    I successfully completed Phase 2 of my account on September 5, 2024, and I signed the SPT Customer Agreement that very day. Was I shocked when, just a week later on September 12, I received an email from SPT? Absolutely. They accused me of using my demo account—number 5001880—in ways that supposedly contradicted their trading rules.

    Unfortunately, SPT has not provided me with a funded account, nor have they offered a refund for my fees. I find this situation extremely disappointing, and as of now, I haven’t received any clarifying response from SPT regarding their accusations. At this point, I’m still hoping for either my funded account or, at the very least, a refund.

    Having waited several months and feeling compelled to share my experience, I decided to write this review with the hope that other traders don’t find themselves in a similar predicament.

    I highly advise steering clear of this firm. They’ve proven to be unreliable, denied me my promised rewards, and consistently ignored my messages. Engaging with them felt like a total waste of time and money, so if you value your funds, it’s best to avoid them altogether. Ultimately, moving on to PAIVA has turned out to be my best decision yet.

    I recently encountered a significant problem with my broker, as my stop-loss didn’t activate, leading to the loss of two $100,000 challenges. I was understandably stressed and sent some rather unprofessional messages, but the support team handled everything remarkably well. They responded promptly, and to my relief, resolved the issue within just two days. Kudos to Newman and Carlpe for their outstanding support!

    My account was banned just a day before my payout, and no explanation was provided. I contacted customer support for clarification, and while they assured me they’d follow up, I ended up being completely ignored.

    If you’re facing similar payout problems, I highly encourage you to search for the Attorney Generals in Texas and neighboring states. Submitting official complaints can really make a difference in exposing how this company has taken advantage of customers like us.

However, I was shocked to be denied a funded account based on what seemed like a nonsensical reason: “General Exploitation of a Demo Environment, HFT.” It’s clear I’m not the only one who has faced this issue; there are others out there who have encountered similar treatment. Honestly, this company seems to be on a downward trajectory. I would advise potential traders to approach them with caution.

    I initially joined this firm after snagging a substantial discount on a $10,000 challenge, and everything went remarkably well at first. After about four months of implementing my strategy, I finally got funded and celebrated my first payout after hitting a 4% profit! With those earnings, I successfully navigated another challenge, this time for $100,000.

    However, that’s when things took a turn for the worse. The company started switching trading platforms frequently, and their payout process became unpredictably inconsistent. They seemed to jump from one payment platform to another without any clear reasoning. Recently, I’ve heard whispers that the firm is facing significant issues, as they just enacted a breach on my accounts for what seems like a trivial reason—related to trades made long ago during my initial challenge, despite the fact that everything had been reviewed and approved during my live trading interview where I demonstrated consistent results. Ironically, this so-called breach occurred right after I managed to earn a $4,000 profit last month.

    It’s hard to recommend this company now. They seem to have adopted some questionable practices following the departure of several key management members. Proceed with caution.

    Upon successfully completing my challenge and verification, I was disappointed to find that I did not receive a funded account. The reason given was “General Exploitation of a Demo Environment, HFT.” I requested clarification on specific trades that supposedly violated these rules. In response, they provided a list of trades, stating, “A couple of trades held for only a couple of seconds to capitalize on latent market moves and/or follow an HFT server’s trades.” However, a closer examination revealed that all these trades were held for over one minute, with some lasting as long as eight or nine minutes. Additionally, each of these transactions resulted in either break-even outcomes or stop losses—I did not profit from any of them. When I presented this evidence, my messages went unanswered.

    I wanted to give an update after receiving my second payout. Just two days later, I got an automated email notifying me about a breach. The message stated: “Specifically, signs of General Exploitation of a Demo Environment were detected across your accounts.” Here’s the thing—I only had one funded account, which had been showing consistent profit and solid growth since I obtained it a few months ago. I reached out to support for clarification regarding the breach, but not only did they fail to respond, they completely deleted my account! Now, I don’t even have access to my dashboard.

    On a more positive note, I’ve already received my second payout with this proprietary trading firm, and both payouts arrived in less than 24 hours. Navigating the dashboard can take a bit of effort to find the right tools, but the support team is incredibly responsive and helpful, often providing solutions within minutes.

    I successfully passed my $10,000 challenge over three months ago, but I couldn’t complete the verification process because my identification wasn’t ready at the time. Now that I have my driver’s license, I’ve finished my registration and even completed the selfie verification. However, I received a message stating that my profile couldn’t be verified. When I reached out to customer support, Elsa informed me that there was nothing more that could be done, despite my attempts to resolve this issue twice. This situation feels like a scam to me. I request a refund for my challenge payment, especially since passing phases one and two is no easy feat.

After patiently waiting for 28 days, I received an email the day before my payout stating “exercised General Exploitation of a Demo Environment.” To my shock, all my access was banned. They provide vague reasons without any supporting evidence, seemingly trying to avoid paying their traders. This operation feels entirely like a scam. I would advise against wasting your time here. I’m really disappointed.
