**SCAM**
I’m going to be blunt: I strongly advise anyone thinking about doing business with PaidPex to stop and reconsider. My own experience with this firm has been completely awful, and I ended up losing **more than $20,000** overall.
PaidPex markets itself as a “prop trading firm,” but from what I saw, it doesn’t really operate like one. During their challenge phase, there were multiple moments where the price action looked weird and out of place—like it didn’t match what the broader market was doing at the same time. Those gaps in realism made it almost impossible to perform consistently, and honestly, it felt like the platform was setting things up so traders would fail.
For me, every attempt to pass the challenge came with problems. I kept running into questionable execution—then, right after, the market would suddenly jump or drop in a way that didn’t seem to line up with what I could verify on live feeds. After burning through a big chunk of money, the pattern became clear: the system wasn’t supporting you or helping you improve. It felt like it was stacked in their favor from the start.
So, based on my experience, I don’t believe PaidPex is transparent or fair. Their approach seems built to profit off failed challenges, not to create a path for traders to build long-term results.
⚠️ **Warning:** If you’re considering PaidPex, go in with extreme caution. If you care about protecting your capital and your reputation, I’d recommend looking elsewhere and choosing a more established prop firm.
I’m back again, and I’m pretty stuck. I can’t send an email to their support team, and despite trying multiple times, I still haven’t been able to verify my account. As of today, it’s still not verified, which is honestly really frustrating.
**SCAMMMMM!**
In conclusione: è uno scandalo totale. Se state pensando di usare questa piattaforma, fateci molta attenzione, perché secondo me è tutto impostato per fregare la gente.
This feels like a scam company. They don’t reply to emails at all—seriously, I heard nothing back after reaching out. The only time they responded was after I posted on Trustpilot. It’s pretty suspicious behavior, and it makes me think they only deal with people once there’s public pressure.
I’d be careful before trusting them with anything.
This is my third review, and honestly I’m pretty disappointed. You haven’t resolved the verification/KYC issue, specifically the link that won’t load, even after multiple attempts to get help.
At this point, it makes me wonder—are these reviews actually legitimate, or are they possibly fake?
They don’t pay their traders—plain and simple. This company feels like a full-on scam from start to finish. I went looking for basic info about payroll on their Discord, and instead of getting answers, people get banned just for asking about proof and payment details.
Also, the 5-star reviews look completely fake. A lot of them read like they were generated by AI, and they don’t match the real-world experience traders are reporting.
If you’re considering them, don’t. Save yourself the trouble—this is a 100% scam.
After a little over two weeks, I managed to clear a challenge for 50k, and I’ve since racked up roughly 67k. The problem is, I wanted to pay for the challenge using my credit card instead of crypto, but they won’t allow it.
I tried anyway, and PayPal basically shut it down, saying they’re running into “international legal” issues and that the transaction can’t go any further. To be honest, the whole thing feels messy and overly restrictive.
What really frustrates me is the lack of support. There’s been no real response in the chat, and customer service hasn’t gotten back to me either. At this point, it doesn’t feel like a serious setup.
I’ve also seen similar complaints from other people who tried to deal with the same issue, so I’m not the only one. Maybe if I leave a bad review here, someone will finally take my problem seriously and actually respond.
Honestly, what a complete mess. I’ve seen the “scammers” situation a few times, and this one felt particularly bad—fast too. I’m not kidding, they basically took money from me and then acted like it was no big deal. It’s honestly frustrating because you think you’re doing something legitimate, and then boom: you realize you’ve been dealt with by one scammer after another.
Bottom line: if you’re even thinking about dealing with them, don’t. You’ll likely end up losing money, and it won’t be worth the hassle.
It’s hard to know exactly what happened here without more context, but if these people are truly scamming others, then yes—authorities should absolutely investigate and, if there’s proof, they should face arrest. Still, before anyone gets swept up, the details matter: what they did, who was affected, and whether there’s clear evidence (messages, transactions, contracts, witness reports).
If you want, paste the full review or describe the situation (what was promised, what you paid, and how you were misled), and I can rewrite it into a proper, credible review in an authoritative tone.
They don’t pay out, and they also won’t respond when you request a withdrawal.
Avoid these scammers. I followed every rule and even provided the account details required to get paid, but there was zero response afterward. Communication basically vanished, and they just disappeared without warning.
Honestly, it’s scam after scam after scam. Don’t waste your time or money on them.
**SCAM ALERT!!!**
Let me be straight with you—this place looks shady. First off, they didn’t pay out my friend at all. Second, I deposited money for an account that’s still been stuck on “pending” for days, and I can’t even place trades.
And honestly, it doesn’t surprise me, because I doubt I’d ever get paid anyway. Customer support has also been completely unresponsive—no real replies, no help, nothing.
On top of that, their Trustpilot page is packed with what look like fake 5-star reviews, which makes the whole thing even more suspicious.
Consider this your warning.
Honestly, it’s been a pretty terrible experience so far. I can’t say for 100% certainty whether they’re a scam yet because I haven’t fully passed anything on their side, but I can say with confidence that the platform itself is completely unreliable.
More than once, I’ve been watching a chart, waiting for what looked like the right moment. I place a trade, and then—without warning—the chart shifts to a totally different history. That kind of change has left me down about £10,000, and in some cases it even fails automatically after the position is opened. It’s not just “laggy” either. The charts sometimes go completely blank, then reload in a new place, like the data never matched what I was looking at in the first place.
In short: it’s utter rubbish.
**SCAM — DO NOT USE.**
Before you consider it, take a minute to look at the negative reviews. Once you read through them, the truth becomes pretty obvious. I almost missed the red flags myself, but the complaints aren’t random—they line up. Save yourself the trouble and skip it.
I had money just disappear from my crypto wallet. What made it even worse is that the scammers kept going back and forth, constantly asking me for “additional” payments before they’d supposedly process my withdrawal. Honestly, it was an absolute joke.
The good news is that I did manage to get my funds back, but it only happened because I got help from a team of top financial professionals who actually knew what they were doing. If you’re dealing with something similar—missing crypto, weird withdrawal delays, and pressure to send more money—I’d strongly recommend getting assistance instead of paying whoever is contacting you.
I’m sharing this so hopefully it helps others avoid falling victim to the same kind of scam.
**SCAM — Avoid This Site Completely**
SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. I’m really surprised anyone still trusts this place. Please listen carefully: **do not spend your money here**. This company is a straight-up scam, and the “polite” way they talk to you is honestly part of how they get you to relax.
One of the biggest red flags is that they push you to pay with **crypto**. The reason is simple: with crypto, it’s much harder to get your money back, and they know that. I personally made **around $21,000** on my live account, and then—right when things were going well—**their system froze**. At the same time, I asked a friend who was on the same type of “challenge” platform and guess what? **His system was working perfectly.** So yeah, it wasn’t some random technical issue.
After that, I tried to reach out, and the response was a mess. They started throwing out **non-proof rules**, like random restrictions that honestly don’t even make sense. One example they gave me was a rule about “no F”—and I’m not joking, it felt completely bogus. Before that, they claimed my account was suspended due to a “glitch” in their system. Later, the story changed completely. That alone tells you everything you need to know.
I’m taking this further and plan to **contact local police** and open a case for **fraud and stolen funds**. I’m also encouraging others to do the same—because the only way these scammers get stopped is if enough people report them.
Lastly, don’t trust the “positive reviews.” A lot of them look like they’re written by **their own people**, or at least the pattern is way too suspicious. This is a fraudulent operation, and I hope more people speak up before they lose money too.
They don’t actually pay out profits. Instead, they ignore your withdrawal request entirely. Save yourself the hassle and avoid them.
This prop firm is honestly one of the worst I’ve come across. I really can’t stress this enough—don’t trust them. Stay a mile away from anything they try to sell you, because their whole process feels sketchy from the start.
On top of that, I’ve seen multiple accounts here flagged as breached. That’s a big deal, because it often prevents them from accrediting or releasing payouts altogether. Instead of following through, they act like it’s your fault, and then you’re left stuck without the money you earned.
I also made the mistake of not going with “Kagora,” and honestly, that’s on me. It looked like it might’ve been a much smoother, more reliable experience. After dealing with this firm, though, I wish I had chosen better from the beginning.
At this point, it honestly feels like they’ve started defrauding their customers. I submitted a withdrawal request over two weeks ago, and it’s still sitting there as “pending” for no legitimate reason. No explanation, no real progress—just delays that make it look more and more like a scam.
To be clear, I’m glad I went with HILLBILLY and didn’t put all my eggs in one basket. Right now, they’re handling things normally: there’s currently no issue, and withdrawals are paid out weekly with no drama.
If you’re using this platform, I’d suggest you take action and follow through right away—don’t wait and hope it sorts itself out.
These guys are, honestly, a total joke. Their “firm” feels like a scam—because you never actually get paid out. On top of that, they’ll boot you from their Discord, and if you post a negative review, it somehow disappears too.
In my experience, this is shady behavior all the way through. **Avoid them at all costs.**
On February 10, 2025, I received an email from Trustpilot saying that Paidpex was requesting additional details to better understand my experience and confirm that my review was genuine. I didn’t waste any time. I submitted the requested information to Paidpex right away.
However, just today, I got another email from Trustpilot, basically warning that I still need to upload the information to Paidpex or else my review could be removed. To be honest, this is where it gets frustrating. Paidpex already has my email address and my phone number, so if they genuinely wanted to clarify anything, they can reach me. That’s the part that doesn’t really add up.
Now I’m left wondering whether Trustpilot will actually take down my reviews—so that Paidpex can keep doing whatever it is they’re doing to mislead the public. It’s really hard not to view this process as something that protects the company instead of the reviewer.
I’ve worked with a few prop firms, but this one is by far the sneakiest. The rules are overly strict, and the whole “challenge” setup honestly feels kind of ridiculous. They market things like “fastest payout,” “payout within 18 hours,” and “trade first, pay later,” but in practice those claims don’t really hold up—at least, not the way they present them.
What most people don’t realize is that the challenge is basically two separate stages. There’s one part where you have to win before you pay, and then another phase after you’ve earned the funded account. On top of that, their withdrawal policies are much more limited and unfair compared to other firms. For example, you can’t withdraw more than $5,000 per month, and you also need to space withdrawals by 10 days. Even then, you can’t pull the “second 8%” that they say is yours.
And if you run into issues, their support is not exactly responsive. I’m not trying to be dramatic, but it’s frustrating when you’re dealing with withdrawal limits and they don’t help in any meaningful way.
Here’s the part that really sealed it for me: I made about $22,000 in total, but I could only withdraw $4,000—and after that, I wasn’t able to withdraw anything. They also enforce a “30% rule” that can lock you out. I generated around $12K in profit, but because about $10K came from a single trading day, I hit their threshold in a way that basically prevented further withdrawals. To put it simply: I would’ve needed to make around $34K just to withdraw $2K.
Long story short: just go to Breakout.
I first heard about Paidpex through an Instagram ad. The pitch was pretty simple: a “trader” would supposedly pass your challenge for you, using Paidpex’s “pass then pay” setup. At first, I’ll admit I was curious—who wouldn’t be, right?
The whole thing happened way too fast. In just a few hours, this trader “made” about $8,100 inside the challenge account. Honestly, that sounds impressive… but it also feels totally unrealistic. So I dug into what they actually did on the account they were claiming to manage.
Here’s the part that really bothered me: the results were apparently based on a *single* BTC trade. One trade, a huge gain—easy story, but the details didn’t add up. When I reviewed it, they were short on BTC and exited roughly 10 seconds later. The BTC price difference shown was only around $575.
Now, if you know anything about Bitcoin, you already know it *can* move that much in seconds, sure. But here’s the issue: for a move of roughly $575 to translate into something like an $8,100 profit, that implies extremely high leverage—around 14x based on the numbers involved. And no professional trader I’ve ever seen would willingly use that kind of leverage on a super volatile instrument, especially not over a tiny window like 10 seconds.
And it gets worse. If BTC had moved the other way by only about $238, the account drawdown rule would likely have triggered. For many of these challenges, that’s the difference between “pass” and “fail” almost instantly. In other words: the outcome depended on a very precise swing, yet the claimed trade looks too neat to be real.
My conclusion? They probably didn’t actually trade the account I was shown. Instead, it looks like they manufactured the results—basically fictitious activity presented as performance. I caught the inconsistencies pretty quickly, and needless to say, I didn’t buy their challenge activation.
After reading the genuine 1-star reviews here, I’m even more convinced this is a scam. Also, I checked their company address and did a Google Maps search—let’s just say it doesn’t look legit.
This has to be said clearly: this broker feels like a total scam. The biggest red flag is that the reviews they show seem pretty fake—like they’re either staged or exaggerated. Honestly, if you’re thinking about dealing with them, you should be extremely cautious. I’d strongly recommend staying away and not ignoring the warning signs. Please be alert, because this doesn’t feel legit at all.
I posted a review last week, and they immediately demanded that I take it down. They claimed they would reach out on **January 23, 2025** to “resolve the issue” and pay the profits I said I earned. I did what they asked. I removed my review, expecting them to actually keep their word.
Of course, they didn’t. They never contacted me, and they failed to pay as agreed. Since they didn’t follow through, I put the review back up to warn other people about this company. Honestly, they seem to come up with new excuses every time payouts are due, and it quickly becomes clear they just can’t be trusted.
It gets even worse with their community. The moment you start asking about payouts on their Discord, they’ll ban you right away. No explanations, no resolution—just a ban. So if you’re thinking about using their services, I’d strongly advise you to avoid them. They don’t honor payouts like they should.
To be clear, I did trade with them and I made profits. I even received my first payout of **$500** without any major problems. But when I requested a second payout of **$2,000**, they refused and said I hadn’t traded from the same IP—an excuse that felt totally made up. Then they ignored my emails and blocked me on Discord, even though I was just trying to get paid what I earned.
In my view, this is a complete scam operation, and I genuinely hope they go out of business soon.
Customer service was genuinely great, no complaints there. That said, this setup really feels geared toward experienced crypto traders—if you’re newer, you’ll likely struggle.
The biggest issue for me was the trading conditions. XAU/USD is extremely choppy, sometimes so much that you end up needing a second chart just to make sense of what’s happening. On top of that, the leverage is massive, but there’s no clear preview showing how your stop-loss (SL) and take-profit (TP) will be priced or calculated. So even if you set levels, you don’t really get a good feel for the risk before it hits.
The rules are fairly relaxed, and yes, news trading is allowed. Unfortunately, that didn’t save me. I wiped my account because I didn’t fully understand how much my stop loss would cost in practice. By the time I realized, it had already breached. I never got close to a payout, and honestly I still don’t fully understand how the whole process works.
I might give it another shot, but only if I can figure out the SL/TP mechanics first.
I won’t write a long paragraph here, but this is a complete scam. Honestly, every review on this site seems fake or paid—at least that’s what it looks like to me.
## PaidPex Prop Firm: A Complete Scam (My Experience)
I wish I could say something positive about PaidPex, but honestly, my experience was so bad that I feel I should warn others. I signed up for their program, purchased a **100k account**, and completed the challenge with no issues at all. I even managed to push the balance up to **126k**, so I submitted a payout request right on schedule, following their own rules.
At first, things looked promising. Their support team reviewed my account, approved the payout, and told me to wait for the finance department to respond. So far, so good.
Then, right after I requested the payout, I was suddenly removed from their Discord. It felt weird and unnecessary—especially since I hadn’t done anything wrong. After that, I spent **about a week sending at least 10 emails** just trying to get a real answer. Finally, the finance team replied.
And what they said was honestly ridiculous.
They denied my payout by claiming that if I traded after submitting the payout request, they wouldn’t process it anymore. The problem is: **that condition is not mentioned anywhere in their guidelines**. I double-checked, and I couldn’t find anything like that in the rules they publish.
On top of that, they also claimed I breached the **daily loss limit** during the challenge phase. That makes absolutely no sense. If I truly violated the daily loss limit, how did I get approved to pass the challenge and move forward to the funded stage? They never flagged any issue before approval—so it felt less like a real enforcement and more like a convenient excuse to avoid paying.
Overall, my conclusion is pretty clear: **PaidPex is a scam**. I’ve seen nothing credible proving that anyone actually receives payouts from them. The screenshots and payout messages they share look staged or fake to me. If anyone wants proof, I can provide documentation and evidence—just email me at **yogeshmalhotra099@gmail.com**.
One more thing: the platform itself seems broken. Basic tools like **stop loss** and **take profit** don’t behave properly. The price feed also isn’t truly real-time—it can lag by up to **15 minutes**, and the fills/trades often appear to move the “wrong way” compared to the real market.
For example, last night I saw an account allegedly grow from **100k to 13 million USD in about 4 hours**. That kind of result is impossible in legitimate trading environments, but somehow it looks realistic only because the system is so unstable and inconsistent.
In short, I strongly recommend avoiding PaidPex. Save your money and sanity—because based on my experience, they’re unreliable at best and deceptive at worst.
## Warning: PaidPex Prop Firm – A Complete Scam
I don’t usually write reviews, but after what happened with PaidPex, I honestly felt like I had to warn people. I enrolled with them, bought a **$100k evaluation account**, and, for the most part, the process went smoothly. I passed the challenge without any issues and moved up to a funded stage.
Then things completely flipped. When my account hit around **126k**, I requested a payout exactly the way their rules describe. Everything looked normal at first—support even approved my account and told me I just needed to wait for the finance team to finalize it.
But right after I submitted the payout request, I was suddenly removed from their Discord. That alone was weird, but it got worse from there. Over the next week, I emailed them **at least ten times**, and it took forever just to get a response. When the finance team finally replied, the reason they gave for denying the payout was honestly ridiculous.
They claimed that because I traded *after* requesting the payout, they would no longer process it. That may sound “reasonable” on the surface, but the problem is that **this was never stated anywhere in their guidelines**. If it was truly a rule, why did support approve the account in the first place and tell me to wait?
On top of that, they also alleged that I breached their **daily loss limit** during the challenge. This makes even less sense. If I actually broke the daily limit, how was I allowed to pass the evaluation and move into the funded phase? They approved the outcome, then later pulled out a “breach” excuse only after denying the payout. To me, it feels like a convenient story meant to avoid paying.
From my experience, PaidPex looks like a scam. I’ve seen nothing convincing that anyone actually received a real payout from them. And the screenshots and payout announcements they share? In my view, they’re **fake or heavily misleading**. If anyone wants proof, I can provide documentation—feel free to email me at **yogeshmalhotra099@gmail.com**.
There’s more, too. The platform itself is full of glitches. Basic tools like **stop loss** and **take profit** don’t behave properly. Even the pricing feels off—there’s noticeable lag (sometimes up to **15 minutes**), and the executions often seem to go the opposite way of the real market.
Just to be clear, I’m not exaggerating. I watched my account jump from **100k to 13 million USD in about 4 hours**. No legitimate trading platform can do that realistically, but on PaidPex it seemed totally possible, which tells you a lot about how unstable and unreliable their system is.
So yeah—based on everything I went through, I’d strongly advise you to stay away from PaidPex. They come across as untrustworthy, deceptive, and unreliable. Save yourself time, money, and stress.
I was genuinely interested in trading with them. For the first time, the conversation seemed promising—we were talking about everything like it was going to go smoothly. After a few days, though, things changed fast.
They started avoiding me and wouldn’t reply anymore. I tried reaching out a couple of times, but they just kept going quiet. At that point, it felt like they were ghosting the whole situation. Overall, it was frustrating, and I wouldn’t recommend dealing with them if you actually want communication and follow-through.
They’re running a scam prop firm, and it’s unfortunately pretty consistent once you know what to look for.
Here’s the scam, step by step. They advertise a “pass before pay” option. Sounds good, right? But if you pick that route, it’s almost like magic— you get contacted by a different company claiming they can pass the account for free.
Of course, that “free pass” isn’t actually free. What’s really happening is that they work with a paidpex setup, and the account is then “passed” through that arrangement. After that, they get you to pay the required fee— for example, $249 for a 50K account.
You then do what you’re supposed to: you trade, you make profit, and you submit a withdrawal request. And this is where it all falls apart. You don’t get paid. Not fully, not reliably—just delays and excuses until you realize the whole thing was set up to take your money.
I’m going to upload a detailed video explaining exactly how it works, including the people who offer the “free pass” angle.
Also, to be clear, I’ve already reported them to Trading Standards and Fraud Action, and I’ve contacted the FCA in the UK. I’ve also reached out to Companies House and asked them to remove the company, since it appears to be fraudulent.
Please avoid this company. I’m saying that plainly because this has been a scam from start to finish, and they absolutely do not pay out once you raise a payout request.
Here’s what happened: the moment I asked about my payout on Discord, they blocked me and deleted my messages immediately. Not long after, the same thing happened to a friend I referred. He was “approved” for about **$890**, then his account got suspended because they suddenly claimed he needed to send money first. That’s the pattern—approval to lure you in, then suspension or blocks to keep you from seeing any real payout.
Also, look at the numbers they push. The discount they offer is ridiculous. Who puts something like a **$2,000,000** “deal” behind a **$990-ish** price point? And they even changed payout limits in a way that screams desperation—dropping the cap (like **$2,500**) and then suddenly claiming “unlimited” payouts. It feels like they’re trying to pull in new customers fast because the old ones are catching on.
I did manage to recover money, though. I bought **20 accounts** and thankfully got my payment back via PayPal—about **$3,500**. If you’re in the same situation and you lost money, don’t just wait. Contact **PayPal right away**, submit your evidence (especially your PayPal receipt/transaction proof), and push for a chargeback or refund.
If you want proof, I can upload evidence showing exactly how they operate. Real review sites should give people better options to share documentation, especially for scams like this. **PAIDPEX.COM** should not get even a single star—this is fraud. Please, seriously, avoid them.
I started with a $500k account and passed their evaluation. After that, I increased my account balance to $548k and submitted a request for a payout, but it wasn’t processed.
Not long after, I experienced a single trade loss of roughly $15k, and they went ahead and suspended my account—even though my daily loss limit was $20k.
I then contacted their support team through WhatsApp and email. Unfortunately, I didn’t get any response to my email at all. On WhatsApp, they only kept telling me they had “passed the case to the technical team,” but I’ve received zero updates since then.
So please, don’t go with this firm. Don’t waste your hard-earned money like I did. I’ll update this review if my issue gets resolved, but honestly, I’m not hopeful at this point.
**Scam, scam, scammers — stay away.**
I genuinely can’t believe they even reached out to ask me to write a review, especially when it seemed to come from a “competitive” problems firm. That alone was a red flag.
**Be warned:** save your money from these scammers. You’ll never see a real payout from their fake “simulation.” If you’ve already paid, your money is basically gone. And if you haven’t, please be smart and walk away.
I’m not saying this lightly—you’ve been warned.
Be really cautious—this “community” feels like a scam. From what I’ve seen, they don’t provide any real payouts, and overall nothing seems to add up. If you’re thinking about joining, I’d strongly recommend avoiding it. Please don’t waste your time with them.
This feels like a total scam. From what I’ve seen, they don’t actually deliver anything they promise. If you’re still considering it, I’d strongly advise you to avoid this project altogether.
This project feels like a total scam, honestly. They don’t provide any clear account or tracking for the invite contest, and that’s already a big red flag.
Even if you do complete a contest, they keep coming back with question after question, like there’s always something else you’re supposed to do. Then, at the end, they suddenly say you’re not allowed—just like that.
So yeah, I’d strongly recommend avoiding it. Don’t waste your time. Thanks.
The customizable charting tools are genuinely impressive. What really stands out is how easy they are to tailor to your own trading style, so you can break down the markets the way that feels most natural to you. I’ve found it helps me spot patterns faster and stay focused, even when I’m switching strategies.
After about 2 months with this company, things took a weird turn. Out of nowhere, they started changing the rules without any warning. One of the biggest issues was the introduction of a **3-minute minimum trade rule**. I only caught it because I was reading through their T&Cs myself.
I raised it in Discord and, from what I saw, quite a few other people were unhappy too. Shortly after, they adjusted the rule to a **90-second minimum trade**—but that wasn’t the end of it. They also added a **0.1% fee**, and here’s the part that really bothered me: I haven’t seen this fee clearly listed anywhere on their website, and it never got mentioned in the Discord either. We basically found out through the fine print, not through an announcement or any kind of heads-up.
On top of that, multiple users who were asking about missing payments reportedly got the runaround. Eventually, some of them were even **booted from the Discord**. When new people joined, I tried to warn them about what was going on, and that’s apparently what led to me getting removed as well.
I can’t say for sure whether they’re actually paying people or not. But based on what I witnessed in their Discord, and the way they keep changing rules without proper notice, I’m done doing business with them.
A friend put me onto Paidpex, so I figured I’d test them out. For context, I’ve been trading through FTMO, FundedNext, and FixFY for almost three years now, and I’ve referred well over 100 clients to those firms. They’ve earned my trust with stable platforms, clean dashboards, and genuinely helpful customer support—so I went into Paidpex expecting similar competence.
I placed my first order on **November 30th**: I bought **two live funded accounts** totaling **$5,499 USD** (2 × $200K) from Paidpex. Unfortunately, they initially sent me the **credentials for a Step 1 challenge account** instead of the live funded accounts. I contacted them multiple times, and it still took **three full days** to sort it out and send the correct live account credentials. That alone already set a bad tone, but I kept going.
Then on **Friday, December 6th**, I used their **24-hour “Buy 1, Get 1 Free”** offer. I paid **$2,499 USDT** for a **$200K live** account for my daughter, and the deal was supposed to include a **second $200K live account at no extra cost**. After nonstop follow-ups, they eventually activated both accounts on **December 11th**—but instead of delivering the bonus **live** account, they replaced it with a **$200K challenge** account. At that point, I felt I had no real choice but to accept what they gave me.
Last night, during the NY session, I passed the challenge and hit a profit of **$216,100**. Almost immediately after, I got an email asking for a **$100 activation fee**. I shut my computer, assuming it was just part of the normal process—but when I checked the next morning, my account had apparently been **breached**, and I received a **failure** email.
I reached out to their WhatsApp support right away. At first, they told me they’d look into it and fix it. Later that same evening, they switched the story and said they couldn’t help unless my daughter contacted them herself. Honestly, this is infuriating. I was the one buying the accounts from the start, I was the point of contact for the setup, and I also referred my daughter. My daughter didn’t even want this promotion in the first place—she’d been with FTMO for quite a while and was doing fine. Now she’s blaming me for “wasting” her money because of how this has been handled.
What makes it worse is that this has been going on for about **two weeks**, and I’ve been unable to focus because of the stress and poor management. In total, I’ve put nearly **$9,000 USD** into **three live accounts**, and they still aren’t addressing my concerns in a serious way. I do have screenshots of the conversation, but I can’t share them here for privacy reasons.
There’s also another issue I forgot to mention initially: the **dashboard buffering and delayed responses**. That kind of instability wouldn’t matter so much if support actually resolved problems quickly, but in my case it has been a mess from start to finish.
Overall, I’m honestly disappointed and embarrassed by the whole experience. I won’t be referring anyone anymore, and I won’t invest my money with Paidpex.
I don’t normally write angry reviews, but this one really deserves a warning. In my experience, this company is basically a scam. The platform just doesn’t work the way it should, and the price action feels completely disconnected from the real market.
To be clear, I understand they may use a simulated environment. That said, the simulation is supposed to mimic real trading conditions closely—not behave like a different universe. When I compared their prices to what’s happening in the actual market, the differences were huge and persistent.
When I contacted support about it, they basically shrugged it off. Their explanation was something along the lines of: “many who trade now in the Nasdaq so it went up to 3k.” Honestly, if you know how markets move, you’ll realize that’s not a real answer at all. It doesn’t explain why the pricing is so far off, and it definitely doesn’t address why the simulation doesn’t resemble real conditions.
So please take this seriously: **do not buy an account from this company.** I also tried to get a refund and they refused, which is why I’m now moving forward with legal action.
The interface is pretty underwhelming, and honestly there’s no clear info about the most important things before you enter a trade—like position size, risk size, or exactly where your stop-loss and take-profit are set. It’s also not possible to close partial positions, which is a big deal if you’re trying to manage trades more carefully.
On top of that, there’s barely any real proof of payouts in their Discord. I saw one post about a $500 payout, but it looks like an outlier (like 1 out of 500). The rest are basically “certificates” they’ve made themselves, with no proper independent verification or credible testimony.
Then there are the money and rules side of things. They introduced an activation fee of $99 for live accounts that wasn’t mentioned at the start. After that, they kept changing withdrawal caps and other consistency rules, sometimes in ways that feel more like ongoing tweaks than stable policy.
Before you buy, you really need to read the FAQ cover to cover and go in prepared for an experience that feels unfinished and inconsistent. If you’re expecting a smooth, professional platform where it’s easy to confirm you’ll actually get paid, I wouldn’t count on it. In my opinion, it’s either a scam or at least very amateurish—not operating like a serious prop firm should.
Also, “Stellar” isn’t my real name, and they’ll probably claim I’m not in their database. Still, I tested their platform myself, plus several other prop firm platforms, and the end result here just doesn’t compare. You can find much better options elsewhere.
Customer service initially offered me a refund, but the whole thing quickly went sideways. I was chatting with a guy on WhatsApp, and after a back-and-forth about the issue, he claimed I was “blackmailing” him. That was the point where things became really unprofessional.
He then told me to email support. I did that, and I never received a response. In other words, despite them promising a refund, they never actually returned my money—after what I can only describe as being scammed.
What also concerns me is the reviews. If you check their 5-star feedback, it looks like most of those reviewers have only ever reviewed once on Paidpex. That makes it hard to trust the authenticity of their ratings, and it honestly feels like the positive reviews may not be genuine. I’d strongly suggest checking their review integrity and running a filter for fake reviews (Trustpilot might be a good place to start).
To this day, they still have not honored their remedy. And yes—this is exactly the same reason I’m upset: **they said I was blackmailing because they offered me a refund to remove bad reviews, but I never received the refund.**
It starts out sweet and then turns sour—quickly. I closed 1 pair at a loss, then out of nowhere I got hit with a 40% DD on the rest, and it all happened within a single month. That said, I’m now testing the waters with PrimeEight. Every person I know who’s used it swears by it, and they’ve been showing real gains. So honestly, I’m all in on them at this point.
PaidPex comes across as pretty cunning, and honestly, it’s also unreliable. The biggest issue for me was their “single phase” claim. It wasn’t actually a single phase challenge in practice—once I passed the $5k account, I was suddenly asked to pay an extra $99 to receive the funded account.
To make it worse, I had already paid $9 upfront just to get started, and that additional $99 step just wasn’t mentioned anywhere on their page. It also didn’t feel like it was part of the agreement I thought I was signing up for.
Overall, the process feels misleading and not transparent at all. Based on my experience, PaidPex looks like a scam.
I previously had 3 funded accounts and, for the most part, everything was running smoothly. Then yesterday I placed 3 separate trades that went against me. Two of the accounts were $100k and the third was $25k.
Here’s what happened: on the $25k account (balance $25,242), the maximum daily drawdown was 4%. The same 4% limit applied to both $100k accounts as well. Before trading, I set the stop losses on all three accounts so they were well above the breach threshold.
Despite that, all three trades were apparently handled incorrectly. The two $100k accounts “slipped” past the stop loss levels and the platform did not activate the stop losses at all. On top of that, the $25k account still took a loss—$968—yet even in that case the stop loss was set above the point where a breach should’ve occurred. They effectively ignored the stop loss settings, and the outcome forced the accounts into breach anyway.
When I contacted customer service, the representative basically told me that I hit the $1000 or 4% threshold. The issue is, when I check the records, it shows the threshold was never actually breached. In other words, their own reporting doesn’t line up with what they’re claiming.
This has also been an ongoing problem with their platform. The system is slow and laggy, sometimes it doesn’t load balances properly, and there are moments where it won’t even let you change your stop loss. Even when you provide proof, they still refuse to help in a straight-forward way.
At this point, the facts are pretty clear to me: this feels like the classic “prop firm scam” pattern—where stop losses and platform behavior don’t work as expected, and then they push you into breach after the fact. I would not trust this firm with my money.
Customer support’s response also felt dishonest. They know who I am—I told them in our WhatsApp chat—so it’s hard to view this as anything but manipulation, possibly even adjusting reviews to avoid looking bad. They told me they would fix the issue by refunding all my money, so we’ll see if that actually happens.

Honestly, this “company” should raise major red flags. People only seem to contact others to report them, and the general consensus is that they’re nothing short of scammers. If you’re actually trying to trade and want a real, professional firm, don’t rush into anything here—take a close look first.
Better yet, I’d recommend staying away entirely. Protect your money and your time, because this situation doesn’t look legitimate at all.
