I’ve been waiting for over a year to receive my payout! Throughout this time, I’ve kept in touch with the firm, and they consistently told me to be patient. On September 4, I finally got a payout confirmation stating that I would receive the funds in 3 to 5 days. However, Paolo, who handles support, has been incredibly frustrating to deal with. He repeatedly told me that my withdrawal was being processed and that I would have my money shortly. Now he claims they aren’t responsible for my withdrawal because my account predates the migration! Yet, it’s still the same team and company—Nova Funding! To make matters worse, instead of my payout, they offered me a 50% bonus to my new account. It’s quite laughable, really. There’s a reason they removed their channel on Telegram and have been reported as “scammers.” They’ve maneuvered things cleverly by switching brokers, and now they have a convenient excuse to withhold funds from those of us who were customers before the migration. I’m afraid that many of us will never see our money again!

Initially, my experience with the firm was quite positive. I received a payout without any issues, and everything seemed to be running smoothly. However, over the past three months, my situation has changed drastically. I haven’t received a single response from them, whether through email or even on their online chat support. I would appreciate it if someone could look into my direct payout for a resolution.

I requested a payout in December 2023, and it was approved on January 6, 2024. Throughout that year, I kept in touch with the firm, and they always reassured me that everything was fine; they mentioned it was simply a backlog causing the payout delay. They promised I would receive it soon. However, the last email I received from them was in December 2024, and since then, I’ve been ignored. I strongly advise steering clear of this company, as my experience has led me to believe it’s a scam!!

I’ve been waiting for the migration process since November, and despite sending multiple emails, I’ve received no response. Honestly, this company feels like a scam. I would advise others to stay away.

I strongly advise against engaging with this proprietary trading firm.
I had two accounts, numbered 871501 and 871502. I invested $2,000 in their challenges, successfully passed them, and ultimately received funded accounts. I even got a payout certificate for $2,598.48. However, things took a turn when they stated that approved payouts would be processed after their migration phase. Now, they are claiming that they are no longer accountable for the old broker and are redirecting their focus to new clients, effectively scamming them. The lack of ethics from this company is alarming.
In summary, it’s best to steer clear of this proprietary trading firm.

This is easily the worst proprietary trading firm I’ve ever dealt with. I feel completely scammed. They rarely respond to my inquiries, and when they do, it’s just the same automated email. My issues remain unresolved, and to top it all off, I never received my funded account after the migration process. It’s incredibly frustrating.

This business is truly disappointing. I’ve been waiting for my trading account for four months now, supposedly due to a migration to a new platform. I’ve sent numerous messages to their designated contact, yet they continue to boast about payouts in their Telegram group.
It’s upsetting, really. After investing a significant amount of money for membership following their evaluation process, I expected to be treated better. This has been an utterly appalling experience.

I requested a payout back in May 2024, and here we are in February 2025, still waiting for my funds. That’s a staggering 9 months with no updates! Every time I reach out, I get the same boilerplate response: “The team is processing payouts, please be patient.” How much longer do they expect me to be patient?
It’s become painfully clear that Nova Funding is not forthcoming with payments to their traders. It’s no surprise that they’re being labeled as a scam even on platforms like Telegram. If you’re thinking about joining this firm, I strongly advise you to steer clear—you’ll end up wasting both your time and money. There are certainly better and more trustworthy proprietary trading firms out there. I absolutely cannot recommend Nova Funding to anyone! 🚫

This company appears to be operating as a scam, and it seems likely that they will face closure soon. I have nothing positive to say about them. Their customer service is quite poor, and they seem to make every effort not to fulfill their payment obligations, including my own. They often send voice notes on Telegram, but the reality is that many people have been left empty-handed. The rules change frequently, which adds to the confusion.
Most concerning is the fact that many, myself included, have not received access to our accounts since the migration to the new server, despite their claims of a successful transition. My last message to them was on November 22, 2024, and I’m still waiting for a response regarding my two 200k accounts, which were profitable before the migration. I’ve had no replies to my emails or through the chat on their customer service page. I have all the evidence in my email and screenshots to back up my claims.
They may pretend to be friendly and respond to my one-star review, but I believe those who deceive others will ultimately face consequences. While the individuals at Nova Funding may find this to be an amusing situation right now, I am confident that when this business goes under, they will find themselves in a much lower position than they are currently in. There seems to be no sense of remorse for taking the hard-earned money from others.

I’ve been trading with them for more than a year now, but after their so-called “migration,” I never got access to my account. It was frustrating to be completely ignored by both their support team and chat service. Honestly, it feels like a total scam. If you start showing any profits, they’ll likely do everything they can to block you.

Avoid, avoid, avoid! I’m writing this second review because they’ve gone through two mergers that have wasted two years of my time and my funding fees of £795 are completely gone.
My account was initially funded and active, but I quickly realized they’re nothing but scammers. It’s disheartening to see fraudsters taking advantage of hardworking individuals. They really should be held accountable for their actions.

I’ve had a payout pending for over three months now, and I haven’t heard a single update from them. Even after the account migration, there’s still no information regarding my withdrawal. Initially, things went well; I received payouts without issues, and everything was smooth. However, it seems like they’ve changed recently, and I’m starting to feel like I might never see that payout. I really hope they return to their former standards because Nova used to be a reputable prop firm.

Terrible Experience! Complete Scammers!
I managed a $100,000 account with this firm until I attempted to execute a trade and encountered numerous errors. After reaching out to their support team, they informed me they would initiate a “migration,” which felt like code for “we’re going to eliminate some of your accounts.” During the migration phase, I inquired multiple times about the status of my account and whether I risked losing it due to inactivity.
After a month or two, they began posting “proof” of payouts, so I followed up about my own account. Their response was essentially, “If you received an email offering a 50% discount (great news because now you can invest even more with us), but if you didn’t get that email, you’re not eligible for the migration discount or to keep your account.”
I strongly advise against investing with them; eventually, they will initiate another migration, and you might lose your account. Opt for reputable proprietary firms that have a solid track record instead of this chaotic operation.

This company is nothing short of a scam. They approved my payout of $2,000, yet here I am a month later, still waiting for that money to come through. I’ve even notified the police about this situation. I think it’s safe to say that this is the end of the road for them.

I have to wonder what’s going on with Nova Team and my funding. Is this some kind of scam?
I’ve been asking myself, where’s my account that I funded back in 2023? It’s as if they don’t want my money at all! It feels like they’re just playing games with people.
Honestly, I believe NOVAFUNDING is a scam.

Attention everyone: this proprietary trading firm is on the verge of closure, primarily due to mismanagement of funds and questionable practices. Just a heads-up, folks—those “migrations” are just a delaying tactic, designed to prolong the inevitable. Stay vigilant!

I would give less than one star if I could. Nova Funding operates as a scam of a proprietary trading firm. For several months now, they’ve been making empty promises about sending new login credentials once their migration is finished. However, they have now stopped responding to my emails and are refusing to provide access to my account. This firm is truly the worst; I can confidently say they’re 100% scammers.

I wanted to share my experience with Nova Funding regarding my 100k account. I made some decent profits, but here’s the kicker: I’ve requested my payout, and nothing has come through for almost ten days now. The word among traders is that they’ve halted payments altogether. If I finally get my money, I’d be more than willing to revise my review to a glowing 5 stars.
Here are the details:
– Withdrawal Request Amount: $4,997.19
– Daily Winning Trades Rule Threshold at 25%: $1,249.30
– Days Exceeding Threshold: None – I maintained perfect consistency!
– Total Consistency Deductions: $0
– Eligible Profit: $4,997.19
– Commission Split: 50%, totaling $2,498.60
Kudos on Achieving Success!
Your commitment to the trading guidelines and consistent performance truly stands out. Traders like you are the backbone of Nova Funding, showcasing the professionalism and expertise that we value.

I wanted to share my experience with a live account that I set up through your website back in 2024, which has since transitioned to Eightcap. Throughout this time, I’ve adhered to all the rules, and my account remains active.
I’ve reached out to Customer Service multiple times and even sent an email, but the only response I’ve received was an email containing a discount code and some login details for your new server. Here are my account details for reference: 80898528 on the DxTrade-EightCap platform.
I’m unsure how to get in touch with you directly, and while I’d prefer not to leave a negative review, I feel like I have no other option at this point. I am open to updating my review once my issue gets resolved.
Best regards,
Carmen

It’s hard to know where to start with my experience at Nova. I joined the firm in late 2023 and have endured the chaos of server migrations. The most recent migration took place a couple of months ago, and to my shock, my accounts—despite having $400,000 in funding—were not migrated to the new servers. I had reached out to customer support just before the migration, and they assured me that everything would be transferred. So, when I checked the new back office after they announced the migration was complete, not a single one of my accounts was there!
Since then, I’ve messaged their customer service repeatedly through their website, but there has been no response. It feels like they’ve just taken my funding without any justification. I have documentation to back up my claims, so they can’t deny what’s happened.
Adding to my frustration, during the previous migration, they forgot to transfer two of my accounts as well! My $200,000 account had gained nearly 1%, and the same goes for my $100,000 account. Essentially, that’s around $3,000 that I lost in payouts. When I confronted customer support about it, they claimed everyone’s accounts had been reset. It appears they were trying to cover their tracks to avoid the fallout from their mistakes—it’s not the first time I’ve seen this type of behavior, and sadly, it likely won’t be the last.
For anyone considering Nova, I strongly recommend steering clear. They seem to be a scam organization, taking funds and denying payouts while conveniently forgetting to migrate accounts—especially if those accounts are raking in profits. This was evident when the EU markets surged around the July 4th weekend last year, and I was seeing significant gains—but, wouldn’t you know it, that’s when Nova decided to conduct maintenance. They’re not fooling anyone anymore. Save your money and choose a reputable firm; Nova is not the way to go!
