I placed first in their tournament and finished the KYC verification about two months ago. Yet the prize still hasn’t shown up. Instead of simply honoring the agreement, they keep shifting the goalposts—making “updates” to the tournament rules after the fact, which conveniently prevents payouts.
That kind of retroactive rule-changing is a huge red flag. If you’re looking for a fair, reliable platform, I’d strongly suggest you skip this one. Save your time and money elsewhere, because the integrity just isn’t there.

It’s a bit frustrating that MetaTrader 5 isn’t available, because it really makes smooth trading harder to pull off. That said, the app and WebTrader are still missing quite a few key pieces, and there’s definitely a lot of work that needs to be done before they feel truly polished and reliable.

I really like how the rules on the 2 Phase FX account aren’t overly strict. It makes trading feel a lot more relaxed, and honestly I can work without constant stress or getting bothered. The support team is also a big win—responses are quick, and I haven’t run into any payout denials, which is rare enough to say out loud.
If you’re considering opening an account, I’d say get on it ASAP. You won’t regret it.

They never deny payouts. In fact, I’ve received more than $10,000 in withdrawals plus payouts, and every single payout landed within 48 hours at the most—just like they promised. I personally only trade in Futures, and TradersYard has, in my experience, the best set of rules for a futures account.
If you’re considering getting started (or switching platforms), I’d honestly recommend trying their Futures Account. It’s priced fairly, and it really feels worth the cost.
