I want to extend my gratitude to Nova’s support team, particularly to Clinton, who was instrumental in helping me resolve an issue that lingered for just over a month concerning the delivery of my funded account. Thanks to her unwavering patience and dedication, we ultimately found a solution. I’m incredibly appreciative of her kindness and hard work. Overall, Nova boasts a robust support team that truly puts forth maximum effort, no matter the circumstances. Thank you, Nova!

I previously shared a review where I pointed out the absence of a withdrawal button, and now, they’ve migrated once more. I still have my credentials, but my $100,000 funded account, which I was sitting on with a profit of $1,416, is nowhere to be found. What has happened to my funded account? And where is my money?!

  • Jordyn Gerhold

I feel compelled to express my strong disappointment with the service I’ve received. After enduring significant delays in passing the challenge, I finally managed to secure a funded account with Nova. I approached trading with the hope of seeing profit from my payout. Unfortunately, after several days of waiting for my account to be reviewed, I was informed that I was not eligible to withdraw any funds.

It’s important to note that I chose this platform to generate profits, and if there were any issues affecting my earnings, I expected to be compensated fairly. This situation has caused me considerable distress, especially given that I urgently need these funds for my father’s medical needs. I had hoped Nova would provide a seamless trading experience, but right now, I’m dissatisfied. Therefore, I kindly request a refund of my investment.

    Best,

I’m back with another update on my experience with the Nova team. This marks my second payout, and I couldn’t be happier! I am currently waiting for a response regarding another account I have. My MT5 Account Number is 567810, and my payout split is at 50%.

However, there’s just one thing I’d like to mention. After receiving my latest payout, I got a new funded account from Nova. It seems they believe this is my first payout, but in reality, it’s my second; according to my understanding, it should be at 80%.

I really hope they can look into this discrepancy. Thanks, Nova!

I hardly know where to start. After the migration, my $50,000 live account just vanished, and it feels like an unfathomable amount of frustration and anger. It’s as if they don’t even care—there has been absolutely no communication from them. I’ve reached out multiple times, sending emails in hopes of retrieving my account, but all I get in return is silence. It’s incredibly disheartening how much time, energy, and effort I’ve wasted on this.

I really don’t get what’s going on with you guys. I honestly regret referring my friend to your firm. This feels like pure unfairness. Other proprietary trading firms typically process payments within 24 to 72 hours, and yet it’s been almost a week without any sign of her funds. Now my friend is upset and blaming me for “deceiving” her by recommending you. Her account number is 577648. I can’t in good faith recommend your firm to anyone, not even to those I don’t particularly like. My experience with you has been really disappointing.

I would rate this firm even lower than zero if that were possible! My $200,000 live account has been stuck in a so-called “migration process” for months now, and every time I ask for an update, I receive nothing but the same disappointing automated response. They seem to find time to post updates in their Telegram group about “payouts” and promotional codes for new accounts, yet they can’t be bothered to address the concerns of those of us who have actually invested money with them and maintain live accounts. Absolutely less than zero!

I want to share my experience with Nova Funding after being involved with them for about eight months. Like many of you, I was drawn in by their enticing migration offers and, frankly, their customer support left much to be desired—let’s just say it wasn’t very helpful. However, I finally received some clarity today. After an hour’s worth of back-and-forth emails with Jann from Nova Funding, she reluctantly admitted that they have no plans to migrate to a new platform. She confirmed that Nova Funding is expected to shut down by the end of this year. Essentially, they seem to be looking to capitalize on a large number of traders before closing their doors for good.

I must emphasize that the recent payout notifications are nothing but a ruse, and she even suggested that I cut my losses and seek another proprietary trading firm. I appreciate her candor because, as traders, time is our most valuable asset.

To my fellow traders, I urge you to steer clear of investing your hard-earned money and profits into Nova. Consider other options that have a more stable future. I genuinely wish you all the best, and please be cautious—investing in Nova right now is like responding to those annoying spam calls we get every day. Don’t waste your time; move on and find something better.

I funded a live account with Nova, but I haven’t been able to execute any trades since November. Each time I reach out to support, I get the same response: “the migration is still in progress.” Quite frankly, that’s unacceptable. I have money in a funded account, yet I can’t use it—it’s just cash going to waste. When I send email inquiries, I never receive a clear timeline regarding the completion of the migration. It’s been two weeks since I last heard from you, so perhaps this review will prompt a response.

  • Tyra Dibbert

This firm has been occupied with migrations throughout 2024. Here’s what you need to know:

    1. First, you purchase an account.
    2. You engage in trading and, ideally, if you’re in the green, you submit a payout request.
    3. Prepare for lengthy wait times for responses; it can easily take at least six weeks, and that’s if you’re fortunate enough to hear back.
    4. The processing time might extend to three months or more, and just when you think it’s all done… surprise! An announcement hits: “We’re migrating to a new platform.”
    5. At this point, your account has vanished, and that pending payout? Don’t expect to hear from them again; not a single message will be acknowledged on any platform or via email.
    6. They commence rebranding yet again, launch on a new platform, and soon after, the same unfortunate fate befalls the new clients as their accounts disappear with another migration.

There’s a reason these guys have earned a “SCAM” label on Telegram. They’ve deprived numerous individuals of their accounts and respond to nothing. Absolutely terrible behavior from this company.

Steer clear of them; do not invest any of your money, or you might end up losing it all for good!

I’ve been waiting months for my $200,000 funded account to be migrated, and honestly, the support team’s responses have been lacking. Each time I log in, I’m met with the same message:

*”Account Migration Update – Your trading account is currently suspended due to updates with our technology provider. Detailed instructions for regaining access to your Nova Forex account will be sent via email. For further assistance, please contact…*

The issue is, my emails aren’t getting any useful responses, making it feel like this nightmare will never end. A reputable firm simply shouldn’t conduct business this way—there’s a serious lack of transparency and customer service. **I cannot recommend them at all!**

I’ve been waiting for my withdrawal from Dx Trade, and it’s now been four months with no response. I made my payout request in October, and it was approved just two days later. However, after that approval, I was told my payment is now “under migration.” I’ve dedicated my time to executing perfect trades, boasting nearly 86% accuracy, yet this has turned into a frustrating experience. Honestly, it feels like the worst prop firm I’ve dealt with.

  • Camylle Deckow

This firm has consistently failed to deliver on its promised payouts. Ever since the “scam” label appeared next to their Telegram name, they’ve resorted to sharing fake payout certificates on the platform. It’s quite ironic, isn’t it? Unfortunately, I’ve been denied each payout attempt for various excuses that seem to change without notice. I’ve reached a point of frustration and can no longer invest my time. It’s best for others to steer clear of this company.

This firm has been quite the disappointment! They promised to transfer all existing accounts to their new server, but that hasn’t happened. When you reach out via email for an update, good luck getting a response. Meanwhile, they continue to post payout data from freshly funded traders, almost as if they’re trying to lure in new clients to buy their accounts!

    Account number: 80899357.
I had my withdrawal approved on November 6, yet I still have not received the payout.

If I could, I would rate it zero stars. I completely agree with the others—I’ve been stuck in this endless migration mess for months, with absolutely no response via chat or email. It’s just crickets on their end! I even threw away a $400k account because I was fed up with the pointless back and forth. Additionally, I have two other accounts of $200k each, and I haven’t been able to access them for months either, with no communication whatsoever. My advice? Stay away!

Nova Funding / Forex has been my absolute worst encounter with a proprietary trading firm. I’ve been waiting for my payout since November 19, 2024, and still haven’t received a penny. Despite sending multiple emails, there’s been no change in my situation. It seems like they simply refuse to pay their traders. I have a strong dislike for this company. Thankfully, Telegram has tagged their channel as a SCAM, which is a relief. I strongly urge everyone to steer clear of this firm.

  • Izaiah Johns

I’m still waiting on my approved payout. Instead of processing it, they’ve switched to another provider. They owe me $2,500, and I’ve basically given up after four months of waiting.

Honestly, what’s the point of investing in an account if they’re not going to pay out? I’ve reported this company to the authorities. I wouldn’t be surprised if they stop trading soon. Be cautious.

Absolutely unacceptable! This company is a complete scam! I’ve been waiting for ages, and they refuse to refund my two accounts. It’s honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had. How can they get away with this?

  • Verda Bogisich

This company might just be one of the biggest scams out there. Over the course of a year working with them, I’ve only seen a payment come through once. After that, it felt like I was never allowed to win again. They have this knack for disappearing without any explanation and even deactivate accounts on a whim. They promise migration processes that supposedly improve functionality, but honestly, I’ve never noticed any changes. With my account, which had $200,000 in it, they just pocketed the earnings I had accrued and vanished. It’s frustrating to think that companies like this exist in the trading world. Traders devote years to their craft, only for firms like this to swoop in and take it all away without remorse.

I spent 2023 with this firm and had a pretty good experience, but the past two years have been frustrating. Nova keeps talking about making a migration, and I’ve been waiting a whole year just to access my accounts!

People on the Telegram groups are calling it a scam, which suggests that numerous users are voicing their concerns about this situation.

I previously had an account where I successfully paid for and completed the challenge. However, now I’m being informed that, due to the platform migration, my account cannot be transferred. This firm feels like a bunch of thieves. It’s frustrating to see yet another company, this time novaforex.com, operating under similar pretenses. It’s the same kind of deception but wearing a different mask. Definitely worth sharing my experience with both.

  • Houston Dietrich

I had an absolutely terrible experience with this company; it’s by far the worst I’ve ever encountered in terms of payment integrity. I held two accounts totaling $200,000, and I managed to achieve a 6% profit. However, when I tried to withdraw my earnings, my account got blocked, and soon after, my email access was cut off because they claimed the funds were being refunded. To make matters worse, I received nothing back. This entire situation feels like a scam. I reached out to customer support for assistance and to present evidence of my claims, but nothing changed. So, I strongly advise caution—this firm really seems to make it impossible to get withdrawals.

This company has really turned into a complete scam. It used to be decent, but recently, I lost my account due to their migration process. When I inquired about the whereabouts of my account, I was told that since it was a platform managed by Eightcap and they had a disagreement with them, my account has been deemed lost. Now, I’m being offered the chance to buy a new account at a 50% discount. It’s frustrating—it’s hard to understand how this situation is my fault, considering the issue was between them and Eightcap.

Beware! This proprietary trading firm feels like a scam. They promised to migrate users but, after the process, they hit us with a 50% charge on the accounts. It’s hard to believe these guys are making fools of us once again! Please think twice before getting involved with them.

Initially, my experience with Nova was somewhat positive. During my time with them, I witnessed two platform upgrades. Each time, however, this led to my account being locked and disabled. The first instance took nearly a month before I could resume trading. The second upgrade commenced in November, and here we are at the end of January with no resolution in sight. I’ve had to reach out repeatedly for the new credentials for my account, and just today, I received an email apologizing for the inability to migrate my account. They even offered a 50% discount on a new account, which left me utterly stunned.

In light of this, I cannot recommend doing business with Nova. They come across as unreliable, and let me assure you, if you choose to proceed, you might find yourself in a frustrating situation—consider this your fair warning!

  • Dante Little

It seems that Nova Funding has transformed into a significant scam operation. After spending a year collaborating with them, I faced issues when they migrated their servers, resulting in the loss of my funded accounts (two accounts of $200,000 each). Additionally, they still owe me a payout that was approved two months ago. This approval came prior to the server migration, but all I’ve been receiving in response to my inquiries are generic excuses and automated replies. Unfortunately, it’s just another disappointing example of a deceitful proprietary trading firm.

  • Carmelo Robel

Accounts totaling $400,000 are still inaccessible on the new platform following the recent migration.

They seem unwilling to process the latest payout, claiming it’s not their issue.

However, they’re promoting a 50% discount on new challenges, which feels patronizing. They consistently showcase how great they are on social media, treating people as if they’re foolish. We really need to confront this scam.

If there’s any class action being organized against them, I’d appreciate details on how to get involved.

  • Christop Schultz

Over nine months have passed—specifically, 39 weeks and 277 days—and I am still waiting for a payout.

Here are my MT4 account details:
    – Account 1181843: $2,226.67
    – Account 1182555: $2,189.80

I initiated my payout request using Bitcoin on April 25, 2024. After waiting, I followed up on May 15, only to receive a standard message saying it was being processed, courtesy of Paul from Nova Funding.

Numerous emails later, by June 3, 2024, I was still receiving the same generic responses. Then, on August 13, I finally got an email from Peter, who suggested forwarding my request to the help desk. This seemed like a glimmer of hope.

Come September 4, Peter confirmed my payout request was reviewed and approved, and I even received PDF documentation for my two accounts. However, come December 2, my hopes were dashed once more. Mounirah from Nova Funding requested the approval documents yet again, despite my earlier submissions.

By December 9, after more chasing, I got another response stating they were notified about my situation and asking for patience regarding my payment. But by December 17, I learned that Nova had terminated its agreement with my account’s previous provider and migrated all customer data to a new partner.

On January 2, 2025, I received a ‘welcome back’ email from Nova Forex with new login details, only to find that my accounts hadn’t migrated, and I was being prompted to buy new challenges.

As of January 3, I still haven’t received my payout and feel completely scammed. Emails go unanswered, and reviews I’ve posted seem to be ignored, even as others receive responses.

A day later, I noticed that Nova did respond to one of my reviews with an apology about the delay, expressing understanding of my frustration. They promised to take urgent action regarding my payout requests, but despite these assurances, nothing has evolved.

On January 21 and 22, Nova Funding showcased proof of payouts in their Telegram channel, yet my payments remain stalled, and there’s still no communication from them addressing my specific case.

It’s frustrating because I previously had no issues with their service, even leaving a five-star review back in March 2024. However, since they initiated migration in April, the service has taken a significant downturn. Almost a year without being able to trade my funded accounts and missing out on potential earnings is quite disheartening.

I sincerely hope Nova gets wind of this and resolves the situation. If they do, I’d consider changing my one-star review. If not, I’ll keep spreading the word to caution others against engaging with Nova. My recommendation would be to explore other proprietary trading firms.

  • Julius Von

I’ve been waiting for several months now for another migration, and I have to say, the service has been quite disappointing. It feels shockingly slow, and I’m really frustrated with how things are being handled.

  • Fernando Sawayn

The firm has demonstrated a pattern of dishonesty since their transition to platform 5. I had a funded account with a balance of £2,000 that I was ready to withdraw. However, upon attempting to process my withdrawal, I encountered a message stating “migration in progress; please email us.” So, I reached out, only to be informed that I would receive new login details for the updated dashboard along with my funded account. I inquired specifically to confirm that I would receive a comparable funded account and be in the same position as before.

It’s been nine weeks of relentless follow-ups, and today the same representative I’ve communicated with since November suggested I take advantage of a “fantastic” 50% discount on a new challenge and start all over again. How is this even permissible? I’m at a loss for how this company is still in operation while potentially defrauding more individuals. They continue to advertise daily, enticing new clients under dubious pretenses. It’s exceedingly unethical, and I plan to pursue this matter to the fullest extent.

  • Justine Green

I have previously shared my thoughts on this regrettable company.

I’ve been waiting for four months now for an account transfer that holds $4,000.

Recently, they emailed to inform me that they won’t be transferring the account and claim they’re not responsible for the $4,000 owed to me.

As a supposed gesture of goodwill, they are offering me a 50% discount on opening a new account, which, in effect, acknowledges their liability.

I plan to escalate this matter further.

Since January 2024, after a series of persistent disruptions, Nova Funding has finally returned to MT5. However, they are implementing new eligibility criteria for access, which raises some red flags. I’ve met all the requirements—I’ve even got an email confirming this, which I can back up with proof—but they still won’t reinstate my funded account. It’s been almost a year since I last traded, as they’ve consistently offered excuses. My account had a positive balance of over $2,000 on DXTRADE during the migration, reflecting a troubling trend in this industry. Today, my dashboard shows nothing, as though my funded account never existed. It’s incredibly disheartening. The responses I have received have been vague, and ever since the migration—a move that feels dubious—they have been completely unresponsive. If anyone is interested in pursuing legal action against them in the U.S., please feel free to reach out to me at ironhausrentals at gmail dot com. Let’s work together to put an end to these questionable practices.

P.S. Nova Funding, I’d like a full refund, and then I might reconsider what I’ve written here.

    Absolutely unethical.

I’ve held a paid and passed account for quite some time now. Recently, I’ve encountered numerous interruptions, and after requesting new login credentials following the extensive wait for the much-anticipated migration to Platform 5, what do they want? They expect me to pay for a new account.

But hold on – how generous of them to offer a 50% discount on that new purchase!

If you haven’t yet started with NOVA, I strongly advise steering clear. Most, if not all, proprietary firms that promise HFT passing seem to operate in a similar manner.

Instead, consider joining a reputable prop firm, invest the time to pass their requirements, and actually get compensated for your efforts.

  • Gino Funk

Internal issues significantly impact the user experience. At present, Nova is undergoing its second broker migration in less than a year. This process typically spans several months, rendering trading impossible during this time. As a result of the migration, I lost my $100,000 account. I attempted to reach out to customer support, but received no response. Interestingly, they do post “payout” certificates in their Telegram channel. My advice: steer clear of this fraudulent company.

  • Estel Howell

Since November 20th, Nova Funding has suspended my account, stating that they are in the process of migrating to update their server. Today, January 21st, I still have not regained access. They not only refused to release my funds but, without any valid justification for banning my account, they’ve taken this absurd action. It seems like they may never restore my access, so if you’re thinking about opening an account with them, please take this warning seriously—along with the other reviews I’ve posted here. It’s not just my experience; several others are affected as well.

These types of fraudsters need to be held accountable. They must cease selling fabricated evidence and stop taking people’s money. There’s a breaking point for all.

They should have faced consequences long ago.

Return my account or provide me with a permanent ban, and quit playing these pointless games.

This has been one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve ever encountered with a trading firm. I initially had two funded accounts, but after their migration process, they’ve simply vanished from my dashboard. I’ve sent multiple emails, yet there’s been no response from their support team, which really shows their lack of commitment to their customers. Based on this experience, I can’t recommend this company to anyone. They outright refused to refund me, stating that it’s against their policy since I had traded on those accounts. It would be helpful to know what steps I can take next to address this issue.

  • Alan Larkin

Please, everyone, avoid paying for their challenge. You’re only throwing away your money and time while unknowingly supporting fraudulent practices. There are countless other reputable firms out there that make choosing Nova seem illogical. I spent months waiting for my new account after their second migration, and now, while still in limbo, they email me offering a discount on a new purchase. Seriously, who would even consider that?! To make matters worse, it turns out that not everyone qualifies for the migration account. Many individuals will end up without an account or a refund. They made it clear that “Nova was not responsible for account management or payouts under the old platform—our role was strictly to market and drive sales.” So, in essence, we’ve all fallen victim to this scam. I urge you to report them and steer clear!

After a series of disruptions in 2024, Nova Funding has returned to MT5. However, they have now implemented certain eligibility requirements for new access. I comply with these conditions, yet I am still denied access. Since the start of November 2024, I haven’t engaged in any trading. At the time of the interruptions, my account on DXTRADE was in a positive state. Now, my dashboard appears completely empty, as if I don’t even have a funded account. It’s quite disappointing. The responses I received were vague, and since then, I have heard nothing further.

  • Madie Schinner

I invested $200,000 in one funded account and an additional $100,000 in another, only to have both accounts suspended shortly thereafter, supposedly due to a transition to a new platform. It’s now been over two months, and there’s been no progress whatsoever. Upon reaching out to customer service, I was informed that I needed to buy a new account at a 50% discount — this is quite frustrating considering I already had active accounts that I had fully paid for. It feels like nothing short of fraud.

All my email inquiries and complaints have gone unanswered, and I’m left with no access to my accounts or my funds. I expect either an immediate refund or the reactivation of my accounts; otherwise, I will have no choice but to escalate the issue legally and involve my bank.

I strongly advise against using this firm. They are unreliable, unresponsive, and seem to be dishonest. There are far better and more reputable options available in the market.

I’m still waiting for a response regarding my account; I emailed them, but they never got back to me. I’ve since removed this company from my bookmarks. Fortunately, I managed to cash out a few times—guess I was lucky! But honestly, this seems like one of the biggest scams in the industry. I would strongly advise staying far away. It feels like every few months, they pull some kind of trick to mess with people’s accounts.

It’s essential to approach Nova with caution. Many users report their experiences as disappointing, raising concerns about the firm’s legitimacy. The negative feedback is overwhelming, and it feels like a pattern of dissatisfaction emerges repeatedly. For anyone considering trading with them, it might be wise to explore other options. Trust your instincts and do thorough research before committing any funds.

This firm is a complete mess. There’s absolutely no reliable support available. They seem unable to transition to updated platforms, which raises serious concerns about their competence. It’s hard not to view them as a scam operation lacking any credibility or dependability. Save your money; it’s not worth it. Even if you manage to gain access to a trading platform, don’t expect any payouts.

I purchased a challenge account from this firm, and just a few days later, it was suspended due to their migration to a new platform. When I reached out to inquire about this, they informed me that they would be migrating accounts. Fast forward two months, and still, no migration has taken place. Today, I followed up again, and to my surprise, they told me I would need to buy a new account at a 50% discount. Why would I do that when I already have an active account? Now, I’m requesting either a refund or a complimentary new challenge; otherwise, I’ll be forced to involve my lawyers and my bank. I’ll reconsider this one-star review if I receive a refund or a new challenge. Thank you!
