Over the course of two weeks, I encountered persistent issues with the firm’s trading platform. Despite the market trading at 12.20, my limit order to sell at 12.18 remained unexecuted. It’s frustrating to watch as trades simply don’t go through at the prices you expect.
In total, I experienced around 10 to 20 similar situations. When I reached out to support, they claimed to have forwarded my concerns to the appropriate team. However, it seems this issue has not been prioritized for resolution. Honestly, it feels quite like a scam when there’s such a lack of accountability.
