    I purchased a challenge from Pinnacletraderfx a couple of weeks back, but I haven’t received my credentials yet. They mentioned they’re making a transition to Match-Trader, which might explain the delay. After waiting for ten days, I reached out to ask for a refund, but unfortunately, I haven’t gotten any response.
