I had three ongoing challenges with this firm. Yesterday morning, my account was frozen, and I received a message stating there was a wrong username or password. I submitted a support ticket but haven’t received a response for over 24 hours.
This morning, I found an email from them that said, “Secure The Bag has temporarily ceased all operations, including new purchases, effective immediately. All STB-related services have been terminated without delay.”
I’ve filed three separate tickets requesting refunds for my ongoing challenges. While I am waiting for their response, I plan to dispute the charges with my bank.
Update: The bank has only refunded me $1,000 so far. I may need to escalate the matter to consumer affairs to recover the remaining balance. Has anyone else experienced success with this?

After they assured us that their services would continue, they suddenly disappeared. I had several funded accounts with them, established just in February, and even had a $100,000 account set to trade. Now, they’ve closed up shop. I plan to dispute this with my bank.

I really can’t say I’m a fan of the DX Trade platform. It’s quite buggy and has a number of persistent issues. The charts, for instance, just aren’t smooth at all. If I had realized that DX Trade was merely a tweaked version of MetaQuotes, I definitely wouldn’t have gone through with buying an account. Honestly, Tradelocker offers a much better experience. I’m planning to switch to a different prop firm moving forward.

I recently signed up with STB, and I have to say, their customer service is outstanding. They addressed all my questions in just a few minutes, which was incredibly helpful. Additionally, I received my credentials shortly after making my payment—within minutes, in fact! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 In comparison, other firms like Blue Guardian and Topstep truly fall short when it comes to customer support. They could definitely improve. 👎🏾

My recent experience with this proprietary trading firm has been frustrating, to say the least. Initially, I was assured that “it will be taken care of,” only to find that nothing was resolved for several days. I was promised updates, with messages like “We are looking into it and will update soon. Please stay tuned!” Yet, the updates never materialized, forcing me to reach out to their so-called customer service—supposedly available in under two minutes—only to wait for hours, even days, to receive a response.
When I did finally hear back, the reply offered no real solutions. Instead, it merely pushed my issue further down the customer service pipeline, leading to yet another vague response from a different representative the following day.
This firm was once considered a reliable choice for traders, but based on my experience, I would strongly advise potential customers to hold off on purchasing their products for at least three to six months. It’s my hope that during this time, they will address significant issues related to their culture, platforms, customer service, leadership, and overall direction.

Ever since the firm transitioned to DXtrade, it’s been nothing short of an excuse fest. Each day, I’m told that I’ll receive my credentials, yet I find myself hearing the same line: “Sorry, it hasn’t happened today as we initially intended.”

I feel like everything is dragging on way too long—I’m waiting for my credentials and it’s been frustrating. The live support assured me I’d receive them between March 5 at 6 AM and March 5 at 5 PM. Then they said I’d have them by March 6 at 6 PM, and now here we are, past March 7 at 5 PM, with still no credentials in sight.

Steer clear of this firm! They have a habit of delaying payouts and then come up with some dubious excuses. Ever since Swaggy C departed, I’ve noticed a significant decline in their services. Seriously, it’s best to avoid them entirely!

I’m quite disappointed with the customer service. Out of the blue, I received a message from the ‘Risk’ department informing me that my account had been terminated due to KYC/AML violations. I’ve reached out to them multiple times via email to clarify what these violations entail, but so far, I haven’t received any response.

This firm seems quite focused on profit, often stopping traders out without clear justification. Additionally, I want to point out that they make changes without prior notice to users. Previously, we could set small stop losses, ideally around 30 pips, but now I’m compelled to adjust my stop loss to 50 pips. This shift alone raises concerns about effective risk management, suggesting that they might be incentivizing users to take unnecessary risks just to maintain the initial challenge costs.
