Your account can end up being frozen for weeks at a time, and if you reach out with a complaint, don’t be surprised if they block you on their Discord. It’s a warning—this operation feels like a scam, so exercise caution and don’t get caught in their trap.

The customer service at Trufunder leaves much to be desired, and live support is practically nonexistent. It’s clear they don’t prioritize their clients. I had another disappointing experience with this firm.

Honestly, it’s appalling how they handle client relations. They seem to completely disregard the basic principles of customer care and show little respect towards frustrated clients. Despite having numerous clients struggling with various issues, they continue to enroll new clients. This behavior fits the definition of a scam! Be cautious, everyone.

It’s clear that Trufunder, in its inaugural year of operations, has faced some obstacles typical of any startup. As the first proprietary trading firm to include synthetic instruments in their portfolio, they’ve just navigated a significant challenge recently. I believe that early users of Trufunder need to exercise patience. Some of the reviews I’ve seen here come across as misleading and rather unjust. Establishing a startup that operates as smoothly as more seasoned firms is no easy feat. Personally, I have no connections to the CEO, Dr. Elvis Bedi, but I genuinely don’t believe he’s trying to swindle anyone out of their $20 investment. I’m eager to dive into my first synthetic prop account. Additionally, I hope Trufunder will continue to keep clients informed through email updates regarding their purchases and any related issues.

I got my payout of $2,600 from TruFunder about three months back, but I haven’t mentioned it until now. The company did face some challenges and was down for a bit, but they’ve managed to bounce back. I still have a few payouts pending and I’m optimistic that I’ll see them before the holiday season. I’ll keep everyone posted on how that goes. Thanks, TruFunder!

Trufunder.io: Questionable Discounts and Disappointing Customer Service

My experience with Trufunder.io was disappointing, and I feel compelled to share my cautionary tale to help others steer clear. I bought two prop firm accounts during what they called a “50% discount” sale. The original price listed was $40, but the discounted rate was promoted as $20. I made purchases for two accounts, paying $21.5 for one and $21.6 for the other due to additional fees. In total, I ended up spending over $43 for what should have been only $40.

Days passed without any sign of my accounts. After persistent follow-ups, I was informed that I had actually paid $19 and $19.6 for the accounts. However, my transaction receipts clearly indicated that they received $20 plus fees for each account.

In an effort to resolve the discrepancy, I contacted their customer support through Instagram. Unfortunately, the representative didn’t offer any assistance, brushing off my concerns with a curt, “I don’t need this information for anything, just do the needful.” It was apparent that their priority lies in collecting money rather than providing genuine customer support.

As if that weren’t enough, they then asked me to pay an additional $2 or more per account, plus more fees! This revelation indicates that the accounts are not truly 50% off as advertised; rather, they’re employing deceptive pricing strategies.

Overall, my experience was not only frustrating and unprofessional, but also a complete waste of both time and finances. A company that cannot uphold its advertised prices or respect its clients simply does not deserve your patronage. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of Trufunder.io.

    Honesty really matters!

This company has only been around for a couple of months, and it’s already raising red flags. It looks like they’re trying to revamp their system and are saying they’ll be opening again soon, but honestly, this feels like a scam. I haven’t come across anyone who has actually received a payout, which is concerning. It’s best to hold on to your money—this situation definitely seems suspicious.

This trading firm doesn’t seem serious at all. 🙄 It feels overly authoritarian, which is quite off-putting! The management style might be too rigid for many traders, and that could lead to a less favorable environment for growth and creativity.

I purchased an account but have yet to receive my credentials. I’ve reached out to customer support, but unfortunately, there’s been no response. They just keep telling me that my payment wasn’t registered in their system, which means they can’t assist me further. Am I being scammed here, or what? 😰
