture.” In that same statement, the firm also effectively confirmed that their Terms of Service don’t require customers to monitor junk folders. That was already a pretty telling admission.**Incident 2:**
Later, I ran into a second problem: a desynchronization between the Bybit API and the Mubite interface, which resulted in a duplicated order. I provided photographic and video evidence showing the platform failing to load data—complete with the “Failed to load data” message. Despite that, Mubite refused to take responsibility and basically pushed the issue back onto me.At the moment, there are **ongoing cases** connected to this matter with:
– **Czech Trade Inspection (ČOI):** Case #COI 18587/25/D/001
– **ECC-Net:** Case #ECBG-24091
– **FIN-NET / Financial Arbitrator****Important note:** Based on my experience, this is a company that does not properly stand behind its own platform stability, and that—at least in my view—conflicts with the protections laid out in the **EU Consumer Protection Directive 2011/83/EU**.
**Update:**
Trustpilot reviewed my evidence and reinstated my review after the firm attempted to have it removed. Even so, I still haven’t gotten a fair resolution from Mubite regarding the interface glitch. -

Once the connection finally worked, I was still left scratching my head. I couldn’t figure out what to do next to start trading, and the interface didn’t really guide me in a helpful way.
I also reached out to support for clarification, but their responses didn’t do much to clear things up. In the end, I decided not to make Bybit my main platform. Since I’m not getting the kind of experience I need, I’ll stick with my CFDs and MT5 for now.
That said, I genuinely hope Bybit adds MT5 or another widely used trading platform soon. If they do, it could make things much easier for people who already know their way around.
