It’s a decent firm overall, but I have to mention that their dashboard hasn’t seen any activity in quite a while. It feels like you’re trading on a wing and a prayer, hoping they will get things moving again. To make matters worse, their website has also been down recently. SFT, I really hope you can sort this out soon.

The dashboard, including account balance and trade updates, hasn’t seen any changes since at least May 30th. Emails sent to the firm bounce back with a notification stating, “Your message wasn’t delivered to sucessfundtrader.com e-mail address because the domain sucessfundtrader.com couldn’t be found.” While I can still access my Metatrader account, it feels more like a hobby than a serious trading endeavor, as there seems to be no one from the company available at this time.

This firm may not be what it seems. They provide an alphanumeric login ID, but getting a response from them is nearly impossible. I’m really just hoping to get my money back—it was my mom’s money, only $280, her entire savings. I promised her I’d make it back, and now I feel so embarrassed about being scammed; I can’t even look her in the eye. I trusted them completely, and I genuinely regret it. My only wish is to recover that money; if they’re not as terrible as they seem, I need that for her, not for me—$300 is just about her monthly paycheck.

In June 2024, I made a deposit to open a $400,000 trading account. However, what I received was a counterfeit MT5 account. They claimed there were problems with MT5 and assured me that services would resume within a few days. Yet, days turned into weeks, and now their website is offline. I never got the chance to execute any trades, and I have no means of reaching them. It’s difficult to imagine that legal action would be effective in this situation.
