The customer service here is exceptionally disappointing. It literally feels like an eternity to resolve even the most basic issues with lot size margins. The only way to contact them is through Discord, which, unfortunately, is teeming with scammers.
I’ve sent multiple emails and raised several tickets, but nothing seemed to work. Ultimately, my frustration led to losing my challenge because I was unable to trade XRP, XLM, and ADA.
I strongly advise against participating in any challenges here. It’s probably wiser to look for options elsewhere.

I would rate this firm highly, but my experience with the first payout has left much to be desired. Up until that moment, their customer support was genuinely helpful with all my inquiries. Unfortunately, I encountered a problem with the dashboard that prevented me from initiating a payout request myself, so I resorted to emailing my information to the support team. I was assured that my request would reach the payment department, but I never received any confirmation. The following day, the Discord support team reached out, apologized, and informed me that they had forwarded my information. Now, on the third day of being unable to trade due to ongoing dashboard issues, I’m still left without a payout confirmation. I’ve attempted to contact support twice over these three days, but haven’t heard back. I’ve done everything possible on my end to resolve this, and I’m left wondering when, or even if, I’ll see my funds.

They seem to believe they’re in the right, claiming that all orders have been handled the same way as before. I placed a sizable order of ten lots and now they accuse me of improper behavior. Their argument lacks any real foundation. Excuse me, which of my ten-lot orders didn’t have a stop-loss, exactly? My trading account has already hit the daily loss limit. Am I really supposed to keep trading such a large position? They remain detached, responding solely from their perspective, completely ignoring the potential loss of benefits for traders like me. I am a trader that collaborates with them—they profit from my strategy. It should be a mutually beneficial relationship, but the only explanation for their desire to deny me access to my account now seems to be a potential Ponzi scheme on their part.
Regarding the DC group, they informed me that they’ve punished a staff member. Honestly, punishing one staffer doesn’t solve anything for me. I just want to resolve my issues and reclaim my rights. In the end, the staff’s poor attitude won’t solve the problem; it feels like they’re just going through the motions. Their current approach is not much different.
The Tiger Funded has asked me to retract this review in exchange for a new account. This feels like giving scraps to a beggar. I want to reiterate that we’re not foolish traders. What I lost was valuable time, hard-earned money, and significant energy spent attaining that trading qualification. Today, my account was compromised either because of a leaked password or possible manipulation by the platform. So what’s the point of getting a new account? Do I have to retake the challenge just to face the same potential manipulation again? It makes no sense. I deserve an identical account, with the same size, profits, and time frame—one where I can actually withdraw funds in just a week. Who would find that acceptable? Am I addicted to assessments?
These two comments stem from the platform’s mishandling of my situation. I don’t wish to dwell on why my account was manipulated, as the platform isn’t presenting any substantial evidence. They claim that the data from their backend indicates the same IP position. However, the data from my mobile shows I didn’t even have MT5 open during that time. How could I trade? It’s far too easy for a company like this to destroy your account, with countless methods at their disposal. Yet, their response has been to have customers dismiss their own concerns, claiming the platform is uninvolved.
They’ve angered a community of traders. Address our issues effectively from the start, and there wouldn’t be such criticism. The reason for the backlash today, including my issue and the challenges with withdrawals, is simple: these problems are real and happening. I have faith that the Tiger Funded can address these concerns effectively. If they truly resolve these matters, the criticisms will disappear and only five-star reviews will remain.
To be clear, if the Tiger Funded is willing to handle this situation properly—by restoring my account size and profit and allowing me to make withdrawals after a week—I will gladly re-evaluate my stance, remove my negative comments, and leave a detailed five-star review explaining why consumers should choose the Tiger Fund. That’s what they deserve. If my conditions aren’t met, then I regret to inform them that these two comments will remain.

You might set a 1% loss limit per trade, but due to slippage, I’ve found myself facing losses of 3% to 4% during news events. While their rules permit trading during these times, the conditions are so poor that it becomes nearly impossible. It’s been over two weeks without any feedback on my ticket. I wouldn’t trust their assurances; it feels like I’ve wasted both money and time on this irresponsible platform.

If you decide to voice your concerns, as I and many others have, you might just find yourself facing unfounded claims against you. Not only will you lose your initial investment, but the emotional toll of having to dispute their assertions can be significant. Ultimately, it’s clear that they maintain control of the situation.
As an update from January 22, following their response, I reached out to their support team as they suggested. However, I’ve attempted this before with little success, leading to the disputes I mentioned earlier. I’m curious to see if this encounter yields better results.

For instance, I set a loss limit of $180 per trade, but I ended up losing $450 when new trades hit my stop-loss. Interestingly, when I hit take profit during news events, I received my target price without any slippage. However, stop-loss orders faced considerable slippage on both MatchTrader and the MT5 platform.

If you’re considering using Tiggerfunded for your trading endeavors, I would strongly recommend against taking their challenge. Personally, I completed the two-step challenge for a $100,000 account without any issues and even managed to make four trades that resulted in a payout of $6,200. However, when I requested a withdrawal on November 29, 2024, everything took a turn for the worse.
After a month of sending numerous emails to support, I finally received a response on December 30. Unfortunately, the email simply declined my payout, offering no explanation whatsoever. They claimed it was due to an external buyer who hadn’t paid, but did not clarify what that meant. When I sought further clarification, they never bothered to respond.
To make matters worse, I was blocked on Discord just two minutes after I received that email, leaving me with no way to communicate with them for support. If you take a look at the payout proofs shared on their Discord, you’ll notice that they appear suspect; it seems like there’s often a sudden turnaround for payouts that lack any solid basis. Thus, I strongly advise against pursuing payouts with Tiggerfunded. I have ample evidence to support my claims.
