I’m quite disappointed with my experience so far. I recently purchased a $25,000 challenge account on June 21, 2024, but I’ve encountered issues. The MT5 platform is not functioning at all, which leaves me wondering how I’m supposed to execute any trading activities. Is there currently a problem with your server?

Good day,
I’d like to share my thoughts on the communication aspect, which I find quite lacking. On May 16th, 2024, I received a confirmation for my $25,000 account, but since then, there has been no progress whatsoever. I haven’t received any funding credentials or even a simple notification on the dashboard, as outlined in the FAQs.
Yesterday, I reached out for clarification and didn’t even get an automated response to acknowledge my message. It’s disappointing, as there’s no direct pop-up feature on their website for resolving issues quickly, which is pretty standard in the trading industry.
To be honest, my initial experience with PBC has fallen short of my expectations. I hope this feedback helps you address these issues and improve the situation promptly.

I completed a $10,000 challenge and managed to pass it in just 10 days. After that, I received my funded account and went through all the steps in the same timeframe. However, when I attempted to withdraw my funds, I encountered a hiccup. The system informed me that I must trade for a full month before I would be eligible to make a withdrawal.

I purchased an account on a Sunday. Unfortunately, I didn’t fully research the firm beforehand. I discovered that despite offering 1:100 leverage, there’s an initial lot size limit of 100 lots per transaction.
I reached out to their support on Discord to request a refund, as trading was going to be difficult with the US500 contract size being only 1.
To my surprise, I received prompt assistance from the CIO. He informed me that a refund wasn’t an option, but he could check with the liquidity providers about possibly adjusting the limit.
He followed up on this, and within just an hour on that Sunday evening, the lot size limit was completely lifted.
I truly appreciate the help from Dan. While this is a new firm and there’s always some risk involved, the standards they have established from the outset are commendable. That’s why I’m writing my very first Trustpilot review here.

Point Blank is definitely a firm to watch, and it’s well-positioned to become a leader in the proprietary trading sector. Here are a few reasons why:
Firstly, their evaluation process consists of a single phase, which comes with favorable trading conditions aimed at promoting traders’ success. This is a stark contrast to many competitors who seem more focused on collecting evaluation fees, often setting traders up for failure with overly challenging requirements.
Secondly, Point Blank leads the pack when it comes to evaluation fees, offering some of the most competitive rates in the industry, especially given that they only have one phase in their evaluation process.
At this moment, I can’t comment on their payout procedures since I just passed the evaluation and haven’t reached the payout stage yet. However, I plan to return and share my experience once I do achieve a payout, which I have high hopes will be a positive one.
I strongly suggest that anyone looking for a trading firm steer clear of unreliable and apathetic companies out there and consider Point Blank instead. Your chances of succeeding here are definitely much brighter.
