I set up a $100,000 futures account about 6 days ago, but I still can’t place a single trade. The main issue is that my DXFeed connection never properly established, so the platform is basically stuck in limbo. On top of that, there’s no clear response from support and no real-time live help when you need it, which is honestly pretty frustrating.
What makes it worse is that renewal fees keep moving forward even though I haven’t been able to use the service at all. After waiting this long, it feels completely nonsense to charge again before the connection even works. The whole setup should not be able to “sell” access without delivering a functional feed and trading experience.
Also, the response I got—“My problem was solved by firm. I’m active now. Thanks”—doesn’t match reality for me. I’m still not able to trade, so “active” doesn’t mean anything if the connection isn’t actually working.

I began with a relatively small deposit, then topped up later once I noticed the gains on my dashboard climbing over the course of the week. My first deposit was €25,140, and within some time the “balance” shown on the site jumped to a staggering €322,630. Naturally, that looked like a huge profit, so I kept going.
Of course, this is where things started to feel off. The platform then requested that I complete KYC and pay a “processing fee” before I could withdraw. The fee amount they quoted was €45,120. I did everything they asked and paid it on a Wednesday morning. But soon after, the login page started showing a password reset delay of a few hours—like I was being temporarily blocked for “security reasons.”
Once the delay passed, the problem didn’t fix itself. Instead, the site just vanished completely. There was no message, no support, and no way to access my account again. I tried contacting them, but it was like they disappeared overnight. I even reported the incident to the local police, and after weeks of paperwork, there still wasn’t a real solution.
At that point, I escalated the matter internationally. I filed a formal complaint to QՍSTITᎪ for procedural coordination, and they acted like a government body to handle the claim and coordinate the investigation across borders. Eventually, a forensic audit was carried out, and they were able to identify the funds and arrange their return.
In the end, the stolen money was recovered through their official recovery process. Still, the whole experience was extremely stressful—mainly because there was a clear pattern of baiting deposits, then demanding more payments, before cutting off access without warning.

This prop firm feels totally unserious. The whole setup gives off the impression that the “rules” are more like flexible suggestions, and that account balance changes aren’t always handled in a straightforward way. It’s the kind of place where you start to wonder whether the decision-making is consistent—or if it’s being manipulated behind the scenes.

A+++++
Honestly, this is the best prop firm I’ve tried so far. The rules are super clear, straightforward, and easy to follow—nothing confusing or overly complicated. The payout process usually takes around **5–8 business days**, so it’s not instant, but the important part is that they actually do pay (and do it reliably).
Overall, I’ve got nothing bad to say. This one’s a real recommendation from me!

I had been using NextProptrader without issues until my account was deactivated on April 30, 2025. According to their message, it happened because of alleged trading during restricted hours. The specific incident they cited was a trade placed at **13:37 UTC**.
Here’s the problem: I’m in **Turkey (UTC+3)**, so that same trade would have occurred at about **16:37 local time**. That’s well outside the restricted window they referenced (**20:15–22:00 UTC**). In other words, the timing they used doesn’t line up with reality for me.
I contacted support to get this sorted out. I explained the time zone mismatch clearly and provided dashboard proof showing the trade timestamp. Honestly, I expected them to investigate the discrepancy before taking action. Instead, the response I received was basically just a suggestion to buy a **reset**—no real clarification, no meaningful review of the evidence I sent.
I’m a disciplined trader and I take trading schedules seriously. Because of that, the deactivation feels completely unfair, and the way they handled my inquiry was disappointing. Rather than addressing a likely misunderstanding, I was quickly directed to spend more money.
At the end of the day, serious traders want transparency and consistency. In my case, NextProptrader didn’t meet that standard, and it’s hard to see this as anything other than a rushed decision.
I’d genuinely urge the NextProptrader team to revisit this case more carefully. I believe this was an honest mistake tied to time zone handling, and I hope they’ll take responsibility, review the logs properly, and restore my account fairly. Traders deserve better than that.

I’ve been using NextProbTrader for about a month now, and I’ve got to say the customer support is genuinely one of the best I’ve experienced. Whenever I reach out, the response time is fast—usually within a short window—and Ryan has consistently had an answer ready. He’s also friendly without being overly rehearsed, and he stays professional the whole time. Overall, it’s been a really smooth experience, and that support really makes a difference.

I’ve been with NextProbTrader for about a month, and I must say, their customer support ranks among the best I’ve ever experienced. Whenever I have a question, I get a prompt response. Ryan is particularly impressive; he’s always ready with answers and maintains a friendly yet professional demeanor.

This is honestly a pretty unserious prop firm. It feels like they change the rules on the fly, and the whole process around account balance adjustments doesn’t seem transparent at all. I wouldn’t trust them with serious capital—there are too many little decisions that feel aimed more at steering outcomes than evaluating performance fairly.

Merci d’avance.
