I have to say, this is honestly one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had with a proprietary trading firm. I went through two phases and waited four days, only to receive a message that read: “We regret to inform you that your application for the challenge has been declined.” It’s frustrating to see that after all that time, they concluded my application did not meet the necessary criteria as outlined by Prop Firm Capital. Quite frankly, it’s hard to understand how they assess applicants.

If it were possible to give this firm fewer than one star, I would definitely do so. This has been the worst experience I’ve had with a proprietary trading firm.

I managed to finish both phases successfully and was just waiting to complete the four-day attendance requirement when I found myself disqualified without any clear reason. It felt like a total waste of time.

Even the representatives on the help line were unhelpful, often placing the blame on me rather than providing support.

I successfully passed phase 2 while adhering to all the rules, and I’ve been waiting for my real account. However, I was shocked to learn about a new guideline that limits daily profits to 2%. Why isn’t this mentioned on the dashboard? It feels misleading and really could use more transparency.

I want to share my deep disappointment with Prop Firm Capital, as they’ve been, in my experience, the most frustrating prop firm I’ve ever encountered.

After successfully clearing their Phase 2 Challenge, I was shocked when they denied my request for a funded account, alleging a violation of their 2% consistency rule. I found their reasoning to be vague and unjustified.

To add to my frustration, they required me to retake one of the challenges as proof of my consistency. I completed that retake over a week ago, yet I’ve still heard nothing regarding my account status. Despite several emails on my part, I’ve received no response whatsoever.

Given my experience, I can’t help but view this prop firm as unreliable and lacking in integrity. Their transparency is virtually nonexistent, and the absence of communication is quite concerning. I would strongly recommend potential traders to proceed with extreme caution before engaging with them.

Scam Alert! It’s best to steer clear of Prop Firm Capital.

This is the worst proprietary trading firm I’ve ever encountered. I completed both phases one and two without any issues, yet they refused to grant me a funded account. They claimed that I violated their rules during phase one, which felt completely unfair. I’d strongly advise my friends and anyone else to steer clear of purchasing an account from this company. Even their free account isn’t worth it—don’t let anyone trick you into claiming it, as they will just waste your time.

The only trading firm that emphasizes consistent lot sizes is this one. It’s quite peculiar; they really expect you to stick to the same lot size for every trade, and honestly, I can’t quite figure out what the big fuss is about. It seems a bit off to me. In my opinion, this firm lacks the understanding that flexibility can often lead to better trading decisions.

I accidentally set up two free accounts and reached out via your Discord to report the issue. They directed me to an email to submit my complaint, which I did. However, it’s now been three days, and I still haven’t heard back from the helpdesk.

This proprietary trading firm raises significant concerns, often leaving traders feeling deceived. Many participants have reported experiences that suggest a lack of transparency in its operations. Numerous complaints highlight issues regarding payout delays and withdrawal difficulties, casting doubt on the firm’s credibility. For those looking to enter the trading world, it’s essential to approach this firm with caution and consider other options available in the market. The risks involved with this firm seem to outweigh any potential benefits, making it a less-than-reliable choice for aspiring traders.

I successfully completed both Phase 01 and Phase 02, but to my dismay, they denied me a funded account. Their reasoning? They claimed I violated a rule during Phase 01. What puzzles me is why they even allowed me to proceed to Phase 02 if I supposedly did something wrong. It feels like a complete waste of time. I would strongly advise against purchasing an account from this firm; they seem to have a knack for wasting your valuable time.

I’m presently uncertain about the legitimacy of this proprietary trading firm. I submitted my KYC documents weeks ago, yet I have not received verification. I completed both Phase 1 and Phase 2, but there has been no update on my status. I sincerely hope they provide clarity soon, as I’m eager for a genuine funded account.

As of December 9, 2024, there has been a positive turn—my KYC was processed, and I received my funded account. However, after I requested a withdrawal, they claimed I had violated their policy regarding trading during news events. The truth is, I did not trade during the news; my position merely hit the stop loss due to market fluctuations. I had actually placed my trade thirty minutes before the news released. Their rule against entering trades during news clearly isn’t being applied consistently.

What’s troubling is that they then revoked my funded account based on this issue. It seems to be the only firm that would remove a funded account due to holding a position through a news event. I strongly advise caution and suggest steering clear of this firm.

  • Kelsi Gerlach

The main issue I see with this funded program is the challenge of passing both phase 1 and phase 2. They have set a pretty steep target of 8% on a $5,000 account, which I find to be quite unrealistic. Honestly, it feels like a bad deal for anyone looking to get funded.

I had a really frustrating experience with this firm. It feels like a scam, honestly. I noticed several red flags during my time working with them. From the lack of transparency to their questionable practices, it’s hard to trust what they say. I’d caution anyone thinking about joining; it’s just not worth the risk. You’d do better looking elsewhere for your trading needs.

I successfully completed all the required tests, only to be met with a rather surprising remark: “You are a fool, so be careful.” It’s an unusual response, to say the least, and it raises some questions.

I had a really disappointing experience with this proprietary trading firm. It feels like a scam—I’ve been waiting for my payments, but they just don’t come through. It’s frustrating to invest your time and effort, only to be left high and dry when it comes to compensation. My advice? Look elsewhere if you’re considering them for trading.

It’s hard to shake off the feeling that this firm is less than honest. The experience has left me frustrated and disappointed, and I can’t help but think that there might be some deceptive practices at play here. To say that I feel scammed would be an understatement. It’s truly disheartening to engage with a company that doesn’t seem to have your best interests at heart.

  • Jeremy Wolf

This is honestly the worst proprietary trading firm I’ve encountered. How can you let me pass all your challenges only to later claim that my application for a funded account fails to meet some criteria? What exactly is that criteria? I feel like giving them even one star is too generous—perhaps no stars at all would be more appropriate.

  • Maxime Hudson

    Scam Prop Firm
I completed two phases of the $5,000 challenge, but then they accused me of breaking the rules by making a trade with a position size of 2.5. I know I didn’t do that, so I can’t help but feel this is a scam. I would advise anyone looking into this firm to run the other way.

  • Eudora Feil

This is, without a doubt, the worst proprietary trading firm I’ve encountered. After successfully passing my Phase 1, I was astounded when they breached my account during Phase 2, despite not losing a single dollar.

Furthermore, there are numerous hidden rules that make trading even more challenging—like the arbitrary limit of just 1% gain per day, among others.

Consider this a scam alert to anyone thinking of joining.

  • Tracy Koelpin

I successfully completed phase one of the challenge by trading cryptocurrencies, employing a lot size between 0.05 and 0.5. However, upon entering phase two, I discovered that the account settings seemed manipulated, limiting my minimum lot size to 1. This setup felt unreasonable, especially considering that the daily loss limit is set at $200 on a $5,000 account.

    Beware of potential scams! ❗❗❗❗❗❗❗❗

In short, it’s best to steer clear of this proprietary trading firm. You may find that withdrawing your funds is almost impossible, as they often provide excuses, such as claiming you’re just gambling. When you sign up for the account, they don’t clearly outline all the rules, which is quite frustrating. The standard policies, like a 4% daily drawdown limit and an overall maximum loss of 8%, are understandable, but trading inherently involves some risk-taking, and sometimes you just know when to go in larger on a trade. Anyway, best of luck to any traders who choose to go with them; I truly hope you have better luck with withdrawals than I did.

I bought a 20k Step 1 challenge and successfully passed it, which led to my account being funded. After making some profits, I tried to withdraw, but then I discovered that my KYC had not been approved. I reached out numerous times, only to be told that I needed to pass a 5k challenge that was assigned to me—this felt quite odd. Their response time to emails is frustratingly slow. I’ll be updating my rating once this issue is sorted out and I can finally access my funds.

    Most Reliable HFT Prop Firm

I recently had the chance to trade with Prop Firm Capital, and wanted to share my thoughts, particularly on the payout process.

As a newcomer to this HFT prop firm, I was initially a bit skeptical but decided to give them a shot, and I’m glad I did.

    Payout Experience:
I’ve successfully received two payouts from Prop Firm Capital, and I was thrilled with how seamless everything was. Each withdrawal was processed without delay, and there was clear communication throughout the entire process. Their commitment to timely payouts really boosted my confidence in their operations.

    Customer Support:
Their customer support team has been quite responsive and helpful. I had several questions while navigating the payout process, and they quickly addressed my concerns, which made the experience quite hassle-free.

    Requesting a Third Payout:
I recently put in a request for a third payout, and the process feels straightforward so far. I’m eager to see how it unfolds. Given my previous experiences, I’m optimistic that this one will go just as smoothly.

    Overall Impression:
Prop Firm Capital has shown itself to be a trustworthy partner in my trading journey. With the two successful payouts I’ve already received and my current request in progress, I highly endorse them for any trader seeking a supportive prop trading environment. I’m definitely planning to continue trading with them and look forward to even more success!

I’ve already opened a second account and am excited about my trading journey—hopefully, I can secure more payouts from them.

    Improvements:
For HFT passers, the spreads are still on the higher side and could use some reduction. As an HFT passer, I’ve noticed there are no coupons or refunds offered, which translates to out-of-pocket expenses for traders; this is essentially collateral for the firm. Additionally, keeping the profit share capped at 25% for traders is quite strict, so it would be beneficial if they considered a profit split of 50%, 70%, 80%, or even 90% instead of the current 1% cap.

I’m giving this firm one star because I initially signed up thinking I’d get a $5,000 account for free. However, the advertising doesn’t clearly specify whether you receive a straightforward $5,000 or a two-step account requiring a test to pass.

The most frustrating part is the time I wasted trying to get the code for a 100% discount on that $5,000 account. It sent me bouncing around on Facebook, Instagram, Discord, and Snapchat, only to realize that they made the process so cumbersome that you just feel like giving up. I attempted to use the code three times—sometimes it just didn’t work, other times it seemed like it was going through, but I couldn’t submit. Then I’d try to register, only to be told that I had to log in to apply the code. To top it off, my email wasn’t even verified! And you end up realizing that this bonus code is nearly impossible to track down again.

Honestly, the idea of making just 4% monthly on a $5,000 account that costs you two hours of frustration isn’t worth it at all. Plus, I’m still uneasy about sharing my email with a company I know so little about.

Be cautious! This proprietary trading firm raises red flags. My experience has been far from positive, and I’d advise avoiding it entirely. The firm seems to make excuses when it comes to payout requests. Additionally, I’ve noticed suspicious payout claims posted on their Discord server. There’s a constant push for traders to purchase new accounts, which is concerning.

I followed the firm’s rules diligently, successfully passed both stages of evaluation, and achieved a funded account. After trading profitably, I requested a payout on September 27th. However, after a five-day wait, I received a response stating, “Withdrawal Declined,” citing that I had held trades during news events on September 5th. To make things worse, there was no prior warning or email notification about a rule violation on that date. It felt like their true colors emerged only when I initiated a payout request.

To add insult to injury, they informed me that I wouldn’t be able to trade my account again unless I bought a new one. My advice? Get out while you can! This firm appears to engage in deceptive practices.

It would be wise to exercise caution when considering this proprietary trading firm. My experience has led me to believe it may not be as trustworthy as it appears. Despite being in a profit of $380, the dashboard inconsistently reports that I’m down $450 and indicates that I’ve breached something—not exactly confidence-inspiring.

I’d recommend steering clear of promotional free accounts, as they don’t seem genuine. It’s perplexing how they’ve managed to garner such positive ratings; it’s possible that they incentivize others to leave favorable reviews, thus masking the reality of their operations.

To anyone thinking of joining, I’d strongly advise against it. Trust me when I say, you’ll be better off.

I completed the first stage of the evaluation and was excited to receive my credentials for the next phase. However, before I even opened a single trade, I was hit with a notification saying I had violated a rule, resulting in the loss of my challenge. It feels incredibly frustrating and unfair.

It’s truly a breath of fresh air to encounter a proprietary trading firm like PropFirmCapital, especially given the current climate where many are refusing payouts. I’m really pleased to have discovered them. For my challenge account, I utilized the smart funded HFT from MQL5, and I’m excited to share that I’ve just received my second payout on my $50,000 account.

  • Consuelo Greenfelder

It’s puzzling why cryptocurrency isn’t among the payment options. Just a few hours back, I attempted to purchase a challenge account, but I hit a roadblock. The only payment method available was card payment, which isn’t supported by my bank in Nigeria.

  • Winfield Davis

This proprietary trading firm raises serious concerns regarding its legitimacy. I’ve engaged with several firms previously, but this one stands out—unfavorably. They claim I breached my $5,000 account with a daily loss of $63.06 and a total loss of $111.03. Without a moment’s hesitation, they halted my account, citing a breach, even though their guidelines specify a daily loss limit of 4% and a total loss limit of 8%. If you do the math, this situation seems absurd.

Moreover, upon logging into their platform, I was informed of a daily loss of $204, yet my total loss was reported as $120. To add to the confusion, they claim my lowest equity today was $4,879.97. Right from the beginning, I had a nagging suspicion this firm wasn’t on the up-and-up, particularly due to their tendency to communicate through what appeared to be spam emails. I highly recommend steering clear of this firm and considering other reputable options.

I recently completed the challenge with Prop Firm Capital and moved on to the verification phase. They promptly sent over the contract along with a request for my ID. After I provided the necessary documents, I received access to my live trading account. Over a span of 16 days, I managed to generate a profit of 2% on my account. Wanting to test the waters a bit, I opted to withdraw my profits. Additionally, I was pleased to receive a refund for the challenge cost. They have proven to be honest and trustworthy in my experience.
