– The support is extremely inadequate, if not nonexistent
– Messages on Discord are often just removedI’ve been waiting for assistance with my payout since December 13, 2024. To make matters worse, my account has now been deactivated. This feels like the biggest scam; it’s best to save your money and avoid spending anything here.
It’s hard to believe any of the positive reviews are genuine, as they seem to have been purchased!

– They fail to make any payouts.
– Customer service always responds with “just wait” and takes no further action.
– If you ask any direct questions on Discord, you’re likely to get blocked for a week.
– The chat appears to be populated with bots.
– I’ve spoken with at least 40 other traders who have also been taken in by this firm.

This firm is nothing short of a deception. I experienced multiple unauthorized charges to my card, and despite their promises to refund the money, they continually delayed the process for months without any follow-through.
When I tried to withdraw funds from my account—having complied with every requirement—they suddenly claimed I was unable to do so. This back-and-forth lasted for what felt like an eternity until they finally ran out of excuses. Abruptly, they closed my account without any justification or explanation.

I strongly advise against purchasing accounts, as you’re unlikely to receive any funds—this operation has all the hallmarks of a scam based in Senegal.
If you check the positive reviews, you’ll notice they all originate from there as well. Personally, I’ve been waiting on a payment for months now, and I’m starting to lose hope that I’ll ever see it. They keep urging me to be patient, but it’s becoming increasingly frustrating.

It’s quite alarming to observe that no payouts have been made since October, yet they continue selling challenges, falsely portraying everything as perfectly fine. At this point, I’m skeptical I will see any of my money back or receive a payout. It feels like they might make a quick fortune and then vanish—I’m not confident Syndicate will survive another year.
In hindsight, I regret trusting a relatively new prop firm that hasn’t provided any tangible proof of reliability. Unfortunately, nothing in my journey with them has been positive. Their platform is persistently glitchy and unreliable, and the only responses I receive from support are vague assurances like “your payout is under review” or “your ticket will be addressed shortly”—only for those responses to lead nowhere.

I urge you to reconsider purchasing a challenge from this proprietary trading firm. I’ve been waiting for a payout for four months now, and I still haven’t seen a cent. Each time I voice my concerns, they seem to delete my messages on Discord, and even put me on a 24-hour timeout, preventing me from participating in the chat. There are numerous other traders in the same boat, funded but unable to access their payouts.
